Online shopping has recently become a consumer choice. The motivation of consumers in making online purchases includes factors of experience, trust, convenience, price, and knowledge. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that motivate consumers to make online purchases. The research method uses direct observation and questionnaires to consumers in Blitar City who make online purchases. The research population is online shopping consumers in Blitar City. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, namely online shopping consumers who coincidentally meet with researchers. The variable used is consumer motivation. The results showed that consumer motivation in doing online shopping showed results in the form of a percentage that respondents tended to choose experience and trust (93.33%), convenience (90.00%), price (86.67%), and continued knowledge (83.33%).

The shift in consumer behaviour and food fulfilment by people who initially shopped for fresh good food ingredients during the pandemic is predicted to require fast food with long durability, so this can be an opportunity for developing the food business in the future, especially in the development of the frozen food business. The purpose of this study is to explore the interests and consumption trends of the people of Bangkalan Regency towards frozen food and describe how frozen food business analysis can be developed by MSMEs and home-based culinary business actors during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research methodology used is qualitative, with a phenomenological paradigm approach. Data were collected using questionnaires, group discussion forums (FGD), and in-depth interviews, where all the information was selected by purposive sampling. The results showed an increase in frozen food consumption during the pandemic, extensive business opportunities opened up in the frozen food sector, and frozen food could be an alternative to fulfil food needs during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to understand and find out the motives and meanings of "Sayur Hanging" carried out by the people of Blitar. Then in the future, the results of this research are expected to provide an understanding of the motives and meanings of "Sayur Hanging" carried out by the people of Blitar. The research method uses a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of speech or writing and observable behavior from the subject itself. This type of research is qualitative phenomenological. The results of this study are the hanging vegetable phenomenon occurs in a number of areas in Blitar, namely Sananwetan Village and Bendogerit Village, as for the meaning of the hanging vegetable phenomenon from the analysis that the authors get from the interview and analysis process is the activity of hanging vegetables on a pole that almost resembles a clothesline. by a number of residents in an area with the aim of helping people in need.

The purpose of this research is to study and find out what motives underlie the TDA community in improving the economy of the people in Blitar. Then in the future, the results of this research are expected to provide benefits through analysis related to the motives of the TDA community in improving the economy of the people in Blitar. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Sources and types of data in this study by selecting one key-informant and informants on primary data, secondary data in this study are documents belonging to the Blitar TDA Community. The result of this research is that the TDA Community which is the largest community in Blitar continues to improve the economy of the Blitar community through various educational actions. These activities include holding an Entrepreneurial Party, then collaborating with campuses. The activities carried out are none other than the motive for developing the business capabilities of the Blitar community so that they can prepare accurate strategies for larger businesses which of course can improve the community's economy.

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis dan menilai kinerja keuangan berdasarkan rasio profitabilitas di PT Gudang Garam Tbk periode 2017-2019. Metode dokumentasi dipilih untuk teknik pengumpulan data.  Metode analisis data secara deskriptif. Penelitian memiliki hasil (1) Net profit margin PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama tahun 2017-2019 dinilai cukup sehat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata- rata selama tiga tahun yaitu 11,46%, yang masih berada jauh di bawah standar industri sebesar >15%. (2) Return on assets PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama tahun 2017- 2019 dinilai sehat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata- rata selama tiga tahun yaitu 12,2 %, berada di atas standar industri sebesar >10%. (3) Return on equity PT Gudang Garam Tbk selama tahun 2017- 2019 dinilai cukup sehat berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata- rata selama tiga tahun yaitu 18,9% yang masih berada dibawah standar industri sebesar >21%.

Fenomoena dalam penelitian ini terkait dengan adanya pandemi COVID-19 yang mulai melanda Indonesia pada Maret 2020 yang berdampak pada berbagai sektor, selain kesehatan, ekonomi merupakan salah satu sektor yang terdampak paling besar dengan kontraksi ekonomi di tahun 2020 sebesar 2,07% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Selama pandemi COVID-19 diketahui penyaluran kredit peer to peer lending di Indonesia sangat fluktuatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara TWP90 peer to peer lending sebelum dan pada saat terjadi pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data paired sample t test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa TWP90 peer to peer lending sebelum dan pada saat pandemi COVID-19 berbeda secara signifikan. Kontribusi dalam penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bahwa meskipun pada saat terjadinya pandemi COVID-19, peer to peer lending masih tetap bertahan dan unggul dalam industri IKNB, presentase TWP90 yang memang naik namun tetap didominasi oleh TKB90, sehingga masyarakat tetap dapat berinvestasi dan menggunakan platform ini dengan aman, nyaman dan memberikan prospek yang baik.

In early 2020, stock trading in Indonesia was under significant pressure, as indicated by the decline in the IHSG. This is due to the pressure and global economic slowdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic and weakening world oil prices. The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of share buyback announcements without the RUPS on the response to the market at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. based on Surat Edaran OJK Nomor 3/SEOJK.04/2020. This research is structured with a quantitative method with a descriptive approach using secondary data types obtained from finance.yahoo.com and other relevant sources. This study will assess whether a significant difference is found before the announcement of the stock buyback and afterwards on the return, abnormal return, and trading volume activity of the stock. The results of the study stated that there was no significant difference before and after the announcement of the stock buyback on the return and abnormal return at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. However, a significant difference was found in the trading volume activity (TVA) before the announcement of the share buyback at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk. and after.

This research focuses on investigating the management of training program which held by CV. Sultan Coffee Indonesia. Even though, this company still in process of developing since 2019, it needs to conduct training regularly to build up the excellent capacity to the employee for making sure the products follows market wants. The theories used are about human resource management focusing on developing good capacity for employee from several experts. The data is taken by observing, the secondary researcher is full observer that assist a lot for collecting the data. The analysis data is done sequently until find and describe the result as well as discussion of the research. The result finds that management training program starting with training needs assessment analysis, goal formulation, design, implementation, until training evaluation. Each step is done sequently according to the needs of training regularly or conditionally based on the requirement for gaining the highest market and profit.

This study aims to reveal the strategies of rice wholesalers in determining the right business location according to the cardinal directions to meet consumer needs. Choosing the right location will have an impact on the development of the business. The method uses qualitative method and phenomenological approach, where the researcher explores the high and deep meaning of events or phenomena applied by the contractors in choosing a business location. The result proves the contractors choose the location based on the belief in the wind direction which is adjusted to the Java market day which is difficult to accept logically. Furthermore the choice of business location is based on magical beliefs. The contractor believes that the wind direction that is adjusted to certain days and markets is special and will generate profits used for business activities.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengumuman buyback terhadap respon pasar pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk berdasarkan Surat Edaran OJK Nomor 3/SEOJK.04/2020 tanggal 9 Maret 2020 tentang Kondisi Lain Sebagai Kondisi Pasar yang Berfluktuasi secara Signifikan dalam Pelaksanaan Pembelian Kembali Saham yang Dikeluarkan oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan Return, Abnormal Return, dan Trading Volume Activity saham sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman buyback saham tahun 2020. Objek penelitian adalah PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat perbedaan antara Return sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman buyback saham di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Untuk Abnormal Return sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman buyback tidak menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan. Untuk trading volume activity juga tidak ditemukan perbedaan yang signifikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengumuman buyback saham tahun 2020 tidak memberikan keuntungan bagi para investor.
