Background: Filing service is one of the medical record work units that responsible for the storage and maintenance of medical record files. Filing is one of the work units in medical records that are responsible for the storage and maintenance of medical record files. The work implementation process has risks that can threaten the safety and health of officers. Therefore, it can result in low quality of work. An attempt that can be performed to decrease the risk of accident is the implementation of good Occupational Health and Safety. Through several studies related to Occupational Health and Safety in Filing Unit, some of the factors causing work accidents are physical, chemical, biological, biomechanical factors related to ergonomics, individuals, and psychosocial, which causes the officers to feel unsafe and uncomfortable at work. Therefore, this study aims to identify what are the risk factors for occupational health and safety to medical record officers in the filing section at the hospital. Methods: The research method was qualitative research. The data collection used a literature study. The subjects of the study were medical record officers in the filing section, while the object of the study was occupational health and safety. Results: The results of the study, according to 10 journals reviewed, show that factors that become the risk to occupational health and safety of medical record officers in the filling section are lighting, air temperature, smells caused by old medical record files, virus exposure, medical record storage rack, awareness of using PPE, and work relationship between officers. Conclusions: It is expected that the hospital can improve work facilities and infrastructures, and the self-awareness of medical record officers to maintain safety and comfort at work is required so that a good and optimal working atmosphere can be created.

The purpose of the study are (1) To know the management of incoming and outgoing mail at UNNES through SIRADI, (2) To know the obstacles faced in the management of incoming and outgoing mail at UNNES through SIRADI. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are literature research methods and field study methods. The conclusion in this study is (1) The management of incoming and outgoing mail has been managed electronically using SIRADI, (2) On the management of incoming mail, the letter is received centrally in the General Section of BUHK UNNES, (3) At the entry letter recording stage, there is still a work unit that requires an agenda book to record incoming mail, (4) At the stage of preparation of the concept of exit letter is done manually then the letter will be processed through SIRADI, (5) There are constraints such as network and human resources factor, there are still work units that do not digitize the letter i.e. by scanning and uploading mail files. Suggestions of this study are: (1) Need to improve the quality of the internet network to reduce network disturbances, thereby expediting the process of managing incoming and outgoing mail through SIRADI, (2) Need to have a unity of understanding between the staff at each work unit, (3) Writing in an agenda book or expedition book, so that when needed can look at the book to reduce input error.

Productivity is very important because it allows organizations to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in their activities; however, it is affected by numerous factors. While these factors have been identified for over two decades, all of the previous works limited the software factory to the programming work unit and did not analyze other work units that are also relevant. 90% of a software factory's effort is absorbed by the software production component, 85% of which is concentrated in the efforts of the analysis and design, programming, and testing work units. The present work identifies three new factors that influence the software factory, demonstrating that the use of rules and events influences analysis & design, team heterogeneity negatively affects analysis and design and positively affects programming; and the osmotic communication affects programming. An empirical study on software factories in Peru, determined that 95% of the influence came from these factors, which corroborated as well that team size and trust within the team influences in software production.

Productivity in software factories is very important because it allows organizations to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness in their activities. One of the pillars of competitiveness is productivity, and it is related to the effort required to accomplish the assigned tasks. However, there is no standard way to measure it, making it difficult to establish policies and strategies to improve the factory. In this work, a model based on data envelopment analysis is presented to evaluate the relative efficiency of the software factories and their projects, to measure the productivity in the software production component of the software factory through the activities that are carried out in their different work units. The proposed model consists of two phases in which the productivity of the software factory is evaluated and the productivity of the projects it conducts is assessed. Numerical tests on 6 software factories with 160 projects implemented show that the proposed model allows one to assess the software factories and the most efficient projects.

Patient safety incidents at Ahmad Yani Islamic Hospital Surabaya increased by 0.3% in 2019. If not addressed immediately, these problems can give a negative image to hospitals and patients. An error that appears and has an impact on increasing patient safety incidents, stems from a high workload and poor communication. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of workload and communication on the occurrence of patient safety incidents in hospitals. This study uses a unit of analysis as many as 18 work units that directly provide services to patients. Participants include the head of the work unit, the person in charge of the work unit and the person in charge of the quality of the work unit with a total of 90 people. The data was obtained primarily using the instrument contained in the google form. The communication measurement tool uses the Communication Openness Measurement (COM) and the workload uses the WISN calculation. Patient safety incident data was obtained from the PMKP RS team. The analysis was carried out by means of a simple cross tabulation with interpretation using the Pareto concept. The results showed that most work units (83.3%) had a low workload, most of the work unit communication (61.1%) was not good and 33.3% of work units had a high patient safety incident rate. In the Pareto concept, the results showed that workload had no effect on patient safety incidents, while communication influenced the number of patient safety incidents. Therefore, hospitals need to fix the pattern and flow of communication as well as the need for information disclosure so that the flow of information becomes more adequate, transfer of knowledge becomes better and employee understanding of the importance of patient safety in hospitals becomes better.

The collections of galleries, libraries, archives and museums (GLAM) are still scattered in the work units at LIPI. To manage these collections, adequate human resources, both quantitative and qualitative, are needed. When this research was conducted, there was a socialization activity to collaborate the GLAM management among work units at LIPI. This study aims to determine human resources available in developing GLAM at LIPI. The research method used was qualitative research. Analysis of data in qualitative research was carried out narratively. The research results show that human resources for gallery/museum exhibition at LIPI have been managed by the Center for the Utilization and Innovation of Science and Technology (PPII)-LIPI in collaboration with third parties since 2020. There were 49 librarians (37 expert librarians and 12 skilled librarians), while the number of archivists was 141 (one hundred and forty-one) people (83 Expert Archivists and 58 Skilled Archivists). The collaboration of PPII-LIPI with third parties has carried out human resources for museum management at LIPI since 2020. To improve the quality, human resources managing GLAM at LIPI need to be continuously improved, both through formal and non-formal education. The number of librarians and archivists are sufficient, but they must improve their abilities, considering that the GLAM institution at LIPI will just be developed. Of course, this GLAM is still perceived as a new institution by librarians and archivists at LIPI. It is recommended that during the development of the GLAM, gallery and museum management can be carried out by LIPI employees who have competence in galleries and museums.

The framework for preventing stunting can not only be carried out by government agencies but can also be implemented by public, this implies that stunting prevention is not only the responsibility of the health sector but requires the participation of all parties to contribute together in reducing numbers. Stunting in Indonesia, especially in Cirebon Regency, includes the need for change, attitudes, behavior, and mindset of society that must be changed to handle stunting as one of the efforts is through a synergy model of community empowerment parenting programs carried out synergistically and collaboratively by various institutions either by regional work units or by social organizations.
