This study aims to measure and describe students' decision-making to choose Vocational High School (SMK) in terms of their career understanding and motivation. The subjects of this study were 135 Year 9 students in five SMK throughout Southwest Aceh Regency. The total sampling method was used to choose the subjects from the entire population. Furthermore, the data were analysed using correlation analysis between variables partially and simultaneously with ANOVA (F test). The results of the partial correlation analysis show that the career understanding variable has a significant influence on students' decision-making to choose SMK with rcount = 0.411 at a significance level of 0.05. In addition, the motivation variable also has a significant influence on decision-making to choose SMK with rcount = 0.375. Simultaneously, career understanding and motivation significantly affect choosing SMK with Fcount = 19.850 and Ftable = 3.06 (Fcount > Ftable). This study results indicate that career understanding variables consist of work planning, work exploration and knowledge of the world of work. In contrast, the motivation variables consist of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, which could be the basis for students' decision making

Early-onset parkinsonism (EO parkinsonism), defined as subjects with disease onset before the age of 40 or 50 years, can be the main clinical presentation of a variety of conditions that are important to differentiate. Although rarer than classical late-onset Parkinson’s disease (PD) and not infrequently overlapping with forms of juvenile onset PD, a correct diagnosis of the specific cause of EO parkinsonism is critical for offering appropriate counseling to patients, for family and work planning, and to select the most appropriate symptomatic or etiopathogenic treatments. Clinical features, radiological and laboratory findings are crucial for guiding the differential diagnosis. Here we summarize the most important conditions associated with primary and secondary EO parkinsonism. We also proposed a practical approach based on the current literature and expert opinion to help movement disorders specialists and neurologists navigate this complex and challenging landscape.

Problems that occur in the effectiveness of work planning in controlling street vendors are still not maximal performance, when viewed from the factors of Effectiveness of Consequences and Impact of Outputs in achieving objectives, the level of success in achieving predetermined targets and clarity of achievement of goals. This is supported by the data obtained by the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Pancoran Sub-district, which have varied work planning effectiveness criteria from 2018 to 2019, from street vendors’ orderliness to realizing street vendors, which are still far from different from the target of curbing. And from 2018 to 2019 the level of effectiveness can be included in the criteria for being quite effective. This research method is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Qualitative descriptive research aims to describe and describe events and phenomena that occur in the field and present data in a systematic, factual, and accurate manner regarding the facts that occur in the field. Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Researchers used source triangulation to check the validity of the research data. Data analysis in this study uses three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study are known (1) The effectiveness of work planning of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) at Pancoran Sub-district in street vendors’ orderliness in improving the work performance that has been implemented in the dimensions of Effectiveness of Reach Effects, Impact of Outputs in achieving objectives, the level of success in achieving predetermined targets and clarity of achieving goals. (2) Obstacles in implementing the effectiveness of Street Vendors/PKL work planning who do not understand the regulations, there is no relocation place for street vendors and street vendors who consider public facilities a strategic business place for trading. (3) The solution for the socialization of street vendors about policy regulations is carried out by means of humane communication and new relocation sites.

This study aims to find out 1). Innovative work planning for teachers of SMA Negeri 1 of South Halmahera and SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha, 2). The implementation of innovative work of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera and SMA Al-Khairaat Labuha, 3). Supervision of innovative work of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera and SMA Al-Khairaat Labuha, and 4). The assessment of innovative work of teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Halmahera and SMA Al-Khairaat Labuha. This study used qualitative approach with narrative research method and the research design used was a multi-site study, where first site is SMA Negeri 1 south Halmahera and second site is SMA AL-Khairaat Labuha where the locus located in south Halmahera district. The results showed that 1). The teachers innovative work planning at the two research sites was compiled through a process consisting of two stages, problem identification and alternative problem-solving option. Establishing teachers’ innovative work development plan and applying the principles of deliberation and consensus, 2). The implementation of innovative work of teachers at the two research sites based on the predetermined work plan and is supported by managerial behaviour in the form of providing motivation, communicating face to face and through the electronic medium such as smartphone and supported by teacher behaviour in the form of being committed to achieving innovative work development goal, 3). Supervision of teacher innovative work consists of three types of supervision which include before, during, and after the implementation of the teachers’ innovative work development plan, 4). The assessment of teachers’ innovative work is carried out through an assessment process consisting of three stages of measuring, comparing, and taking managerial action.

Abstract Both the measurement of the dose and the measurement of its distribution, like any other measurements, are subject to measurement uncertainties. These uncertainties affect all dose calculations and dose distributions in a patient’s body during treatment planning in radiotherapy. Measurement uncertainty is not a medical physicist’s error, but an inevitable element of their work. Planning the dose distribution in a patient’s body, we often try to reduce it in the volume of critical organs (OaR - Organ at Risk) or increase the minimum dose in the PTV region by a few percent. It is believed that the measurement uncertainty should be taken into account in these calculations at the stage of treatment planning. The paper presents the method of calculating the measurement uncertainty for different physical quantities in radiotherapy as percentage depth dose, profile function and output factor, due to the fact that these quantities have a particular impact on the calculated dose distributions in a patient’s body. The uncertainties that must be taken into account in planning treatment the planned dose per fraction and real in PTV, maybe different up to 4%.
