Abstract: The objective is to find suitable skilled employees for the job among different departments within the organization. For finding the quality of an applicant or even the already employed employee, the HRs of companies goes through a lot of hectic schedule, time consuming processes, decision making, etc. In this case, Recommendation System, which is a part of Machine Learning, proves to be effective in making decisions on behalf of the HRs if an employee or an applicant is suitable enough for the job. The aim of the project is to predict whether the already employed employees, who belong to different department within the organization can perform well or not if assigned to a different department. Keywords: Recommendation system, Collaborative Learning, K-NN, Similarity, Similarity Correlation, Cosine etc.

AbstractThe chemical characteristic of flowback fluid from hydraulic fracturing for shale gas exploration/production in various localizations is presented. The results of statistical analysis have shown that variability in the chemical composition of these fluids is statistically significant and depends on the time difference between fracturing process and flowback sampling as well as sampling spot within the installation for flowback collection. Parameters which depend on sampling schedule (time and spot of sampling) are as follows: electrical conductivity and concentration of ammonia, boron, barium, calcium, lithium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, sodium, strontium, silicate, bromide, and chloride. Independent parameters are pH, total organic carbon (TOC), concentration of potassium, and iron. The ranges of the values of the characteristic parameters were determined, taking into account the representativeness of the samples, supported by statistical tests. The methods for the reuse of flowback fluids in terms of chemical composition are presented.

Purpose: The government of Nepal (GoN) is implementing many small, medium, and large types of Irrigation Projects. Sikta Irrigation Project (SIP) is the National Pride Project implemented by the GoN. The command area of the project has 42766.00 ha and beneficiaries of the project have 46715 households consisting of 449588 population of Banke district. The paper aims to assess the contract performance in terms of the Time and Cost of the Sikta Irrigation Project, Banke, Nepal. Design/Methodology/Approach: Using secondary data of contract, content Analysis of Project documents review and Key Informant Interviews were used for assessing the contract performance. Findings/Result: Sikta Irrigation Project has a total of 52 contracts out of which consider for study based on documentation, only 18 contracts completed based on schedule time whereas 16 contracts behind schedule. However, 16 contracts are still on going far behind the schedule and one contract terminated. The actual expenditure of the project has 16.26 billion (64.90% of estimated cost) and the allocated budget was 18.26 billion (72.99% of estimated cost) whereas the estimated cost has 25.032 billion. It indicates that the progress of the project was 64.90% and fails to complete the scheduled time 2076/077. The client should prepare the project well before implementation with proper planning, designing, and detailed study from the beginning. Originality/Value: It is empirical research to assure the project performance based on lessons from Sikta Irrigation Project. Paper Type: Analytical Policy Research

Abstract Background Training speech production skills may be a valid intervention target for minimally verbal autistic children. Intervention studies have explored various approaches albeit on a small scale and with limited experimental control or power. We therefore designed a novel app-based parent-mediated intervention based on insights from the video modelling and cued articulation literature and tested its acceptability and usage. Methods Consultation with the autism community refined the initial design and culminated in a pilot trial (n = 19) lasting 16 weeks. Participants were randomly allocated an intervention duration in an AB phase design and undertook weekly probes during baseline and intervention via the app. We evaluated the acceptability of the intervention via feedback questionnaires and examined the usability variables such as adherence to the testing and intervention schedule, time spent on the app and trials completed during the intervention phase. Results High acceptability scores indicated that families liked the overall goals and features of the app. Ten participants engaged meaningfully with the app, completing 82% of the test trials and uploading data in 61% of intervention weeks; however, of these, only three met the targeted 12.5 min of intervention per week. Conclusion We discuss the possible reasons for variability in usage data and how barriers to participation could be surmounted in the future development of this intervention.

Abstract— Construction projects are a series of activities that have a time at the beginning and end time with the aim of realizing the idea into a physical form or building. Labor is one of the important resources, because often the supply is limited, both because of quality and other things. With a good workforce management impact on the completion of construction projects. But in the construction phase, contractors often experience many problems related to the construction project's labor allocation. This study uses the help of Microsoft Project 2007 application to create a network of Precedence Method Method (PDM) methods, then generate a bart chart for the preparation of a project implementation schedule or S schedule (time schedule) so that a histogram can be obtained after a leveling process is needed. The results of data analysis with a case study of the Bank Mandiri Development Project Palembang Office Building, it can be concluded leveling shows that the workforce needs are far less than previously planned. The number of planner workforce based on planner consultant data and reports is 8681 people and from the research results based on data processing the leveling process is only 7754 people. Keywords—: S curve; labour, histogram; Microsoft Project.

ICT bases tournament with quizizz application has role play to chemistry leaning study. This role can be seen from motivation and student assessment aspect. This research is design experimental quasi “The randomized pre test-post test control group design” and the data analysis is using t-test for comparing experiment and control class. Learning with this bases can improve the motivation and result of student learning. Students believe that they can be the best in study with this quizizz application. It becomes the wonderful time to study with excited, happy, and the material is easy to understand. Beside that, with ICT function, students can apply this tournament is out of the schedule time to study, so it can be doing at anywhere and anytime

The problem with flexible job planning (FJSP) is a modification o f the classic job booking problem. This paper deals with the problem o f flexible job deployment and processing o f operations on one machine from a set o f alternative machines. The problem o f deploying flexible jobs in real time is one o f a group o f difficult NP problems (Non-deterministic polynomial time). The motive o f this paper is to show the application o f meta-heuristic algorithms on the example of flexible job schedules and present the appropriate method to future studies. To solve this problem, two meta-heuristic algorithms were used: Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Artificial Bee Colony (ABC). The aim o f the paper is to achieve the speed o f the conversion solution in a series o f iterations, minimizing the total time o f deployment of jobs on an alternative set of machines, as well as minimizing the total schedule time. The problem o f deploying flexible jobs has great application, and with this test we propose an algorithm for solving this problem.
