Experiments were carried out in soil microcosms with the treatment of pesticide formulations—imidacloprid, benomyl, and metribuzin in single and tenfold application rates. For additional stimulation of microorganisms, a starch–mineral mixture was added to some variants. For all samples, high-throughput sequencing on the Illumina MiSeq platform of the V4 (16S rRNA) and ITS1 (18S rRNA) fragments was carried out. As a result, it was possible to establish the characteristic changes in the structure of the soil fungal and bacterial communities under pesticides application. The application of pesticides was accompanied by dramatic shifts in alfa-diversity of the fungal community. The phylum Basidiomycota was likely to be involved in the degradation of pesticides. The changes in the relative abundance of the genera Terrabacter, Kitasatospora, Streptomyces, Sphingomonas, Apiotrichum, Solicoccozyma, Gamsia, and Humicola can be proposed as an indicator of pesticide contamination. It is suggested to use these markers for large-scale assessment of the effect of pesticides on soil microbial communities instead of classical integral methods, including within the framework of state registration of pesticides. It is also recommended to research the effect of pesticides on the soil microbiome during artificially initiated successions using the additional source of carbon.

Agroclimatic features of the regions of barley cultivation necessitate the creation and cultivation of cultivars characterized by adaptability to local bioand abiofactors. Such cultivars are able to form a stable high-quality crop regardless of the conditions prevailing during the growing season. The developing of potentially high-yielding cultivars is a priority task of barley breeding in the West Siberian region. Two-row barley is characterized by grain equalization, reduced husk content and increased extractive content, compared to sixrow barley. The aim of the study was to characterize the new promising cultivars of barley (two-row covered group) selected in Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center. The research was conducted in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia in 2012-2019. 8 cultivars of coverd two-row barley selected in Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center were studied. There are new promising cultivars among them: Omskiy 100 (included in the Russian State Register in 2019) and Omskiy 101 (sent to the State Registration Service in 2018). The standard cultivar was Omskiy 95 (2007). The biochemical parameters of grain were determined: protein content, crude fat, starch, husk content. Barley selection from 2000 to 2019 focused on the developing of drought-resistant cultivars, which formed increased productivity and quality of grain in dry and arid periods of vegetation in conditions of optimal moistening. New promising cultivars - Omskiy 100 and Omskiy 101 were characterized by the formation of increased indicators of grain quality and productivity in vegetation periods that were contrasting in climatic characteristics. Due to increased yield and grain quality, cv. Omskiy100 had increased protein (+57.91 kg/ha), starch (+0.3 t/ha) and fat (+11.7 kg/ha) harvest compared to the standard. Cv. Omskiy 101 increased protein harvest by 84.9 kg/ha in comparison to the standard.

The theoretical prerequisites for justifying the development of two rapid assessment programs for road bridges to quickly determine the possibility of passing heavy vehicles on road bridge structures of a split and non-split system, made of wood, metal, steel-reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete with stressed and non-stressed reinforcement, according to the measured angle of rotation of their support sections, taking into account their actual operational condition, are presented. The programs implemented an experimental and analytical method for assessing the technical condition of road bridges for reliability. The features, conditions of application, positive and negative aspects of each version of the program are revealed. The creation of two variants of programs is due to, on the one hand, the need to ensure the safety of the driver of the vehicle and the bridge structure, and on the other hand, the need to guarantee the possibility of safe passage of heavy vehicles, both under the conditions of the load-bearing capacity of superstructures and the load-bearing capacity of road bridge supports, taking into account their actual operational condition. Both developed calculation programs were implemented by using a personal computer and certificates of state registration of computer programs were obtained. The developed programs will be used as part of the modernized IR-AM measuring complex.

Abstract Laser scanning in cadastral activities is a tool for obtaining information about real estate objects in a 3D format. The purpose of the research is to obtain information that is necessary for state cadastral registration and state registration of rights, land supervision and local government oversight. Deductive, inductive, analytical, comparative-legal and other scientific methods were used for the most complete coverage of the problem. The article considers the procedure of laser scanning, shooting modes when using laser scanning and the process of a real estate object 3D model creation. The methods of scanning were studied, namely: terrestrial, airborne and mobile. The greatest attention is paid to the advantages and features of using laser scanning technologies for real property. The results of the study showed that the laser scanner can be used not only in geodesy for engineering surveys, 3D modeling of quarries, when obtaining data on the volume of rock, during mining, assessing the situation in an emergency, but it can also be used in cadastral and complex cadastral works. The main attribute of laser scanning is a three-dimensional representation of data about the object, which can be immediately used, but the high accuracy and low labor costs are no less important. Therefore, three-dimensional laser scanning technologies can be used both in the creation of models of cities, and the unified cartographic basis of the Unified State Register of Real Estate, as well as in valuation activities during the taxation of buildings and structures.

Over the course of the last 18 years, shamans in Buryatia and the Irkutsk Region have started to register “local religious organizations”. This development has transformed shamanism itself whilst also forcing the Ministry of Justice to articulate whether shamanism could be considered a religion. The article describes this process as an interactive loop: the classifiable (shamans) responds to the process of classification (state registration) and then changes that classification. The study hinges on two findings. First, the differences in the structure of shamanic organizations lead them to create fundamentally different ways of describing the world (classification systems). Secondly, some of these classifications align more closely with the language of the state. The author builds on the “grid and group” model by Mary Douglas, which is subsequently augmented with conceptual insights from Bernstein and Collins. The model makes it possible to highlight three types of organizations that respond differently to the language of state classification. The study is based on empirical data (40 interviews and participant observation) collected by the author during an expedition to Buryatia and the Irkutsk Region between December 2019 and January 2020.
