To improve the deployment and optimization of the industrial structure, researchers and practitioners have performed a variety of researches in terms of regional leading industry selection based on AO Hirschman, Rostow and Miyohei’s principles. The criteria and methods employed in previous studies are mainly based on the mass industrial development data, leading to the limitation of study on the application in new high-tech district and underdeveloped regions. Due to lack of industrial data and detail industry information, it is difficult to employ the deterministic regional industry selection model. Therefore, an extended fuzzy-VIKOR approach that the expert-based and trapezoidal fuzzy number decision-making techniques, embedded into the VIKOR steps is proposed. It is developed to solve the regional leading industry selection problems concerning industrial, economic, social and environmental dimensions. Finally, a case study for the industrial planning of a high-tech zone is applied to verify the proposed decision-making approach.

This article shows how the Finnish state, in connection to international actors, has advanced industrialization, territorialization, and commodification on the Skolt Sami home grounds, and how the Skolt Sami people’s nature-linked livelihood activities have changed or become threatened in connection with these processes. The theoretical starting points of the article sheds light on territorialization and the power practices of the state, and on commodification (i.e. the development of industrial economic features). The three cases of territorialization and commodification discussed in this article are the following: (1) the industrialization of the Petsamo area until1944, (2) the industrialization of reindeer herding from 1995 on, and (3) the Arctic Ocean railroad plan in 2016–2021. The article argues that international factors have significantly influenced the process of state-directed territorialization, which on several occasions has divided the Skolt Sami. Furthermore, the article claims that in the process of commodification, despite having changed, traditional nature-related livelihood activities are important for the continuity of the Skolt Sami way of life. Keywords: Skolt Sami, livelihoods, reindeer herding, natural resources, state, industrialization

This research aims to start the process of the revitalization of peri-urban spaces with high landscape and cultural potential, dotted with a series of heritage landmarks that allude to the recent industrial, economic and cultural history of the region, currently semi-degraded or abandoned, as is the case with the impressive and steep miller landscape of the Tajos de Alhama de Granada. To achieve this, it is proposed to carry out a comprehensive documentation (historical, cartographic, planimetric, photographic and photogrammetric) of the study area since, until now, there were no similar research studies. The application of an organized and structured method of work, documentation and diagnosis using the tools and graphic techniques of the 21st century has offered extensive results that have been turned into a rigorous and systematic catalog. This catalog will serve as the basis for the promotion of integrated action plans for the recovery of this urban edge, with the triple objective of the rehabilitation of buildings of architectural interest, rehabilitation of the surrounding public space and consolidation of the historic complex that makes up the mills, the river, the landscape and the city. We conclude that the enhancement of the cultural heritage landscape of the Tajos and the guidelines provided for the rehabilitation of its historic water mills, with possible compatible uses (tourist, cultural or administrative), will favor the conservation and sustainable revitalization of such an exceptional heritage site.

To accurately predict the economic development of each industry in different types of regions, a deep convolutional neural network model was designed for predicting the annual GDP; GDP growth index; and primary, secondary and tertiary industry growth values of each. In the model, raw industrial data are preprocessed by a normalization operation and subsequently transformed by the BoxCox method to approach the normal distribution. Panel data of consecutive years are constructed and used as input to the deep convolutional neural network, and industrial data of year t + 1 are used as the output of the network. Simulation experiments were conducted to analyze 23 years of industrial economic data from 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China. The experimental results show that R-squared value is larger than 0.91 for all 31 provinces and root mean squared log errors (RMSLE) of all regions are less than 0.1, which demonstrate that the proposed method achieves high prediction accuracy with generalization capability and can accurately predict the economic growth trends of different types of regions.

In the Internet age, data information is expanding at an alarming rate, and at the same time, it is showing a trend of diversification and fragmentation. How to make reasonable use of this intricate information and effectively use it in the work to give full play to the value of big data (BD) seems urgent. Based on this, this paper studies the economic information analysis and decision-making system under the background of BD. This article first analyzes the development status of our country’s industrial economic decision-making technology, then studies the service role of BD on macroeconomic decision-making in industrial development, then conducts an in-depth study of industrial economic information analysis methods and trends, and designs an industrial economic information model. Finally, this article tested the running speed and interactive function of the system. The test results show that the running speed of the system is very fast, and the interactive function is very accurate.

The purpose of this article is to show the significance of markers of cultural identity for modern ethnometric typologies. In the modern period of modernization various cultural typologies are becoming popular. They are compiled based on multicomponent factors. The authors briefly describe these classifications as traditional markers of identity, such as religion, and new factors of psychology and mentality. The modern concept that explains the hybridization of modern cultural forms is transculturation. The transcultural manifestations include a certain decline of the role of the native language and the transformation of the traditional production niche of ethnic groups in Siberia. The traditional perception of identity consists mainly of cultural, religious and linguistic characteristics. At the same time, the typologу of L. Harrison shows the positive correlation between the cultural and industrial-economic components. This historical fact was noted by the famous anthropologist Frederik Barth, who focused on the production component of the ethnic border as opposed to the cultural one. The existing significant differences in the professional structure among Russians and Buryats in the twentieth century prove the fact that ethnic borders, despite the globalization / modernization processes, can still be associated with a certain production niche. The authors come to the conclusion that cultural markers still retain their significance, but can be implemented in hybrid forms of transculturation. These processes are reflected in these cultural typologies in the forms of multicomponent factors

Objectives: With the rapid development of the regional economy, its growth mechanism and competitiveness have gradually attracted people's attention. Based on the social innovation competitiveness of economic clusters, the regional industrial economic development has been studied. Methods: Taking the economic growth effect and industrial agglomeration effect of industrial output value as the object of study, the industrial data is used to subdivide three matching mechanisms: factor structure and industrial association, regional or urban scale and industrial structure, market scale and industrial choice. Results: The results show that different types of industries have different response characteristics to the three matching mechanisms, and there are phenomena of industry and spatial differentiation of matching mechanisms. Conclusion: The research has a certain role in promoting the social innovation of economic clusters and the development of regional industrial economy.
