In this paper, a system for automatic detection and correction of mispronunciation of native Chinese learners of English by speech recognition technology is designed with the help of radiomagnetic pronunciation recording devices and computer-aided software. This paper extends the standard pronunciation dictionary by predicting the phoneme confusion rules in the language learner’s pronunciation that may lead to mispronunciation and generates an extended pronunciation dictionary containing the standard pronunciation of each word and the possible mispronunciation variations, and automatic speech recognition uses the extended pronunciation dictionary to detect and diagnose the learner’s mispronunciation of phonemes and provides real-time feedback. It is generated by systematic crosslinguistic phonological comparative analysis of the differences in phoneme pronunciation with each other, and a data-driven approach is used to do automatic phoneme recognition of learner speech and analyze the mapping relationship between the resulting mispronunciation and the corresponding standard pronunciation to automatically generate additional phoneme confusion rules. In this paper, we investigate various aspects of several issues related to the automatic correction of English pronunciation errors based on radiomagnetic pronunciation recording devices; design the general block diagram of the system, etc.; and discuss some key techniques and issues, including endpoint detection, feature extraction, and the system’s study of pronunciation standard algorithms, analyzing their respective characteristics. Finally, we design and implement a model of an automatic English pronunciation error correction system based on a radiomagnetic pronunciation recording device. Based on the characteristics of English pronunciation, the correction algorithm implemented in this system uses the similarity and pronunciation duration ratings based on the log posterior probability, which combines the scores of both, and standardizes this system scoring through linear mapping. This system can achieve the purpose of automatic recognition of English mispronunciation correction and, at the same time, improve the user’s spoken English pronunciation to a certain extent.

In order to improve the pronunciation accuracy of spoken English reading, this paper combines artificial intelligence technology to construct a correction model of the spoken pronunciation accuracy of AI virtual English reading. Moreover, this paper analyzes the process of speech synthesis with intelligent speech technology, proposes a statistical parametric speech based on hidden Markov chains, and improves the system algorithm to make it an intelligent algorithm that meets the requirements of the correction system of spoken pronunciation accuracy of AI virtual English reading. Finally, this paper combines the simulation research to analyze the English reading, spoken pronunciation, and pronunciation correction of the intelligent system. From the experimental research results, the correction system of spoken pronunciation accuracy of AI virtual English reading proposed in this paper basically meets the basic needs of this paper to build a system.

With the increasingly frequent international exchanges, English has become a common language for communication between countries. Under this research background, in order to correct students’ wrong English pronunciation, an intelligent correction system for students’ English pronunciation errors based on speech recognition technology is designed. In order to provide a relatively stable hardware correction platform for voice data information, the sensor equipment is optimized and combined with the processor and intelligent correction circuit. On this basis, the MLP (Multilayer Perceptron) error correction function is defined, with the help of the known recognition confusion calculation results, the actual input speech error is processed by gain mismatch, and the software execution environment of the system is built. Combined with the related hardware structure, the intelligent correction system of students’ English pronunciation error based on speech recognition technology is successfully applied, and the comparative experiment is designed the practical application value of the system is highlighted.

In order to solve the problems of low correction accuracy and long correction time in the traditional English grammar error correction system, an English grammar error correction system based on deep learning is designed in this paper. This method analyzes the business requirements and functions of the English grammar error correction system and then designs the overall architecture of the system according to the analysis results, including English grammar error correction module, service access module, and feedback filtering module. The multilayer feedforward neural network is used to construct the language model to judge whether the language sequence is a normal sentence, so as to complete the correction of English grammatical errors. The experimental results show that the designed system has high accuracy and fast speed in correcting English grammatical errors.

In recent years, the modeling industry has attracted many people, causing a drastic increase in the number of modeling training classes. Modeling takes practice, and without professional training, few beginners know if they are doing it right or not. In this paper, we present a real-time 2D model walk grading app based on Mediapipe, a library for real-time, multi-person keypoint detection. After capturing 2D positions of a person's joints and skeletal wireframe from an uploaded video, our app uses a scoring formula to provide accurate scores and tailored feedback to each user for their modeling skills.

This Coastal and Hydraulic Engineering Technical Note (CHETN) details an evaluation of three Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)/Global Positioning System (GPS) real-time correction methods capable of providing centimeter-level positioning. Internet and satellite-delivered correction systems, Real Time Network (RTN) and Real Time eXtended (RTX), respectively, are compared to a traditional ground-based two-way radio transmission correction system, generally referred to as Local RTK, or simply RTK. Results from this study will provide prospective users background information on each of these positioning systems and comparisons of their respective accuracies during in field operations.

One of the disadvantages of existing main magnetic compasses (МС) is the presence in their readings of an error from pitching due to the influence of centripetal and tangential accelerations when the MC is placed at a certain distance from the center rocking of the ship. This error can be unacceptably large, especially when using the compass in high latitude environments. This effect can be compensated by using a gyroscopic angular rate sensor (ARS), which measures the angular yaw rate of the ship. The work is devoted to the results of research and simulation of two correction system, which is introduced into the measuring circuit of the MC. Each of the correction systems presented in this work can be considered as mechatronic control device for a modern MC, one of them is positional, and the other is according to the angular yaw rate of the ship. The paper shows the advantages and disadvantages each of systems. So, a feature of the positional correction system is the need to use ARS of a tactical accuracy class (for example, a fiber-optic gyroscope). At the same time, the yaw rate correction system makes it possible to use a cheap micromechanical gyroscope (MMG). Despite the use ARS of various accuracy classes, both proposed correction systems allow achieving similar results, which leads to an obvious conclusion about the advisability of using the correction system with MMG, which allows to significantly reduce the cost of the MC, as well as to reduce its weight and dimensions.

The article deals with the issue of ensuring the rights and safety of prisoners during the COVID 19 pandemic. Research was conducted on problems in the operation of penal institutions relating to the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of prisoners and the establishment of appropriate hygienic conditions in penal institutions. Some of the results of an anonymous interview of prisoners are cited, which make it possible to conclude that the State Penal Enforcement Service is unable to impose the necessary quarantine measures, as well as being unable to provide adequate medical care to prisoners and ensure their safety in physical isolation during the spread of COVID 19. Some of the recommendations that have been drawn up in the international penal correction system and that relate to the introduction of quarantine measures in non-custodial facilities have been analysed, and their justification and enforcement have been considered. The examination of the plans gives the author grounds to argue that only the adoption of relevant normative acts and action plans was ensured in Ukraine, but that the plans themselves were not properly implemented. The author points out that the failure of the Penal Correction Service to introduce and implement these measures is due to a significant underfunding of the needs of penal departments and institutions, as well as to the inadequate implementation of those measures, as provided for in normative acts. In his conclusions, the author points out that the practice of the enforcement of criminal sanctions requires the serious and consistent introduction and implementation of the measures provided for in the regulations for the period of quarantine, as well as significant reforms in the medical care of prisoners and adequate funding of such reforms by the State.
