The results of respondents who answered the questions were dominated by respondents with a bachelor degree education background, 110 people (55%), with ages ranging between 31 - 40 years, 114 people (57%), and have an income of 11 - 30 million rupiah per month, 121 people (60.50%), and according to the frequent online shopping between 2-3 times per month, 101 people (50.50%). Based on the results of data processing, there are 6 most dominant factors that influence customer buying decisions in shopping at online retail stores in Jakarta. These factors are Variable Attitudes with Estimate value = 1,325, Time and Cost Efficiency Variable with Estimate value = 1,272, Variable Values with Estimate value = 1,243, Family Variable with Estimate value = 1,215, Beliefs Variable with Estimate value = 1,197, Variety of Choices Variable with Estimate value = 1,091.

The aim of this research is to analyse the existence of environmental influence of family, and school learning facility to achievement learn student at SMKN 1 Tidore. This Research use collected primary processing through quisioner passed to 127 responden taken as sampel. The method of this research is descriptive analysis for the explanation of students’ environmental of family (X1), environmental of school (X2), and Learning Facility (X3) to learning achievement (Y). Data analysis used doubled linear regression of model to know bigly of influence of the free variable to students’ learning achievement (Y).The result of this research by using regression (Test t) with family environmentf (X1) assess t-statistik equal to 2,005 with signifikan equal to 0,047. Environmental of school (X2) has an effect signifikan to students’ learning achievement and there are relation which are positive with score of t-statistik equal to 2,300 with signifikan equal to 0,023 whereas Facility variable Learn (X3) assess t-statistik equal to 2,870 storey level of signifikan 0,005. Whereas result of analysis of  regresiion of environmental of family variable, environmental of Facility and school Learn to achievement learn student is 15,747.  While with storey level of signifikan equal to 0,000. Result of this research is expected by old fellow can improve the quality of the way of educating its childs by paying attention regularity of students in learning at home. So, the students was motivated when learning at home. Keyword : Environmental of Family, Environmental of School, Learning Facility, Students Achievement

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to highlight the differences in terms of economic and financial performance, between family firms (FFs) and non-family firms (NFFs) in the wine sector in Italy and France, where this sector is one of the most representative national economic activities. Design/methodology/approach – This study is based on a sample of Italian and France companies operating in the wine sector. The sample, including medium and large firms, includes 288 FFs and 302 NFFs, for a total of 590 firms. Amadeus database represents the data source. According to Astrachan and Kolenko (1994), a firm is classified as a FF if family had to own over 50 per cent of the business in a private company or more than 10 per cent of a public company. Findings – This study confirms that the family variable is relevant to achieve good economic and financial performance, and endow firms with different features. In terms of economic performance, FFs both in Italy and France outperform in. terms of return on equity and return on assets, though only Italian NFFs outperform in earnings before interest and taxes. In terms of financial performance, both in Italy and France NFFs outperform FFs in current ratio and liquidity ratio, while FFs outperform in solvency ratio. Research limitations/implications – Limitations of the study concern the method adopted, as it could be integrated with some econometrical models. The implications of the paper are relevant for families and regulatory bodies because it helps them to better understand the effects of governance on economic and financial performance. Moreover, the findings of the study can influence the decision-making process of investors in order to identify the long-term outperformers listed on a stock exchange. Originality/value – This study contributes to the literature on family businesses phenomenon on wine sector, which represents one of the most representative of the economy of several countries and in which family businesses are widespread.

AbstractCarney complex (CNC) is an autosomal dominant hereditary or sporadic multiple neoplastic syndrome that shows variable clinical symptoms. Generally, CNC appears as skin pigmentation, cardiac or cutaneous myxomas, and multiple endocrine tumours. We performed an extensive evaluation of 9 individuals within 1 family in whom CNC was suspected. Among them, 5 had CNC with various clinical manifestations. We also performed mutational analysis of suspected genes in these patients. Although all patients were members of the same family, variable CNC-related manifestations were observed in each patient. An analysis showed a novel deletion mutation (c.537delA) in exon 6 of the PRKAR1A gene in the patients. Based on our results, the patients were determined to have CNC type I. This is the first such mutational report in Korea.

The morphological variation of seedlings from a single population of Pseudotsuga menziesii was examined and related to their maternal parentage (41 families) and speed of germination (selection) during the course of a common garden experiment. The largest source of variation among seedlings was attributed to within-family variation. Furthermore, within-family variable intercorrelations differed from family to family, suggesting that intrinsic causal factors are important to the generation and organization of variation. Pooled within-family variation was explored and shown to be related to the between-family variation. These results suggest that developmental and historical factors cannot be ignored in the interpretation and exploitation of sources of variation. Such considerations identify limitations to Neo-Darwinian explanations and suggest reappraisal of progeny trials with respect to these issues. The results also pose limitations to our interpretations of genetic similarity on the basis of multivariate morphological data.
