The article discusses designing and developing an automated information system for assessing the professional qualities and competencies of the enterprise employees. There has been noted the system’s ability to test the employees, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise and the individual achievements of employees. There has been analyzed an integrated method that allows composing individual test tasks consisting of tests and routine problems, whose sequence is determined by the answers of the employees tested. The automated information system is implemented as a one-page SPA application. Vue.js and Express.js frameworks are used. In the process of designing an automated information system the main functional requirements were determined, the structure of the database was developed. The system implements the principles of access control based on the differentiation of user rights. The roles of users and administrator are defined. The architecture of the developed automated information system based on the client-server approach has been designed. The function of creating tests in the developed system allows creating tests with different types of questions and forming different individual trajectories of testing the knowledge of the company’s employees, taking into account its specifics

Group testing (or pool testing), for example, Dorfman’s method or grid method, has been validated for COVID-19 RT-PCR tests and implemented widely by most laboratories in many countries. These methods take advantages since they reduce resources, time, and overall costs required for a large number of samples. However, these methods could have more false negative cases and lower sensitivity. In order to maintain both accuracy and efficiency for different prevalence, we provide a novel pooling strategy based on the grid method with an extra pool set and an optimized rule inspired by the idea of error-correcting codes. The mathematical analysis shows that (i) the proposed method has the best sensitivity among all the methods we compared, if the false negative rate (FNR) of an individual test is in the range [1%, 20%] and the FNR of a pool test is closed to that of an individual test, and (ii) the proposed method is efficient when the prevalence is below 10%. Numerical simulations are also performed to confirm the theoretical derivations. In summary, the proposed method is shown to be felicitous under the above conditions in the epidemic.

Cempelahu plant (Cordia dichotoma. G. Forst) has distribution and benefits in the Bukit Tamiang-forest area. This study aims to describe the ethnobotany of cempelahu plant in the Bukit Tamiang-forest area, Tanah Laut Regency, to describe the validity and practicality of the contents of the popular scientific book Cordia dichotoma. G. Forst. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research followed by formative evaluation of the Tessmer test for the feasibility of BIP which was developed through the stages of Self evaluations, Expert review and one to one test. The results showed that Cordia dichotoma G. Forst plant has a tap root habit, simpodial stems are round, alternate ovate leaves, compound flowers are bordered, and the fruit is compound type of buni fruit. This plant is used as a medicine for ulcers and can disguise scars. Cordia dichotoma plant. G. Forst has the regional name "cempelahu" taken from the Banjar Campah language which means itching. The results of the development of teaching materials in the form of Popular Scientific Books on the expert review by 2 validators have very valid validation results and the results of the practicality of the contents on the individual test (one to one) by 3 students have very good results.

All newborn screening programs screen for severe combined immunodeficiency by measurement of T-cell receptor excision circles (TRECs). Herein, we report our experience of reporting TREC assay results as multiple of the median (MoM) rather than using conventional copy numbers. This modification simplifies the assay by eliminating the need for standards with known TREC copy numbers. Furthermore, since MoM is a measure of how far an individual test result deviates from the median, it allows normalization of TREC assay data from different laboratories, so that individual test results can be compared regardless of the particular method, assay, or reagents used.

One of learners’ difficulties in the English language subject is writing. It also happened at MTs Darussalam Sengkubang, Kalimantan Barat. This classroom action research was conducted in the MTs to solve the learners’ difficulty in writing recount texts. The classroom action research that was used in this study consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting in cyclical process. In this research, the data were collected using field note, observation checklist, interview guideline, documentation, and individual test. The finding was that there was improvement on learners’ behavior in the process of teaching and learning through the implementation of clustering technique. The researcher concluded that clustering technique was improving the learners’ ability in generating ideas in recount text writing. Therefore, clustering technique could help the learners in learning process because this technique encouraged learners to learn actively.

<b><i>Background/Aims:</i></b> Since screening and diagnostic tests for dementia do not have perfect accuracy, &#x3e;1 test is often administered when assessing patients with cognitive complaints. Use of both patient performance tests and informant questionnaires has been recommended. Combination of individual test results may be based on methods originally defined by Thomas Bayes (revision or updating of pretest probabilities to post-test probabilities given the test results) and by George Boole (application of associative “AND” or “OR” operator). This study sought to apply these methods in clinical practice. <b><i>Methods:</i></b> Using the dataset of a pragmatic test accuracy study of the Six-Item Cognitive Impairment Test (6CIT) and informant Ascertain Dementia 8 (AD8), post-test probabilities for the combination were calculated using Bayes’ formula and compared to Boolean “AND” combination. Combined test sensitivity and specificity was calculated using either Boolean “AND” or “OR” operator and compared to results using equations based on individual test sensitivity and specificity. <b><i>Results:</i></b> Both Bayesian and Boolean methods produced similar improvements from pretest probability (0.288) to combined post-test probability for dementia (≈0.5). Likewise, the 2 different methods for calculating combined sensitivities and specificities gave similar results, with, as anticipated, the “AND” combination improving overall specificity (to ≈0.65) whereas the “OR” combination improved sensitivity (to ≈1.00). <b><i>Conclusion:</i></b> Combination of individual screening test results using Bayesian and Boolean methods is relatively straightforward and may add to clinicians’ intuitive judgements when combining test results.

Basically, the ability of Mathematical Comprehension is an ability that can be trained for every student. Students Worksheet (LKPD) is a learning aid in the learning process. One of them is LKPD based on CAT (Computer Assisted Test). CAT is a learning medium that is designed to be used to develop interactive LKPD related to integer arithmetic operations. This research method is the method of Research and Development. The subject of this research is class VI SD Private Methodist-12 Medan Academic Year 2019/2020. The variables to be measured are proof of important analytical and experimental functions and / or characteristics (TKT 3) which includes the accuracy of LKPD based on CAT design, comprehension ability. student mathematics and the effectiveness and efficiency of use. Based on the expert's judgment, the material in this study was carried out by one validator in the field of mathematics education. The aspects of the assessment are the feasibility of content, presentation, language and graphics. The average score of the four aspects was 88.02% in the Very Good category. Judgment of media experts that the aspects of media feasibility, content feasibility, presentation and graphic. The average value of this aspect is 90.73% in the Very Good category. AbstractThis contribution argues that an obligation for an executing court to conduct an individual assessment in case of systemic deficiencies of the judiciary in other Member States is not an adequate tool for ensuring the respect for the rule of law. Infringements of the independence of the judiciary require other legal mechanisms of protection than fundamental rights. Moreover, individual test is often not feasible in the European judicial area as some other acts providing for recognition of judgments in the EU do not contain the mechanisms of refusal of recognition or execution. A breach of the obligation to ensure independence of the courts should logically result in suspending the participation of a given Member State in the EU policy area at stake.
