Health facilities with referral status for COVID-19 cases, reported a decrease in non-COVID inpatients, compared to facilities with non-referral status. The decrease in bed utilization (BOR) was very significant in several health facilities including Langsa Hospital 10-15% before 65-75%,. This study aims to study the Determinants of Factors Affecting the Decrease in Bed Utilization (BOR) at Langsa Hospital during the COVID-19 Pandemic Period in 2021. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and informants are determined by purposive sampling of key informants, namely 4 inpatients and 2 supporting informants. The total number of informants is 6 people. The research instrument is the researcher himself and data collection through interviews, documentation and field observations. Data analysis technique with taxonomy. The results of the study, namely the availability of services due to reduced facilities, hospital policies in implementing health care programs, priority to hospitals from patients in independent practice health care services and community stigma regarding the confirmation of COVID-19 status in each patient, were the driving factors for the decrease in BOR at Langsa Hospital in the 2021 COVID-19 pandemic. It is recommended that the Langsa Hospital management coordinate with IPSRS for the availability of facilities, the health promotion section conducts more effective promotion and socialization methods and nursing provides training on effective communication.

Salvia officinalis L. is well known as an aromatic and medicinal plant in Albania. Several studies suggest that Salvia officinalis L., in addition to treating minor common illnesses, might potentially provide novel natural treatments for the relief or cure of many serious and life-threatening diseases such as depression, dementia, obesity, diabetes, lupus, heart disease, cancer or antibacterial treatments. The most common methods used for obtaining extracts of essential oils are water distillation, distillation with organic solvents such as hexane, ethanol, methanol and extraction with liquid CO2 under pressure as well. The extracts fractions obtained by these methods are of interest especially in the fields of pharmacology, cosmetic, medicine, food chemistry etc. In this study the extraction of essential oil from Salvia officinalis L is carried out by using an organic solvent (hexane) and liquid CO2 solvent under pressure at 40 0 C. The essential oil extracts are analyzed by thin layer chromatography. The amount of essential oil and the overall yield obtained by hexane distillation method is lower than that obtained by CO2 extraction method. These findings demonstrated that the amount of S. Officinalis oils obtained by CO2 extraction method is optimal, making that suitable for a possible use in pharmaceutical purposes.

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems that is of great concern in Indonesia. West Sulawesi is the second highest region for stunting cases in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the incidence of LBW, exclusive breastfeeding, age of complementary feeding and Early Breastfeeding Initiation status on the incidence of stunting in children under two in Mamuju Regency. The research method used is an analytic observational study with a retrospective cohort design. This research will be carried out in two Puskesmas with the highest number of stunting cases in Mamuju Regency, namely Bambu Health Center and Keang Health Center. The population in this study was 928 baduta. The study sample was drawn using the proportion calculation method so that the research sample was divided into 65 exposed groups and 65 non-exposed groups so that the total sample was 130 children under five. The results showed that there was a relationship between the incidence of LBW (0.00), breastfeeding (0.00), age of giving complementary feeding (0.00), early breastfeeding initiation status (0.00) with stunting incidence in children under two in the district. Mamuju. Non-exclusive breastfeeding is 36 times more risky for stunting in children under two in Mamuju Regency. In order to reduce the incidence of stunting, it is necessary to increase promotive efforts to motivate mothers to give exclusive breastfeeding to their babies

BPR is one of the most important ways for hospitals to make changes so that they can improve their efficiency and effectiveness. However, in practice, BPR in hospitals encountered many challenges and in the end did not achieve the expected results. Various studies have described the factors that lead to success or failure in the implementation of BPR projects so that the purpose of this study is to analyze the key factors that lead to success in implementing BPR in hospitals. This integrative review uses the Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines with primary research articles in English which are accessed through the PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar databases for the last 10 years. The article search results obtained 311 articles and the remaining 10 articles were included in the study. The results of the study obtained nine key success factors in implementing BPR in hospitals, namely management commitment, employee empowerment, methods and tools, information technology, environment and culture, external organization, BPR projects, finance and strategy. These factors are only generally representative of various hospitals including public and private hospitals because there are many other factors that can affect the implementation of BPR depending on the type, characteristics, and heterogeneous hospital environment. It is hoped that this key factor will be a concern when the hospital wants to make changes through the BPR project and can assist the hospital in achieving results according to the organization's vision.

Due to the difficult process of social transition associated with the end of adolescence, this may create complications. For example, the issue of anti-social conduct in teenagers, as well as disagreements with parents, often result in conflict, ties of solidarity that may result in hazardous hazards and emotional illnesses such as stress, excessive anxiety, and depression. Anxiety disorder is a kind of emotional illness that may develop in late adolescence as a result of psychosocial causes. In which late adolescents react to stresses in an inappropriate and accurate manner. Anxiety disorders may impair the development of teaching and learning, since they lead people to suffer information processing distortion. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of excessive worry on the prevalence of sleeplessness in late teenage adolescents. The researchers will conduct an analytical observational study using a cross sectional design. Teenagers with anxiety were classified as having no anxiety by 71 individuals (88.8 percent), mild anxiety by 8 people (10.0 percent), and moderate anxiety by one person (1.3 percent ). According to the classification of insomnia, there were 48 individuals (60.0 percent) in the severe group, 18 teenagers (22.5 percent) in the very severe category, and 14 adolescents (17.5 percent) in the moderate category. There is a link between anxiety and the prevalence of sleeplessness in late teenage teens.

Performance represents behavior that is formally evaluated by the organization or company as part of the responsibilities and obligations of employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational factors and employee engagement on the performance of doctors at the Haji Hospital in South Sulawesi Province and Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid. This type of research is a quantitative study using an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The samples in this study were doctors at the Haji Hospital in South Sulawesi Province and Dr. Tadjuddin Chalid, totaling 104 respondents. The results showed that there was a direct influence of Organizational Factors on the performance of doctors, a direct influence of Organizational Factors on Employee Engagement, a direct influence of Employee Engagement on the performance of doctors and there was an indirect influence of Organizational Factors on the Performance of Doctors through Employee Engagement at the Haji Hospital of South Sulawesi Province and Dr. Tadjuddin chalid. It is recommended to the hospital management to improve by holding regular general briefings to discuss and discuss matters related to the organization, the head of the room or installation to develop relationships between employees, respond more and provide support to their subordinates in order to create a good relationship between superiors and subordinates

The aim of this research was to evaluate the effects on the growth of Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria in vitro of antibacterial activity of guayava leaf extract (Psidium guajava L.) and guavava leaf extract impact on the growth of staphylococcus Aureus bacteria at different laboratory concentrations. In this experiment, S. Aureus bacteria are being treated to guava leaf extract to identify the lowest inhibitory power for well techniques, and the results have been recorded. The Guava leaf extract (Psidium Guajava L) against Staphylococcus aureus was found to have an inhibitory zone diameter of mm in the absence of tetracycline, and DMSO as a negative control. Findings were observed using the disk diffusion technique or paper disc with concentrations of 1 percent, 3 percent, 5 percent, and 7 percent. Saponins, saponins, alkaloids, and flavonoids found in guava leaves are responsible for their antibacterial effects. Saponins have the potential to disturb the integrity of bacterial cell membranes. This results in bacterial cell membrane destruction, releasing essential components from the cell

Until now, HIV infection is still a global health problem. Handling of HIV infection cases still faces many problems due to various factors. As a result of these factors can also affect the quality of life of PLWHA. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of factors from knowledge, attitudes, stigma and family support on the quality of life of PLWHA at the Community health center Service of Teladan in 2020. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample size in the study was 93 people. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The bivariate analysis used was the Chi-square test and the multivariate with the multivariable logistic regression test. A total of 72 respondents (77.4%) were male and 63 respondents (67.4%) were adults. From the results of the multivariate analysis, the sig values of knowledge (p = 0.013), attitudes (p = 0.045), stigma (p = 0.045) and family support (p = 0.001) were obtained. It was found that there was an influence of knowledge, attitudes, stigma and family support factors on the quality of life of PLWHA. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can improve services to PLWHA and provide understanding about HIV-AIDS to patients, families and also the community in order to reduce stigma and discrimination against PLWHA

Hospitals have professional human resources in various service fields. One of them is a nurse. This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, organizational factors, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses. This type of research is analytical survey by design (cross sectional). The research sample consisted of 165 nurses with accidental sampling method. This study uses a questionnaire on organizational factors, job satisfaction, and performance. The study was conducted from November to December 2019 at Bunda Thamrin General Hospital. Bivariate data analysis using Chi-square (X2) statistical test and multivariate using logistic regression. The results showed that there was an effect (p<0.05) years of service (p=0.02; RR=0.30), supervision (p=0.00; RR=3.83), rewards (p=0, 00; RR = 5.20), and job satisfaction (p = 0.00; RR = 8.00) on the performance of nurses. Supervision has an effect of four times (OR=3.76) and job satisfaction has an effect of 10 times (OR=10.36) on the performance of nurses. There was no effect (p>0,05) gender (p=0,55; RR=0,38), age (p=0,29; RR=0,52), education level (p=0,32; RR=1,72), career path (p=0,08; RR=0,41), and marital status (p=0,74; RR=0,73) on nurse performance. Job satisfaction and supervision are variables that have the greatest influence on the performance of nurses. So it is important for institutions to improve the quality of supervision (increase supervisory competence, determine materials and supervision schedules) and increase job satisfaction (considering motivational and hygiene factors). In addition, it provides appropriate rewards and maintains the nurse's tenure, so that it can improve nurse performance

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between patient experience and satisfaction and patient loyalty utilizing Halodoc and Alodokter. Direct and indirect impacts between study variables are among the topics that have been investigated. A cross-sectional research approach was employed in this study, which combined quantitative descriptive analysis with an analytic survey. The research included 500 patients who used Halodoc and another 500 individuals who used Alodokter as part of their treatment. The study sample consisted of 286 individuals, including 143 patients who used Halodoc and 143 patients who used Alodokter, who were selected using the proportionate sampling method. An association between patient experience and patient satisfaction was found to be significant (p-value 0.0000.05), while an association between patient experience and patient loyalty was found to be significant (p-value0.0000.05). As an added bonus, there was a direct relationship between customer happiness and customer loyalty, with a p-value of 0.0000.05. The indirect impact of patient experience on patient loyalty and patient satisfaction as a mediator, however, was shown to be statistically significant (p-value = 0.000 0.05) and was found to be significant. This research suggests that telemedicine services are being used more often in health agencies during the COVID-19 pandemic because of the potential advantages it provides, such as its efficiency and the impact it has on patient happiness and loyalty, according to the findings.
