With the continuous development of multimedia, more and more digital works such as videos are spread, stored, and used in the network. In recent years, digital copyright infringement disputes have occurred frequently. The traditional copyright protection system has some problems, such as difficulty confirming copyright, monitoring infringement, and obtaining evidence for rights protection. To this end, we have designed and implemented a novel video copyright protection scheme based on the blockchain and double watermarking technology. We use the image correlation coefficient method to extract video keyframes. And we combine with Contourlet Transform domain, QR decomposition, and SIFT algorithm to improve the robustness of watermark against geometric attacks on the premise of invisibility. After that, we use Arnold Transformation (Cat Map) based on the Maximum Entropy Threshold Segmentation to encrypt the robust watermark and strengthen the security. Moreover, based on the characteristics of the fragile watermarking, we accurately locate the attacked video’s tamper position and complete the integrity authentication of the watermarked video. In addition, the hash digest of the video watermark and the user ID of the copyright owner is signed by SM2 and uploaded to the blockchain. The user can register the copyright after passing the identity authentication. We conduct tests and security analysis on the blockchain performance of the system, the performance of the commercial cryptography algorithm, and the security of the watermarking system. The experimental results show that the blockchain used in this system conforms to the industry standard, the performance of SM2 and SM3 is better than ECC-256 and SHA-256, and the system security is well guaranteed.

Digital copyright protection is a bottleneck in the cross-media industry currently. In this paper, image normalization technique is used to map image into a geometric invariant space. Then, important area is extracted from the normalized image. At last, important area’s low-frequency DCT coefficients and watermark image are used to construct copyright information. Simulation results show that, without changing original image data, the proposed scheme is robust to geometric attacks and some conventional signal processing attacks. Hence it provides an effective solution for high reliability copyright protection.

The digital map is an important and indispensable resource to the national strategic security and social economic development. At the present, needs to focus on resolving the utility question of digital vector map copyright protection technology, furthermore, the information hiding technology is the basic content of the research areas of the digital vector maps copyright protection. It is proposed a digital copyright protection scheme, based on the principle of unauthorized cannot resume, copyright embedding operation selection partly transform for the map content. Processing area determined by the spatial clustering analysis method that is based on grid density.

In this paper, Arnold transform and Singular Value Decomposition(SVD) are combined to be introduced into the research of wavelet domain digital watermarking algorithm.During experiment,we embed the watermark through modifying the singular value of low-frequency domain of host image with the scrambled watermark information. The simulation experiments show that the algorithm realizes the embedding and extraction of watermark smoothly. There is no visual difference between watermarked image and original host image can be found by naked eye, that means the invisibility of the algorithm is well;the watermark still can be extracted after several kinds of algorithm and geometric attacks, that means the robustness of the algorithm is acceptable. The research has a certain value in the digital copyright protection and security printing.

The final stage of the judicial reform was the creation of new cassation and appeal courts in the system of courts of general jurisdiction that provide additional guarantees for the effective judicial protection of citizens. Russian legislation establishes a mechanism for the protection of infringed copyright and related rights on the Internet. Such a mechanism provides for the imposition of interim measures by the Moscow City Court and the termination by Roskomnadzor of access to the site or page of the site on the Internet, on which information is posted in violation of copyright and related rights. In the case of interim measures, the case decision belongs to competence of the Moscow City Court. As a result of changes in the legislation on the judicial system, the courts of appeal and cassation of general jurisdiction began to work. Consideration of complaints against judicial acts of the Moscow City Court, rendered by them at first instance, are referred to the competence of the new courts. The article notes the stages of development of legislation on copyright protection on the Internet, as well as some problematic aspects of copyright and related rights protection on the Internet.
