Attractiveness to walkability is seen as one of the fundamental factors that contributes to walking on foot in cities. In assessing the quality of the anthropic environment, some methodologies for diagnosing walkability indices take this factor into account. The objective of the research is to analyze the interaction between people, sidewalks and facades in a stretch of urban beachfront, related to factors that attract the daily practice of walking. Taking as a case study the applicability of the walkability index in a beachfront sector in the city of Ilhéus, in the state of Bahia, specifically with regard to its “Attraction” category, and analyze the results obtained compared to other similar studies. In the methodology used in this study, of qualitative and quantitative evaluation, “Attraction” is a category evaluated through four indicators related to facades and uses of urban land. In addition to the walkability analysis, we sought to ascertain the influence that “active facades” and “complete streets” are capable of exercising on the visual interconnection between the activities inside the buildings and the sidewalk segments that confront them, which are fundamental in promoting urban life. Regarding the results obtained, the final calculation showed that the aforementioned category, with regard to pedestrians, proved to be deficient, possibly due to the fact that the interaction between facades and streets is still being planned, prioritizing the circulation of cars, to the detriment of the human scale of pedestrians and active urban mobility.

In order to extend the actual service life of mechanical equipment components and realize the reasonable protection of applied structural components, the reliability optimization design of mechanical structure based on computational intelligence is studied. With the help of wavelet neural network, the established reliability and reliability index are obtained, and then the basic theory of reliability and computational intelligence technology are studied through the reliability optimization of mechanical zero structure. On this basis, the application concepts of reliability design method are defined, and the final calculation result of reliability optimization value is obtained by combining fuzzy set and level cut set, so as to realize the reliability optimization design of mechanical structure based on computational intelligence. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional design method, the optimization design method supported by computational intelligence technology can better improve the disadvantages of mechanical structure object, and has strong practical application value in extending the reliability application time.

Differences in interest in decision making are one of the things that must be facilitated in decision support applications. The most basic difference of interest in decision making is the difference in the weight of the importance of each criterion used. Each decision maker has their own interest in the criteria used. If these differences can be facilitated properly, the resulting decision recommendations can be optimal, in this case more in line with the interests of the users. The model is designed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weight (SAW) methods, using 5 criteria. The final result of the AHP method is in the form of criteria weights that are in accordance with the interests of decision makers and in accordance with the consistency of the comparisons that have been given. The resulting weight will be used in the final calculation of SAW, namely in the calculation of alternative weights. By using AHP, the weight of the criteria becomes more subjective according to the interests of decision makers. Thus, the resulting alternative recommendations become more optimal because they are in accordance with the needs of decision makers.

Ownership structure will have a certain impact on the private information of a company, which will have a complex impact on the financial market. Therefore, it is necessary to study the impact of the ownership structure on private information. This paper uses the monthly data of individual stocks in A-share from 2019 to 2020 to calculate the goodness of fitof the CAPM model to measure the private information content, and then conducts multiple analysis processes such as multicollinearity analysis and heteroscedasticity analysis to ensure the accuracy of the model. Then, this paper uses the WLS regression method for final calculation. The results show that the higher ownership concentration, the less private information content, the weaker private information arbitrage. Finally, this paper puts forward some valuable suggestions for China's financial market based on the empirical results.

Introduction. The first (lowest) frequency of natural vibrations of a structure is one of its most important dynamic characteristics. Analytical solutions supplement numerical ones; they can be efficiently used to perform a rapid assessment of properties of structures, to analyze and optimize constructions and to test numerical results. A space cantilever truss consisting of three planar trusses with a rectangular grid is considered in the article. The objective is to find the analytical dependence between the frequency of natural vibrations of a structure and the number of panels. It is assumed that the truss mass is distributed among the joints. Only the vertical mass displacement is taken into account. Materials and methods. Forces, arising in cantilever rods, are calculated by the Maple software as symbolic expressions, and the method of joint isolation is used here. The stiffness matrix is identified using the Mohr integral. Rods are assumed to be elastic, they have identical stiffness. The lower value of the vibration frequency is determined using the Dunkerley method. The final calculation formula used to identify the value of the vibration frequency is derived using the method of induction applied to a series of analytical solutions developed for trusses with a consistently increasing number of panels. When common members of sequences are found, genfunc operators of the Maple system are used. The analytical solution is compared with the numerical solution in terms of the first frequency using the analysis of the system spectrum featuring many degrees of freedom. The eigenvalues of the characteristic matrix are identified using the Eigenvalues operator from the Linear Algebra package. Results. The comparison between the analytical values and the numerical solution shows that the Dunkerley method ensures the accuracy varying from 20 % for a small number of panels to 3 % if the number of panels exceeds ten. The size of the structure, the weight and stiffness of rods have little effect on the accuracy of the obtained values. Conclusions. The lowest value obtained using the Dunkerley method in the form of a fairly compact formula has good accuracy, its application to a space structure with an arbitrary number of panels has a polynomial form equal to the number of panels, and it can be used in practical calculations.

The article analyses the legal nature of the employee’s obligation for monetary payment under Art. 232, para. 3 of the Labour Code. It is reasonable to conclude that by establishing the possibility of fulfilling this obligation, which represents an optional remuneration, the legislator grants the employee the right to terminate the employment relationship unilaterally, both during the training and after its successful completion. The concept of “non-justified reasons” used in legislation, is thoroughly researched and a de lege ferenda proposal is formulated to overcome the current ambiguity. The rules set out in the law are discussed, both for contracting and for the final calculation of the amount of the employee’s monetary payment.

The article reviews the main differences between the monetary obligation of the employer under Art. 232, para. 2 of the Labour Code and other payments that the same party owes by law in the employment relationship. Thus, the hypotheses are differentiated, on the one hand, of the unilateral termination of the employment contract by the employer against monetary payment on the grounds of Art. 232, para. 2 of the Labour Code, and, on the other hand, the emergence of an obligation to pay certain compensations – in the true sense of the term – under Art. 213, Art. 214, Art. 219, para. 2 and Art. 225 of the Labour Code. Thereby, the thesis regarding the impossibility of incurring of an obligation on the employer to simultaneously execute the various mentioned monetary considerations, is reasoned. In addition, the rules set out in the law are discussed, both for contracting and for the final calculation of the amount of the employer’s monetary payment, which this study focuses on.
