Penelitian ini mengembangkan instrumen hasil pembelajaran praktik karawitan Jawa dari perspektif  keterampilan dan sikap. Perspektif keterampilan menilai kemampuan peserta didik menyelaraskan komponen pembelajaran (melodi, irama/tempo, dan bunyi/nada); sedangkan perspektif sikap menilai pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan komponen pembelajaran tersebut. Langkah-langkahnya meliputi pengembangan produk, validasi produk, implementasi produk, dan analisis data. Pengembangan produk meliputi pengembangan instrumen keterampilan dan pengembangan instrumen sikap; validasi produk menguji produk dalam diskusi kelompok terfokus, seminar instrumen, dan validasi ahli; implementasi produk adalah mengaplikasikan instrumen dalam uji coba skala kecil dan skala besar serta uji coba utama; sedangkan analisis datanya menggunakan uji kecocokan model. Hasil uji kecocokan model menyatakan bahwa model dinyatakan fit dengan koefisien korelasi antara 0,90 hingga 0,98 dan muatan faktor antara 0,62 hingga 0,91. Instrumen menghasilkan informasi kemampuan menyelaraskan melodi, irama, dan bunyi ricikan serta karakteristik tabuhan peserta didik dari perspektif dan pemahaman, penghayatan, dan pengamalan komponen pembelajarannya. Kata kunci: karawitan, penilaian, keterampilan, sikap _____________________________________________________________ DEVELOPING AN INSTRUMENT CONSTRUCT FOR ASSESSING THE JAVANESE KARAWITAN LEARNING OUTCOMEAbstract This study developed an instrument for assessing learning achievement of Javanese karawitan practice from the perspectives of skill and attitude. The skill perspective evaluates the students’ ability to harmonize the learning components (melody, rhythm/tempo, and sound/tone); while the attitude perspective evaluates their understanding, comprehension, and application of those learning components. The steps in doing the research include product development, product validation, product implementation, and data analysis. Product development includes developing the skill instruments and developing the attitude instruments; while product validation includes testing the product in focus group discussion, seminar for the instruments, and expert judgment. Product implementation is applying the instrument in small-scale and large-scale tests as well as main testing, while the data analysis used model fitness test. The result of model fitness test shows that this model is fit with correlation coefficient from 0.90 to 0.98 and content factor from 0.62 to 0.91. The instrument has yielded information concerning the ability of students to harmonize melody, rhythm, and the ricikan and tabuhan sounds from the perspectives of understanding, comprehending, and applying the learning components.Keywords: karawitan, assessment, skill, and attitude

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modifikasi permainan sepakbola bagi siswa SMA penderita asma. Modifikasi permainan sepakbola diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh guru olahraga dalam pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah yang memiliki siswa berpenyakit asma dan menjadi alternatif bagi siswa SMA yang menderita penyakit asma yang tertarik untuk bermain sepakbola. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan menurut Borg & Gall (1983, p.775) sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf awal), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa SMA Kolese De Britto kelas X dan kelas XI yang menderita sakit asma sebanyak 13 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan di tempat yang sama dengan jumlah siswa 13 siswa yang berbeda pada saat skala kecil yang menderita asma. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa modifikasi permainan sepakbola bagi siswa SMA penderita asma dengan perubahan ukuran lapangan, jumlah gawang disertai bentuk gawang, ukuran bola, jumlah pemain dan aturan bermain. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa modifikasi permainan sepakbola bagi siswa SMA penderita asma sangat baik dan efektif sebagai sarana alternatif olahraga bagi penderita asma yang ingin bermain sepakbola dan sebagai terapi asma.  MODIFICATION OF SOCCER GAME FOR SENIOR-HIGH-SCHOOL-STUDENTS ASTHMA SUFFERERSAbstractThe main aims of this study are to create a modified soccer games for Atsmatic  highschool  students. The modified game hopefully can be an alternative way for sport teacher to teach soccer for Asthmatic students and make the student interested in playing it. This study was research and development type by adapting Borg & Gall’s (1983: 775) procedur of R&D research as follows: (1) data collection, (2) data analysis, (3) first draft product development, (4) expert validation and revision, (5) small scale product testing and revision, (6) large scale product testing and revision, and (7) final product development. Small scale product testing was done in Kolese De Britto Highschool, with 13 asthmatic students, class X and XI. The results of the study is a modul of modified soccer for asthmatic Highschool Students. From the expert judgement, it can be seen that the modified soccer game is good and effective for atsmatic students who want to paly soccer and can be used as theraphy. The modified game can be an alternative way for sport teacher to teach soccer for asthmatic students and make the student interested in playing it.

ABSTRACT Indonesia is a disaster-prone areas. To meet the logistical  needs of the victim  and the officer needed a common kitchen. Common kitchen that is generally in the form of tents, buildings used as shelters, or modified car. Common kitchen there is an emergency nature,  improvise, and how far from the disaster site. These problems need to design a common kitchen for natural disaster management,  which can meet the needs, the officer and the victim. In designing  methods Pahl and Beitz with steps Planning and explanation  of the task,  design concept,  design forms, and design details. Collecting  data using methods Individual  Questionnaire  and Focus Group Dis- cussion the results obtained attributes  required in the design. Results of the research is a com- mon kitchen design for a natural disaster  are portable, easily assembled and disassembled, can be set  up in various  locations  condition,  easy to operate, able to accommodate facilities  and needs. Common  kitchen  design  produced in the form  of large-scale  three-dimensional   model, a blueprint  for the technical  specifications,  and the protoype. Keywords: natural disasters;  design; soup kitchen;  portable.   ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan daerah rawan bencana. Memenuhi kebutuhan logistik korban dan petugas diperlukan dapur umum. Dapur umum yang ada umumnya berupa tenda peleton, bangunan yang dijadikan posko, atau mobil yang dimodifikasi. Dapur umum yang ada sifatnya darurat, seadanya dan lokasinya jauh dari lokasi bencana. Dari masalah tersebut perlu desain dapur umum untuk penanggulangan bencana alam, yang bisa memenuhi kebutuhan, baik petugas maupun korban. Dalam mendesain menggunakan metode Pahl dan Beitz dengan langkah-langkah Perencanaan dan penjelasan tugas, Perancangan konsep, Perancangan bentuk, dan Perancangan detail. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode Individual Questionnaire dan Focus Group Discussion yang hasilnya didapatkan atribut yang diperlukan dalam desain. Hasil dari penelitian berupa desain dapur umum untuk penanggulangan bencana alam yang portable, mudah dirakit dan dibongkar, dan dapat didirikan di lokasi yang beraneka kondisi, mudah dioperasikan, mampu menampung fasilitas dan kebutuhan. Desain dapur umum yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk model tiga dimensi berskala, blue print spesifikasi teknis, dan protoype. Kata kunci: bencana alam, desain, dapur umum, portable.

The 'Afsluitdijk' is a 32 km enclosure dam which separates the Wadden sea and the Lake IJssel. The dam currently undergoes a major rehabilitation to meet the requirements with regard to water safety. The Dutch Ministry of infrastructure and Water Management (Rijkswaterstaat division) has commissioned Levvel, a consortium of BAM, Van Oord and Rebel, to prepare the design and carry out the reconstruction of the dam including sluices and highway. The project includes reinforcement of the armour layers and wave overtopping reduction. As part of the contract Rijkswaterstaat prescribed the contractor (Levvel) to verify the design with large scale physical model tests (min. 1:3 scale). These tests were carried out in the Delta Flume of Deltares. Prior to the large scale tests, smaller scale tests (1:20) have been carried out to optimize the design with regard to armour stability and wave overtopping. Pectin-guar gum biosorbent was tested for zinc(II) ions removal in column process. Sorption–desorption experiments were performed in laboratory and at larger scale. The breakthrough and elution curves were obtained for various conditions. The Bed Depth Service Time model was tested for utility in data estimation. Possibility of sorbent reuse and its lifetime was examined in 20 repeated sorption–desorption cycles. Finally, tests were repeated for real wastewater from galvanizing plant, giving satisfactory results. The effectiveness of Zn(II) sorption happened to be dependent on process parameters; tests have proved that it increased with increasing bed height and with decreasing flow rate or grain size. For an initial zinc concentration of 30 mg/L, even 2096 mL of zinc solution could be purified in small scale experiment (2 g of fine grain sorbent and flow rate 60 mL/h) or 5900 L in large-scale (16 kg of large grain sorbent and flow rate 45 L/h). This allowed for 40-fold or 49-fold zinc increases in concentration in one sorption–desorption cycle. The most successful results are meant that at least 20 sorption–desorption cycles could be performed on one portion of biosorbent without loss of its effectiveness, large-scale tests for real wastewater from galvanizing plant gave satisfactory results, and that the form and mechanical stability of our sorbent is suitable for column usage with flow rates applicable in industry.

Immunization is a public health strategy and programme for improving child survival, not only by directly combating key diseases that kill children but also by providing a platform for other health services. Millions of children in low-income areas in Enugu State are believed not to receive the full series of the vaccines on the National routine immunization schedule. The underlying tragedy provokes this research. Random sampling technique was used in choosing six low-income areas in Enugu State. Focus group discussion, questionnaire and face- to- face interview were the major tools used for data collection. Focus group discussion was essentially used to elicit information from mothers who have aversion for immunization. Statistical tools such as frequency tables, correlation coefficient and chi-square were used in data analysis and test of hypotheses. The correlation coefficient test revealed high correlation between lopsidedness in the implementation of immunization policy and high rate of death among children in low-income areas. The chi-square test revealed that immunization policies are properly formulated but most low-income parents do not take their children for full immunization schedule because of insufficient enlightment campaign and sensitization strategy. Essentially, we recommended that immunization certificate should be given to mothers who fully immunized their children. Those who resist immunization should be deprived of democracy dividends from the government.

Some small scale methods for testing the sensitivity against ESD (Electro Static Discharge) of solid explosives like primary explosives, booster explosives, high explosives, gun and rocket propellants (smokeless powders and solid rocket propellants) and pyrotechnic compositions are overviewed in the paper from the point of NATO standardisation documentation that includes Standard Agreement (STANAG) 4490 [1], Allied Ordnance Publication AOP-7 [2] and STANAG 4170 [3]. The overview is supplemented with analyses and assessments of methods and received results. ESD sensitivity tests of explosives in small scale have not been unified yet in NATO standardization documentation in contradiction to NATO large scale tests. Such unification would be beneficial as it could lead to a greater reliability of results of explosive ESD susceptibility tests performed e.g. in the frame of interlaboratory tests.

The development of information technology has grown rapidly and has an impact on society in supporting various large and small-scale business activities. Digital Marketing is one of the means to sell that can help increase product sales compared to conventional sales. This community service aims to provide training and assistance to members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima, Muara Badak Ilir Village, Kutai Kartanegara Regency in marketing tembang and anchovy salted fFish products as regional superior products. This program was carried out through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to explore problems in product marketing as well as training and assistance in website management, design and marketing of tembang and anchovy salted fish products. The results of the program show that members of the Rukun Nelayan Toko Lima can skillfully manage marketing through digital marketing and website.

<strong>Abstract</strong><br />As main reference for this research, PT. Tasindo Tassa Industries produces around 3 tons of fabric waste from bags production, in which 80% is of polyester kind. Fabric waste are cheaply bought by local waste collector to be remaked as bucket, as one<br />example. Other simple methods of processing fabric waste, such as patchwork, quilting, resin, and webbing are commonly made into craft products, and can be easily found anywhere. Hence, focus of this research is to explore polyester waste with certain<br />technique with innovative value, and to design it into sellable products. Through focus group discussion and a series of experiments, polyester waste are made into bags collection using fabric manipulation technique. Results of this research can be used as reference to help home industry or small scale craftsmen to produce ready-to-sell<br />products.<br /><br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />PT. Tasindo Tassa Industries sebagai studi kasus penelitian ini, menghasilkan sekitar 3 ton limbah kain hasil produksi tas, dimana 80% adalah jenis poliester. Sampah kain pada umumnya biasa diolah lagi menjadi produk kerajinan dengan teknik sederhana seperti patchwork, quilting, resin, dan anyam, yang bisa dengan mudah ditemukan dimana-mana. Fokus penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi sampah poliester dengan teknik yang<br />memiliki nilai kebaruan dan merancangnya menjadi produk layak jual. Melalui focus group discussion dan eksperimen, sampah poliester dirancang menjadi koleksi tas dengan menggunakan teknik manipulasi kain. Hasil penelitian bisa dipakai sebagai acuan dasar untuk membantu industri skala<br />rumahan atau pengrajin kecil memproduksi barang siap jual.

Strengthening STEM-oriented learning is necessary for 21st century, so the development of appropriate learning models must be carried out. The aimed to of this study were analized validity, effectiveness, and practicality of STEM-based Team Games and Tournament (TGT) learning model towards the students' science process skills. This research was research and development (R&D) with a 4-D development namely; Defining, Designing, Developing, and Disseminating. The study involved 2 experts as validators, 2 teachers as user, and 112 students in small-scale tests, large-scale tests, and distribution tests in SMA. The research was done until the stage of disseminating and produced. The results showed the validity value of 83% was categorized as very valid, the effectiveness score of 83.9% was categorized as good, and the practicality score was 87.5%, so that it was declared valid, effective, and practical to improve the science process skills. Therefore, it is recommended to be applied in schools.

The ceramic industry in Purwakarta is one of the industry icons that continuously decreases competitiveness. To improve the competitiveness of the industry, collaboration between actors or institutions that have roles and functions in the development of the industry is needed. The purpose of study is to analyze the relations among actors or institutions, the factors that influence collaboration among actors and to build collaboration models in the development of ceramic industry in Purwakarta, Indonesia.  This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used interviews and focus group discussion. Data analysis uses interactive model using mactor analysis  The results of study show that relations between actors show that the development of the ceramics industry in Purwakarta is managed independently, not collaboratively. This research suggests that the development of the Purwakarta ceramics industry needs to be done by using a collaboration model with one institution acting as a leading sectorIndustri keramik di Purwakarta adalah salah satu ikon industri yang terus menurunkan daya saing. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing industri, diperlukan kolaborasi antara aktor atau institusi yang memiliki peran dan fungsi dalam pengembangan industri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara aktor atau institusi, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kolaborasi antar aktor dan untuk membangun model kolaborasi dalam pengembangan industri keramik di Purwakarta, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terfokus. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif menggunakan analisis mactor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar aktor dalam pengembangan industri keramik di Purwakarta dikelola secara parsial-mandiri, bukan secara kolaboratif. Penelitian ini menyarankan dalam pengembangan industri keramik Purwakarta perlu dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan model kolaborasi dengan satu lembaga yang bertindak sebagai leading sector.
