This research aims to conduct an evaluation of the implementation of school-industry cooperation in form of internship program. The evaluation focused on the aspects of (1) context in terms of the purpose of the agreement, (2) input in terms of readiness of cooperation, (3) process in terms of the quality of implementing cooperation, and (4) product in terms of benefits gained from school partner industry cooperation to strengthen the vocational students’ competencies. This research is an evaluation research viewed from the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) components. The research data were obtained from a questionnaire given to students, supervisors, internship working group teams, and school industry partners of the Electric Power Installation Engineering Department of SMK Negeri 1 Windusari. The results are, (1) the context variable got a positive result, (2) the input variable got a negative result, (3) the process variable got a negative result, and (4) the product variable got a negative result. Therefore, the CIPP evaluation found positive, negative, negative, negative (+ - - -) which made the CIPP variable is included in quadrant III of the Glickman quadrant. Thus, we found that implementation of school-industry cooperation to strengthen the students’ competence was less effective. The school could use these findings to improve the performance of the cooperation implementation.

Abstract: Learning Resources  Center (LRC) in schools provides a wide selection of learning resources to support learning activities and encourage effective learning so as to achieve learning goals. LRC assistance has been provided from 2016 to 2019, so a research is needed to determine its utilization in schools.This research aims to determine the description of the utilization of ICT tools to support the learning process, as well as obstacles encountered, and recommendations for solution in use of ICT tools and content of LRC for learning in schools. Research uses evaluation research using CIPP (context, input, process and product). The samples are headmasters, teachers, and education staff in schools receiving PSB assistance from Data Center and Information Technology (Pusdatin) Ministry of Education and Culture Education Center in the 2016 to 2019 which is spread in various regions of Indonesi. Data collection using online questionnaires, interviews, limited observation, and documentation. The results showed that:1) the forms of utilizing PSB digital content in schools vary including: most teachers present in front of the class using projectors with the lecture method and some have integrated with other learning models, forms of use are used as independent learning resources for students both individually and in groups or on scheduled;2) in general the availability of inovative teachers is quite adequate, as many as 31% of schools have more than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials and 53% of schools have less than 5 teachers who are able to make independent digital learning materials; 3)some recommendations in an effort to improve the quality of utilizing PSB digital content and PSB assistance tools, namely the need: increasing the availability of ICT infrastructure, improving the quality of HR management of PSB, increasing the quality of applications and quantity of PSB digital content, and improving the quality of policy support.  Keywords: Learning resources, digital conent, ICT utilization, innovative instruction   Abstrak: Pusat Sumber Belajar (PSB) di sekolah menyediakan berbagai macam pilihan sumber belajar untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran dan mendorong cara belajar yang efektif sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Bantuan PSB telah diberikan sejak tahun 2016 sampai dengan tahun 2019, sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian untuk mengetahui pemanfaatannya di sekolah.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemanfaatan bantuan perangkat TIK untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, serta kendala yang dihadapi, dan rekomendasi solusi dalam pemanfaatan bantuan  perangkat TIK dan konten PSB untuk pembelajaran di sekolah penerima bantuan PSB. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian evaluasi dengan menggunakan model  CIPP (context, input, process dan product). Sampel adalah kepala sekolah, guru-guru dan tenaga kependidikan pada sekolah penerima bantuan perangkat PSB dari Pusdatin Kemendikbud  Tahun 2016 s/d. Tahun 2019 yang tersebar di berbagai wilayah Indonesia. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online, wawancara, observasi terbatas, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) bentuk pemanfaatan bantuan konten digital PSB di sekolah beragam diantaranya: sebagian besar guru menyajikan di depan kelas menggunakan projector dengan metode ceramah dan ada yang sudah mengintegrasikan dengan model pembelajaran lainnya, bentuk pemanfaatan digunakan sebagai sumber belajar mandiri bagi siswa baik individu maupun kelompok atau secara terjadwal; 2)pada umumnya ketersediaan guru penggerak cukup memadai, sebanyak 31% sekolah memiliki lebih dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri dan 53% sekolah memiliki kurang dari 5 orang guru yang mampu membuat bahan belajar digital mandiri; 3) beberapa rekomendasi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pemanfaatan konten digital PSB dan perangkat bantuan PSB yaitu perlunya: peningkatan ketersediaan sarana prasarana TIK,  peningkatan kualitas SDM pengelola PSB, peningkatan kualitas aplikasi dan kuantitas konten digital PSB, serta peningkatan kualitas dukungan kebijakan. Kata kunci: Sumber belajar, konten digital, pemanfaatan TIK, pembelajaran inovatif.

The paper deals with research data on quality of school life perceived by fifth - to eighth-grade primary school students. The data were collected by questionnaire survey. Students’ overall satisfaction with school and perception of specific dimensions of school life are analysed as well as differences of their assessments regarding gender, grade and school achievement. On the ground of research results, the importance of the enhancement of the quality of school life is emphasised.

This research examines the supporting factors in improving the quality of musical performances. The method used is qualitative and the research data are found through library research. The author concludes that a performance is considered to have ideal conditions if it involves three elements that support each other in the process towards the end of the musical execution on the stage, namely input, process, and output. These three elements (input, process, and output) are expected to improve the quality of the performance. The intended form of quality improvement is the formation of two-way communication or dialogue between the player and the audience. The player conveys the musical content of their interpretation of the work being played, while the audience responds to the standard measure of musical, visual and gestural norms that they have / believe in. This research aims to determine the perceptions of industrial partners of the car workshop on the performance of vocational high school students in Cilacap after conducting internship program. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. To test the validity and research data, we used triangulation of data that is how researchers test the validity of data by collecting similar data but by using different data collection techniques. The data to be concluded is about the performance of internship students. The performance of internship students is concluded with different methods, namely the questionnaire method and the interview method.

It seems that educational system in Nigeria has undergone only quantitative improvement in terms of number of schools and students’ enrolment. However, there has been little effort in respect to the capacity to manage them through provisions of adequate financial, human, material and physical resources. Physical and material resources in secondary schools were discovered to be inadequate and poorly equipped. Some of the secondary school buildings were dilapidated, also the allocated financial resource, teaching and non-teaching staff are grossly inadequate compared with the students’ enrolment. The public, the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders in education are expressing serious concern about the consistency of the poor performance of secondary school students especially in mathematics. Increase in population and the government’s free education programs make people want to take advantage of the education provided. Provision of both professionally qualified and non-qualified teachers by government and non-state providers of education also appear not to ameliorate the problem of declining performances in mathematics. The effect of all these on the public secondary school student academic performance in mathematics concern the researchers of this study. It is against this background that the study sought to empirically investigates effect of resource factors and quality of instruction on performance in mathematics of Nigeria secondary school students.

This classroom action research aims to improve students' writing skill of class X4 SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba. The subjects of the study were the students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba as much as 42 people. The object of research is the technique of direct object and peer editing, as well as the skill of writing the description. The action is done in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation / evaluation, and reflection. The research data is the data writing skill descriptions collected through the guidelines of writing descriptions and observation skills. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitative. The result of research shows that firstly, the process of learning with direct object technique that can improve the writing skill of descriptive paragraph of X-4 students of SMA Negeri 3 Bulukumba is by applying direct object technique in cycle I through planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection phase. In the first cycle of learning to write a descriptive paragraph is considered less than the maximum so that learning is continued into cycle II by designing the learning using direct object engineering and peer editing techniques. Second, the learning result of descriptive paragraph writing skill with direct object and peer editing technique has increased the average score of students who in cycle I only 81.3 increased to 88.1. In addition, there is also a significant change in attitude in students.
