Aim. To study the blood coagulation status by various laboratory methods in patients after pulmonary embolism (PE) receiving long-term anticoagulant therapy.Material and methods. The blood of 23 patients with pulmonary embolism, who received long-term anticoagulant therapy, was studied. The study of coagulation profile, D-dimer, thrombodynamics, thromboelastography and thrombin generation test were carried out.Results. The thrombin generation test shows a significant increase in the time of its formation, while the maximum amount of thrombin formed is half that of the reference values. There is a slightly increased median fibrin clot growth rate in the thrombodynamics test — 30,4 gm/min with a normal coagulation rate of 20-29 gm/min. The result of thromboelastography also reflects the blood hypocoagulation, in terms of R, Angle a and CI.Conclusion. Integral methods for assessing the thrombotic readiness in combination with a routine coagulation panel demonstrate a complete picture of blood coagulation potential in patients after pulmonary embolism requiring long-term anticoagulant therapy.

The work is aimed at discussing pregnancy management for the most thrombogenic genetic thrombophilia - antithrombin III (AT-III) deficiency. A detailed analysis of the literature and clinical case of pregnancy management in a patient with AT-III deficiency, pulmonary embolism and habitual history of miscarriage has been performed and presented. Patients with AT-III deficiency are at high risk for developing thrombotic and obstetric complications even despite using therapeutic doses of anticoagulants. Indications for use and modes of administration of AT-III concentrate have not been currently defined clearly. Monitoring therapy with low molecular weight heparin is largely complicated because a test for determining anti-Xa activity is AT-III-dependent. In addition to standard methods for controlling antithrombotic therapy, we used tests characterizing the dynamic blood clot parameters: thromboelastography and thrombin generation test. The peak risk resulting in both thrombotic and hemorrhagic complications in such patients occurs during period of labor and the postpartum period, when a change in the regimen of anticoagulant therapy is required with its temporary withdrawal and additional administration of AT-III concentrate.

This study aims to isolate and select strains of Bacillus for protease production from fermented soybean products. To evaluate the ability of protease production, the authors applied the hydrolysis diameter measurement method on Skim milk agar (SMA) and submerged fermentation (SmF). The results showed that 29 bacterial strains were isolated from fermented soybean products in An Giang and Can Tho provinces. Based on the morphological and biochemical characteristics of bacteria, these are defined belong to the Bacillus genus. The results of the protease generation test on SMA helped to select eight strains with a high halo diameter. In SmF with 106 cells/ml, pH 7.2, at 37°C for 48 hours, the ML01 strain gave the highest specific protease activity of 185.92 U/mg. Sequence analysis results of the 16S rRNA gene region of ML01 exhibited a high relationship with the sequence of Bacillus subtilis.

AbstractTool competitions are a special form of comparative evaluation, where each tool has a team of developers or supporters associated that makes sure the tool is properly configured to show its best possible performance. In several research areas, tool competitions have been a driving force for the development of mature tools that represent the state of the art in their field. This paper describes and reports the results of the 1$$^{\text {st}}$$ st International Competition on Software Testing (Test-Comp 2019), a comparative evaluation of automatic tools for software test generation. Test-Comp 2019 was presented as part of TOOLympics 2019, a satellite event of the conference TACAS. Nine test generators were evaluated on 2 356 test-generation tasks. There were two test specifications, one for generating a test that covers a particular function call and one for generating a test suite that tries to cover the branches of the program.

Protocol Zero Knowledge Proof is one of the protocols in Cryptography that has a fairly good level of security, because it applies the concept of "Truly Zero Knowledge Proof" which is not leaking any information. This protocol is used in the Fiat Shamir, Guillou Quisquater and Schnorr Feige Algorithms, all of which are Cryptographic Algorithms using private keys and public keys. In the Public key, all three of these Algorithms use a random number generator at the values p and q to get the public key. In this study, the author will generate a public key generation test using CPRNG (Cryptographically-secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator) with the Blum Blum Shub algorithm. The test will be conducted on the Fiat Feige Algorithm, the formation of the key will use the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm, but the Identification Protocol still uses the Fiat Shamir Feige Algorithm. The results of this study show the Feige Fiat Algorithm with the Blum Blum Shub Algorithm as the key builder successfully identifies the pattern sent by the signer.

Background: There is evidence that the concentrations of clotting and anticoagulant factors in children depend on age and differ from those found in adults. The results of APPT, TT, PT, fibrinogen are similar in children and adults in some studies, while PT and APTT show differences in others. Recent studies on global hemostatic assays Thromboelastography (TEG) revealed no significant differences in test results between healthy children and adults, while the thrombin generation test (TGT) showed significant differences. The Thrombodynamics (TD) assay is a new global hemostasis assay that considers the spatial organization of coagulation. Methods: APTT, TT, PR, fibrinogen and TD assays were performed in 102 healthy children between the ages of 1 and 17 years who underwent annual medical examinations and in 91 healthy adult volunteers. The following TD assay parameters were determined: lag time (Tlag), initial clot growth velocity (Vi), stationary clot growth velocity (Vs), clot size 30 minutes after the start of clot growth (CS) and clot Density (D). Written consent was obtained from all participants or their parents after they received complete information about the tests. Results: Age-specific reference values for the TD assay in healthy children aged 1-17 years are presented. No significant differences were observed between different age groups of children (15 years, 6-10 years, and 11-17 years) or between all children (1-17 years) and adults. Significant differences were not observed between genders. Conclusions: The TD assay results revealed no age-specific differences in the parameters between children aged 1-17 years and adults.
