With the development of the smart Internet of Things (IoT), an increasing number of tasks are deployed on the edge of the network. Considering the substantially limited processing capability of IoT devices, task scheduling as an effective solution offers low latency and flexible computation to improve the system performance and increase the quality of services. However, limited computing resources make it challenging to assign the right tasks to the right devices at the edge of the network. To this end, we propose a polynomial-time solution, which consists of three steps, i.e., identifying available devices, estimating device quantity, and searching for feasible schedules. In order to shrink the number of potential schedules, we present a pairwise-allocated strategy (PA). Based on these, a capability average matrix (CAM)-based index is designed to further boost efficiency. In addition, we evaluate the schedules by the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS). Extensive experimental evaluation using both real and synthetic datasets demonstrates the efficiency and effectiveness of our proposed approach.

MQTT protocol is publishing-subscribing model for IoT communication. In case of Quality of Services analysis, it is important to check the request and responses between publisher and subscriber. Any threat in communication channel is mostly leads to delay in operation. Hence, if we able to identify the delay parameter, we can suggest by means of QoS that there is a immediate need of security check for IoT system. As many IoT devices performed in unchecked, complicated, and often aggressive surroundings, safe-guarding IoT units present many different challenges. The key purpose for support quality degradation of IoT device interaction can be harmful attacks. Plenty of gadgets are often susceptible to port attacks/botnets hits, such as network attack events, which usually assessed by performing QoS Analysis. To start with factors affecting Quality of Services (QoS), in this paper we developed QoS evaluation algorithm “MQoS” for MQTT protocol and considered QoS-0 as an evaluation parameter. This paper refers the threat model which represents the flow of threats for proposed case study and can help to identify QoS by evaluating the possible communication threats. End–to-end device communication requests and responses are needed to be evaluated for large systems to get the actual QoS parameters for that system. For this reason the actual QoS tests will be conducted for third party applications. In this paper we presented results of MQTTv311 simulation for cooling sensor system.

With the growth of IoT based applications day by day huge volume of data is generated, which becomes a challenging issue for researchers. Fog computing is seem to be an effective solution for managing huge volume of data which is mainly security critical and time sensitive produced by IoT devices or sensors. In this paper we first present an integration of cloud and IoT as substantial number of application scenarios empowered by their Integration and discuss threats challenges & existing solutions related to it. Followed by this, we discussed fog computing which supports the integration of cloud and IoT, further the issues related to fog has been explored. We proposed a concept of self-awareness in Fog computing termed as Autonomic Fog Computing. Autonomic fog computing is introducing the features of Self-management and hence increase the efficiency and enhance the overall system performance.

In modern times, barbershop aka men's shaving places is the main choice of modern men to style their hair. The results showed that the popularity of Barbershop itself is due to the trend of the haircut, the classic hairdo. Classic hairstyle trends are also supported by the media which has a positive impact on popularity, hair fashion as a priority, knowledge about fashion is getting better, pomade trends. In general, customers want to get the best quality of services provided.Changes in customer haircuts or Barbershop customers are usually caused by changing trends or because they want to find new models that are more age-appropriate. The haircut catalog is a book that contains information on various haircut models that are made in the form of pictures and names of haircuts, where the names of haircuts are generally made in English. The problem that can occur in cutting hair is the lack of desires of the customer to the results of the hair stylist cut, it happens because the customer does not understand or do not remember the name of the desired haircut model. Crochemore Perrin's algorithm factored the right pattern so that pattern = right pattern left pattern. The matching phase of this algorithm consists of two parts, first matching the right pattern character from left to right, then matching the left pattern from right to left. Keywords: Barbershop, Android, Catalog, Crochemore Perrin

The study used logistic regression modelling to determine predictors of satisfaction with delivery of animal health care services for 889 clients (livestock and poultry keepers) in periurban Ghana. Of the 15 indicators tested as predictors of satisfaction in this study, 8 were included in the best fit model. These were accessibility, availability of services, service charge, effectiveness, efficiency, quality of services, meeting client needs, and getting help. Efficiency and effectiveness were perceived by the respondents to be synonymous, as were service quality and effectiveness, as suggested by when cross tabulated. Therefore, one or the other could be used in future studies but not both to avoid collinearity. The identified predictors could be targeted for improvement in quality of service delivery to livestock and poultry keepers in Ghana.

Through exploratory research, the purpose of this study was to discuss such “gaps” through their identification and discussion. The study reveals that access to the vacancy and the permanence of the child in this stage of education poses as one of the challenges the reduction of the disparities in access, especially for socioeconomic reasons. It is known that children with families with less or no purchasing power have been left out of this right. The study revealed that the municipalities need to expand the offer of care, without marginalizing the quality of services offered, not only providing access, but also ensuring full-time permanence. Keywords: Early childhood education. AbstractBibliocrime is caused by library user activities that can damage and harm the activities in the library. In order to reduce losses caused by Bibliocrime actions, prevention is carried out in order to improve the quality of services in the library and to reduce the number of damaged collections. One of them is by giving information and understanding to users that bibliocrime is included in acts of crime that can harm the library and other users. Therefore, the right tools are needed as a medium of information about Bibliocrime. Booklet as one of the information media is very useful to facilitate the delivery of information to users, with the booklet making it easier for users to understand what forms of crime should be avoided by users in the library, as well as what disadvantages caused by Bibliocrime activities and how how to prevent Bibliocrime actions. Booklets also facilitate librarians in delivering information, so librarians do not need to convey information directly because the booklet is an intermediary media in delivering information from librarians to users. Making booklets, namely: (1) needs analysis; (2) product design; (3)product manufacturing; booklet product manufacturing process is carried out.(4) product trial results; carried out to find out how the responses of librarians and librarians to the information contained in the booklet. Keywords: Bibliocrime, Booklet, Library

The study examines how selected factors influence the efficiency and effectiveness of municipal waste management expenditure. The analysis is based on research concerning municipalities in the Czech Republic (year 2014, N=365). Two research methods are used: a survey which generated qualitative data about the preferences of municipal representatives, and an econometric model. The obtained results are compared, and they show that they are complementary to each other. The most important factors are the price, quality of services and frequency of services. This finding indicates the validity of our assumption based on the idea of value for money.
