This article aims to investigate the contributions of philosophy as a formative element for the performance of the Mediator and Community Teacher (PMEC), emphasizing the value of teaching to act in local cultural. This is a qualitative research in the area of Philosophy of Education, thus the bibliographic discussion, aims to assist the teacher to be an effective mediator agent, being indispensable to offer training to teachers so that they can resignify the teacher-student relationship, taking into account the ethical formations of each social context. For the teacher to be an effective mediator agent, it is necessary that the knowledge acquired by him, serve as a facilitating experience to dispose emotionally in relation to the student and welcome him pedagogically. As a conclusion, it is discussed that the Mediator and Community Professor (PMEC) needs to resignify human formation in the classroom, by reflecting, innating and deconstructing discourses that operate within the scope of a transcendent moral based on common sense. Given this panorama, a critical view on teacher education, it is fundamental in times that the classroom has closed itself to dialogue and recognition of the otherness of the other, which further evidences the failure of ethics in society, including in the classroom.

Background: Nitric oxide (NO) is known for decades to play a crucial role in many physiological processes: this includes acting as an anti-microbial mediator/agent, vasodilator, inhibitor of platelet aggregation, immune modulator, and tissue regeneration via regulation of epidermal cell migration, collagen deposition and cytokine/chemokine microenvironment, making it a key player in wound healing. Methods: In order to demonstrate the therapeutic benefits as well as the safety of a NO wound irrigation solution, a broad literature review summarizing efficacy and safety data was conducted. Results: Beneficial effects on wound healing have been demonstrated in several non-clinical and clinical studies. The combination of NO and wound rinsing seems to be a promising approach in terms of improved wound healing of chronic wounds. Conclusion: Based on the results, no safety concerns are expected for a daily 15 minutes use of a NOgenerating rinsing solution system for wound irrigation of diabetic foot ulcers in adults.

Automated negotiation about price and quantity is increasingly common in e-commerce. This paper presents an automated bilateral negotiation conducted by labor-saving and emotion-free autonomous agents. An automated negotiation may alleviate the difficulties inherent in human negotiations. To avoid a deadlock in which both agents are unwilling to concede may arise in the traditional alternating-offer pattern, a mediator agent is introduced. After outlining the negotiation workflow, we aim to analyze the correlation of price and quantity in a bilateral negotiation in different situations; then propose the negotiation methods how negotiate price and quantity for different situations. We hope the research can offer the guide for applying the proposed method to the e-commerce.

Abstract The librarian capability of guiding the information sources system learning process, with emphasis on "learning on the job" and continuous improvement is presented. The training method proposal presented discusses the implementation of activities that will support the librarian’s role and work in making the libraries a maximized learning environment, guiding and qualifying the librarian’s role as a mediator-agent of the process. Team behavioral changes, based on scientific methodologies, their contribution for the improvement of team work, service quality and productivity, are demonstrated.

In Hungary, the cocklebur species significantly endanger row crops (i.e. corn, sunflower, sugar beet). Their fast spreading is caused by many reasons: long-lasting emergence, reduced sensitivity to many kinds of herbicides, vigorous competitional ability, allelopathy, fast initial growth and changes in climate. The means of allelopathy is used by many species of plants in the competition with one another, as well as by the cockleburs. But the efficiency of this is influenced by many factors. Species with allelopathical effect could show different behaviour under different conditions: they can produce compounds with retarding and stimulating effects in different quantities or compositions. The actual condition of the acceptor plant and the mediator agent (i.e. soil) influence the final effect. In this experiment influence of phenology and rainfall was studied on allelopathy of cockleburs in May, July and September. A stronger inhibition was observed on growth of cress before rain in July than in May, but this retarding effect disappeared after rainfall. However, the samples collected in September have significant inhibitory effect after rain. Inhibition of sugarbeet’s germination was stronger in May than in July, and the difference increased after rain.
