Traditional Cultural Expression is an intellectual work that needs to be protected. Traditional Cultural Expression is rooted in three words: tradition, culture, and expression. The meaning of "expression", expresses a clear goal, idea or feeling. In this paper, the author raises an example of a traditional cultural expression, namely the cultural expression of traditional Acehnese songs owned by the local Acehnese people. Songs such as "Bungong Jempa", are a small example of the traditional wealth of the Acehnese people that should be preserved and protected by the government. The purpose of this study is to find out how is the protection related to traditional cultural expressions in Indonesia? And has the method of recording/inventorying traditional cultural expressions in Indonesia provided maximum protection for the cultural expressions of traditional Acehnese songs? The benefit of this research is that it is hoped that it can provide benefits for the development of legal knowledge in Indonesia and can provide insight or information to the public, especially regarding the object of copyright as one of the productive waqf in Indonesia.

The article also considers theoretical concepts: translation texts of different branches, the substance of legal translations, the concept of “complex of exercises”, types of exercises for teaching of writing translation. The significance and role of the field of law in translation studies were also formulated. The article considered and formulated what competencies need to be developed by future translators to work in this field. After studying the theoretical aspects, the most successful and optimal complex of exercises was selected according to all the principles, which are necessary for teaching of written translation in the field of law. It consisted of three groups, but this classification was supplemented by another group of exercises, so a total of four groups were obtained. It should be emphasized that these exercises should be performed clearly in the order in which they are presented in the article, as it is necessary to follow the principle of consistency. The article presents a complex of exercises, which is designed to teach a written translation in the field of law. It is divided into four groups: preparative exercises, exercises for formation of skills, exercises for development of skills and exercises for improvement of skills and abilities. This complex of exercises is designed according to the principles of structure and consistency, exercises are arranged according to the level of difficulty, from the easiest to the most difficult. Through the use of this complex of exercises, students will acquire the basic concepts of the field of law, gain background knowledge about the legal systems of Germany and Ukraine and will be conversant in this field. In addition to knowledge, students will be able to develop the skills and abilities they will need for their future profession. This complex of exercises is aimed at the formation and development of such competencies as information within the competence approach, lexical and translation competencies. Exercises are not presented in full, only partially. All of them are described in detail and have a clear goal, examples of most exercises are shown in the article. Exercises are made in German, although in the whole complex they are also duplicated in Ukrainian. You can follow this example of exercises for development of exercises for other profession. Key words: information competence, lexical competence, complex of exercises, legal translation, written translation, principles of consistency.

With the clear goal of improving photovoltaic (PV) technology performance towards nearly-zero energy buildings, a graph theory-based model that characterizes photovoltaic panel structures is developed. An algorithm to obtain all possible configurations of a given number of PV panels is presented and the results are exposed for structures using 3 to 7 panels. Two different classifications of all obtained structures are carried out: the first one regarding the maximum power they can produce and the second according to their capability to produce energy under a given probability that the solar panels will fail. Finally, both classifications are considered simultaneously through the expected value of power production. This creates structures that are, at the same time, reliable and efficient in terms of production. The parallel associations turn out to be optimal, but some other less expected configurations prove to be rated high.

AbstractThis study was conducted to assess the psychosocial and material services provision of Wolisso Kalehiwot Church project/center. Qualitative research design employing phenomenological approach was conducted as to reach on identifying the strengths and challenges practiced in the center. Purposive sampling techniques was used to draw ten respondents from the center (8 from orphans, 2 from staff) to respond to interview questions. The result of this study indicated that the effort made by the project is so effective in addressing the immediate need of the orphans including survival and wellbeing of these children. Consequently, the weakness in the project observed was initial recruitment problem of the orphans and unskilled staffs involving in the project and the inability to be proactive for the sustainability request for the project were seen as major. The challenges faced were identified as characteristics of the staff to handle the growing needs of the orphans, emotional instability of the children, limited access to social integration, negative attitude of the community towards institutionalization and segregation were observed as critical. Hence, institutional capacity building from both external and internal funders to maintain the projects sustainability with clear goal and policy direction is mandatory.

Purpose – analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the success of innovative projects that try to raise funds indirectly through crowdfunding platforms. Research Methodology. The interdisciplinary method of discourse analysis and systematic approach were used in the context of this work; the comparative method allowed to determine the optimal approach to the problem. Scientific novelty. The field of financial support lacks tools to encourage market participants to provide them with ideas and projects that can be financed through crowdfunding. Conclusions. The following indicators influence the creation of a viable crowdfunding mechanism and the growth of fundraising: narrative (or previous history), a clear goal and planned duration of the project; investment in communication schemes and visualization of advertising, and third-party support (positive feedback) focus on the pledge process rather than on the financial goal; distribution of crowdfunding into structured categories. At the same time, the success of crowdfunding is not tied to the size of the reward and any location. Key words: crowdfunding; key performing factors; alternative financin

In this paper, a new design of a helium-assisted hybrid drone is proposed for flight time enhancement. As is widely known, most of the drones with a VTOL (vertical take-off and landing) feature have a short operation time, limiting their capability to carry out sustainable operations for the given missions. Thus, with the clear goal of enhancing the flight time, this study aims to develop a hybrid drone system, where a helium balloon is used to provide a lifting force for this purpose. The proposed design for the hybrid drone has several benefits including easiness to manufacture and relatively small size when compared to other types of hybrid drones. Various analyses are conducted for the design of the hybrid drone system including the balloon shape and size, buoyant force, flight time, and connector design. Since stability and performance are one of the most important issues for the new design, the pole location analysis is conducted based on the control theory. This rigorous analysis provides that the proposed hybrid drone design is stable as well as robust against swinging motions. To validate the effectiveness of the proposed design and flight time enhancement, simulations were conducted and experimental results are also provided using the manufactured hybrid drone system. Through the real experiments, it is proved that the hybrid drone can increase the flight time more than 2.5 times while guaranteeing stable motions.

A company is built of course with a clear goal, namely to get as much profit as possible, but this is not necessarily achieved easily, there are many things that companies need to pay attention to in order to achieve these goals. One of the aspects that can affect company revenue is customer satisfaction with the products produced, where the quality of the products produced needs to be considered because this is directly proportional to customer satisfaction. To achieve customer satisfaction, many things can be done by the company, one of which is the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) as done by PT. X, where the application of TQM aims to increase competitiveness which is done by continuous improvement so that it This can affect employee performance which is also directly proportional to product quality and company earnings. This study was conducted to prove whether the implementation of TQM by PT X affects employee performance or not. The approach used in this study uses linear regression analysis, where the data used is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to several respondents. The results showed that variable X had an effect on variable Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.598 and the decision was made that the application of TQM had an effect on employee performance.

Abstract In 2017, Ken Burns and Lynn Novick released their latest documentary series, The Vietnam War, with a clear goal in mind: proposing a narrative that would “heal the wounds” generated by the war in the United States. This paper dwells on the role devoted to the “Viet’ vets” in this series. We argue that these veterans played a crucial role in this reconciliatory undertaking since they served as main conveyors of a critical vision of the war, close to what some scholars have called the “orthodox school”. In this regard, the emphasis put on them is indicative of a much broader mutation: the sacralisation of these “Viet’ vets” in official narratives and their progressive rehabilitation in U.S. popular culture.
