The aspects studied in this study include product aspects, price aspects, green marketing aspects and their influence on buying interest. The study was conducted in Yogyakarta with random sampling of Super Indo consumers. Field data collection is carried out in the period from May to July 2021. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires with validity and reliability tests first. Data analysis was carried out using the Regression-Moderation model with product and price aspects as independent variables. Aspects of buying interest as an independent variable, while the green marketing variable as a moderating variable. The results of this study indicate that product and price aspects in general still have an effect on consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, an understanding of green marketing has a significant influence in moderating the relationship between products and consumer buying interest in Super Indo Supremarket retail.

Statue tombstones are a type of tombstones that resemble human beings. Statue tombstones are a form of the continuity of cultural products known as megalithic statues, which were transformed into statue tombstones during the Islamic era in South Sulawesi. This research was conducted to investigate the statue tombstones found in eight Islamic tomb complexes in Makassar Ethnic Areas in Bantaeng Regency, Jeneponto Regency, and Maros Regency. The desk study method was used to explore preliminary data related to the statue tombstones found in Makassar Ethnic Areas. Then, field data collection was carried out. The analysis process was carried out after all the required data had been collected. The analysis was carried out by classifying the data on the statue tombstones to determine their morphological features. Results of the analysis show that the statue tombstones have varied forms. The variety was influenced by several factors, namely the ethnographic conditions, environments and knowledge systems of the local communities, and the periods in which the statue tombstones were made.

This study aims to describe and analyze the legal status of mineral mining companies' land in Central Sulawesi, and secondly to explore and/or find alternative concepts in the field of land use adopted by the community in the mining area and its surroundings. To achieve this goal, a sociological/socio legal research method will be used. Document studies are carried out through a search for legal materials; primary, secondary and tertiary to obtain some data, then field data collection was carried out in the form of observations, in-depth interviews and participatory discussions (PRA). The phenomenon of problematic mineral mining occurs in almost every region in Indonesia, including Central Sulawesi. These facts show the importance of this research to be carried out in Central Sulawesi. Mining business is carried out after obtaining a permit from the government, prior to agreement with the party who has land rights, the government has first issued a mining business permit (hereinafter abbreviated as IUP), after the IUP is issued then a settlement with the party who has land rights in order to obtain approval. Land rights are very important in this regard, so the author is of the opinion that in granting mining business permits, comprehensive and effective consultation and deliberation first need to be carried out, involving communities directly affected by mining business activities, so that land rights are guaranteed optimal

In the Klemunan Village, Wlingi, Blitar, there is a practice of pawning with guaranteed fields that can be used indefinitely. This practice is detrimental to one of the parties because the income from Rahin is directly transferred to the Murtahin. The purpose of this study was to determine a precise analysis of Islamic law on the practice of pawning rice fields in the Klemunan, Wlingi, Blitar Villages and as a medium of knowledge for the surrounding community who still use the pawning method. Qualitative methods are used in this research, while field data collection uses interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was done by the deductive method. This research shows that the rice field pawning contract in the Klemunan Village, Wlingi, Blitar is not by Islamic law, it is because when the contract takes place, the specific conditions must be met by Rahin so that the Murtahin can accept the rice fields. The contract is valid, but the conditions are considered void. According to Islamic legal theory, using the object of pawning the fields without a time limit is inappropriate because the Murtahin can use the object of the pawn without a time limit or until the debt is completed. In the  Klemunan Village, the sub-district is not by Islamic law because when Rahin cannot pay its debt to the Murtahin, the rice fields used as collateral can change ownership to become the property of the Murtahin.

Abstract Administratively, the research location is in Lahbako Field, Jember Regency, East Java Province. This study discusses the geological characteristics, hydrothermal alteration, and mineralization in the study area. The method used is field data collection by mapping and laboratory analysis in the form of petrographic analysis and mineragraphic analysis. The research area is divided into three geomorphology units, namely a unit with steep hills, a unit with undulating hills, and a unit with sloping plains. The stratigraphy of the study area is divided into five-rock units, while the order of rock units from oldest to youngest is the volcanic Breccia unit, the intercalated Sandstone, and Claystone unit with Tuff insertion, the Diorite Intrusion Unit, the Granodiorite Intrusion Unit, and the youngest unit, namely Alluvium Unit. The research area has a high straightness density value and a straight lineage pattern that tends to be dense. The area with high lineament density is assumed to be the area with the best prospect of alteration and mineralization because the lineament reflects the geological structure which is the path of hydrothermal fluid passage that causes alteration and mineralization. Based on petrographic analysis, the research area has undergone alteration with the type of Philic alteration (Chlorite-Quartz-Feldspar), Prophiliic Alteration (Chlorite-Quartz-Feldspar) Feldspar-Quartz-Epidote) and Argillic Alteration (Alunite-Quartz-Biotite). The study area is indicated as an area with high sulfide epithermal mineral deposits where the indication is based on the discovery of vein textures in the form of Vuggy Quartz and ore minerals in the form of Silver, Copper, and Iron in mineragraphic analysis.

The results showed that the principal's role as a manager in online learning was not optimal in the indicators of the school determining the curriculum used in online learning (44%) and the principal facilitating support for online learning (50%). At the same time, the pedagogic competence also showed less than optimal in Playing their competencies is shown by the 5 lowest percentage indicators, including understanding the cognitive development of students (59%), designing learning methods (52%), designing learning models (56%), carrying out assessments of learning outcomes (54.5%), and conducting material assessments. (56%). With a strong commitment from teachers and principals, various efforts and programs carried out during online learning will optimally achieve learning objectives.
