The problems of the ecological situation in the Central Chernozem region at technosphere objects of strategic importance are consired. As a specific object, AO "Lebedinsky GOK" which is a favorite for the extraction of iron ore on Russian and world trading platforms. Effective industrial general technical preventive measures are recommended, focused on reducing the emission of dust particles during serial blasting of iron-containing rocks at a specific facility. The most effective preventive measures to minimize the concentration of dust and gases are considered. The application of the method of controlling the wetting and sticking of dust particles is shown. It is based on the use of solutions of surfactants (surfactants). An anionactive surfactant based on triethanolamine salts is recommended. The concentration of the surfactant is selected according to the value of the surface tension of the solution.

В статье отражены результаты обсуждения наиболее актуальных вопросов, возникших при формировании технических требований к фонарям пожарным при разработке межгосударственного стандарта «Техника пожарная. Фонари пожарные. Общие технические требования. Методы испытаний». Предложения, требующие подробных разъяснений, касаются количества циклов применения фонаря, обоснования принятого уровня освещенности и разработки требований к нормированию светового потока источника света фонаря. На основании качественных испытаний четырех наиболее распространенных моделей групповых фонарей в подразделениях противопожарной службы Российской Федерации, проведенных испытательной лабораторией института в период с 2010 по 2018 год, сформулированы основные их эксплуатационные показатели. This article contains some comments and suggestions that caused a discussion during the consideration of the draft of the interstate standard provisions “Fire fighting equipment. Fire lanterns. General technical requirements. Test methods”. The proposals that require detailed explanations include issues related to the cycle life of lamp, the justification of the accepted level of illumination and the development of requirements for the normalization of the luminous flux of the lamp light source. As a reference point for determining the cycle life of the flashlight there was selected the battery. Based on the standard indicators of the resource of different types batteries the value of cycle life of the flashlight is equal to 400. On the base of the qualitative tests on the four most common models of group lamps in the divisions of the fire service of the Russian Federation, conducted by the testing laboratory of the Institute for the period from 2010 to 2018, the main operational indicators are formulated as the following: “The time of continuous illumination of the lamp under normal conditions according to GOST 15150, excluding the time of triggering the warning alarm (FPG), should be at least 5 hours; the illumination of the working surface with the lamp must be at least 1500 lux during the entire glow time”. The introduction of requirements for the normalization of the luminous flux of the light source of the lamp is not provided.

The factors of formation and tendencies of secondary nominations` existence are considered in the article on the material of the terms of fashion and beauty in the modern Ukrainian language. It has been found that the secondary nomination is based on the associative nature of human thinking. The words reflect the processes of living contemplation of the human environment, there is a semantic rethinking of known names and their gradual codification. The formation and creation of a new concept or a new perception of the subject is carried out on the basis of existing language material. The phenomenon of secondary nomination is also inherent in the term systems. A feature of modern terminology is the desire of professionals to «build» motivated terms with predictable semantics. Information about a fragment of reality, the real, objective world enters the term system indirectly as a flow of information. Terms of broad semantics are words used in many term systems, which, in contrast to general scientific and general technical terms, change semantics depending on the term system and retain only the general, non-terminological meaning. Therefore, they can not always be included in the terms, at the same time without them it is impossible to build a terminological system as a language entity. The development of fashion requires categorizing words for certain concepts and objects belonging to this field. It is established that the terminosphere of fashion and beauty is actively replenished due to borrowings, semantic innovations, transition of terms from one terminological system to another, by transtermination. Particular attention is paid to the development of ambiguity and homonymy, which is primarily due to the migration of tokens from one functional style to another. In this way there is a formation / increase of special meanings of words. Under the condition of complete changes, the meaning that is the starting point of evolution disappears, and the word is fixed in the secondary function. Partial changes involve stabilization of the derived shade, which does not weaken the viability of the original content; usually there is a period of coexistence of meanings and thus the word becomes ambiguous. In the field of fashion industry, metaphorical transfers of meaning based on the principle of analogy are quite common. The more components of meaning coincide with the term concept, the greater probability of the word to become a verbal expression of this concept (in the case of associative-semantic metaphor). It was found that the variability of the semantic potential of the word is only one of the expressive illustrations to the transformation of worldview constructs of cognition of the world, reflected in the language of society.

В педагогических исследованиях достаточно перспективным считается внедрение интеграции в процессы подготовки специалистов в технических вузах. Интеграция проникает практически во все компоненты педагогических процессов: методологические подходы, технологии обучения, содержание общетехнических, специальных дисциплин и т. д. Данное утверждение позволяет говорить о необходимости «системной интеграции» в техническом профессиональном и высшем образовании. Известно, что понятие «системной интеграции» получило широкое применение в связи с внедрением во все сферы общественной жизни информационных технологий. Считаем возможным расширить применение данного понятия и на педагогические исследования. В статье под системной интеграцией понимается деятельность, направленная на синергетическое взаимодействие отдельных аспектов педагогической интеграции для повышения эффекта и качества профессионального строительного образования. Цель исследования - охарактеризовать процесс системной интеграции как фактор повышения эффективности профессионального строительного образования. In pedagogical research works, the introduction of integration into the processes of training specialists in technical universities is considered quite promising. Integration is involved in almost all components of pedagogical processes: methodological approaches, teaching technologies, integration of studying general technical, special disciplines, etc. This allows us to speak about the need for “system integration” in technical vocational and higher education. The concept of “system integration” is known to be widely employed due to the introduction of information technologies in all the spheres of life. We consider it possible to expand the application of this concept in pedagogical research. In the work, system integration is understood as activities aimed at synergistic interaction of certain aspects of pedagogical integration to increase the effect and quality, in particular, in engineering education. The purpose of the study is to determine the factors of system integration of the process of training specialists in the scientific and educational cluster. The practical significance of the research lies in the establishment of interdisciplinary connections, the expansion of the relationship between education and production.

Technical literacy is a component of professional competence of the pre-service technology teacher. However, the course content of technical disciplines in the pedagogical universities of Ukraine is not consistent with the content knowledge subsequently used in teaching practice of a technology teacher. Also, there is a need in general technical literacy of the students, yet it is developed only in its engineering design aspect. In the paper, it was proved that for the general technical literacy of pre-service technology teachers the basic concepts are the following technical phenomena: motion transmission, changes in kinematic parameters of motion, changes in force parameters of motion. Natural and scientific foundations of the machine drives were used as the basic topic-specific knowledge. It was hypothesized that effectiveness of teaching technical literacy to children would raise if the narrative about the technical phenomena is included in the content of the “Utility machinery” course for the pre-service technology teachers. The pedagogical experiment was performed in the Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University (Ukraine). It included ascertaining, formative, and control stages. At the ascertaining stage of the pedagogical experiment, the students’ readiness level to study technical phenomena was determined. At the formative stage, the students’ readiness to develop children’s technical literacy was measured. At the control stage, students’ readiness level to develop technical literacy was estimated in experimental and control groups. Theoretical value of the results is in substantiating technical topic-specific content knowledge as necessary for the pre-service technology teachers. Practical significance of the results is in implementation of the narratives about technical phenomena in the learning practice of the students of pedagogical university.
