TQM should be applied to every Islamic education unit in order to encourage the quality of excellent service to stakeholders. Because, in today's sharp world of global competition, many people talk about "quality" especially related to jobs that produce products or services.  A result is made because there are those who need it, and those needs develop along with the quality demands of the users. Recognizing this task, SMPN 1 Dlanggu, which has achieved many achievements in various fields both academically and non-academically, continues to improve services for students by completing various learning facilities, qualified human resources (teachers and employees), and coordinating/collaborating with related institutions. In its implementation, TQM has an influence. Among them, student achievement is increasing. Not only in academics, but also non-academics, the enthusiasm of the community to send their children to SMPN 1 Dlanggu is increasing. There is a good relationship / cooperation between all residents of Dlanggu Middle School 1, both internally and externally to jointly improve school quality

Competition in the business field is rapid and tight, particularly in the hospitality industry. A company needs the efforts to do continuous improvement toward the potential of human resources, process, and the environment to bring about the best quality of product or service. The effective and efficient way to improve those capabilities is by implementing Total Quality Management (TQM). TQM contributes the benefit such as increasing the competitiveness of the company. TQM concept denotes the concept of continuous improvement that applies to every level of the operation. W Bali – Seminyak, specifically housekeeping department has objective to offer the unique and special moments, inventing the creative staff, and recultivating the hospitality in Bali which committed to implementing TQM optimally. The purpose of the study was to investigate the implementation of Total Quality Management in the housekeeping department of W Bali-Seminyak as well as the obstacles to it. Methods of analysis used in this study were descriptive qualitative and descriptive statistical analysis. The result of this study indicated TQM had been implemented in the housekeeping department, W Bali- Seminyak.

In increasing the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total quality management (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and more efficient in producing the products with high quality and competitive price. The research aims to identify the implementation process of TQM, and its influence toward the quality of human resources. The result showed the variables of TQM (that is, employees role, employer role, relations of employer and employees, organizational aspects, and environ employees, organization aspects, and environmental aspects) are simultaneously have a significant influence toward the quality of human resources in PR. HF Prima Malang. The organizational aspects variable is dominantly influence the corporate's quality of human resources

The writing of this article aims to determine the effect of implementing TQM on its human resources. The discussion in this article refers to and is based on the opinions of existing expert experts. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one approach that can be done to improve the quality of resources, both human resources, natural resources and other resources. The application of the TQM approach greatly influences the theoretical abilities of employees, technical, conceptual, moral, and technical skills of human resources themselves. From some research results it can be said that the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) is very influential on improving the quality of human resources.

Entering the past decade, the issue of quality has always been the talk of the actual, especially in the context of education management. Recognized or not, the quality of Islamic education institutions are still largely under the quality of education in general. Various attempts have been made and many of the concepts that have been applied, but everything seemed not bring significant improvement. "Total Quality Management (TQM) or Integrated Quality Management (MMT) as an effort to improve the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. Although at first the concept of MMT is only known in the industry, but the amazing success invite the interest of education experts, 3 to study it more deeply, formulate operational patterns of adoption, and to create a model in teknical to apply. This research was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Consideration is SMP Muhammadiyah I Gurgaon is one of the Islamic educational institutions (schools distinctively Islamic) 5 formal mission has always been to apply concepts of Quality Management (TQM). This study resulted in that SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok already implementing Total Quality Management in the management of education. However, the application of Total Quality Management in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok can be said is not fully maximized, in the sense that there are still some things that need to be evaluated together.

Improving the quality of the madrasah in the direction of improvement is a necessity amid tight competition among educational institutions in producing output quality. In this context, the imple- mentation of total quality management (TQM) is one of the alternatives as a form in an attempt to increase the quality of the madrasah. There are at least three important steps in the implementation of TQM at the school, namely: 1) the environment of human resources and madrasah, 2) the environment surrounding communities, and 3) the state of the natural environment or atmosphere madrasah. This study aims to describe the application of the total quality management and investigate its impact in SD Budi Mulia Dua Sedayu. This was a descriptive study employing the qualitative approach. The data were collected through observations,interviews,and documentation. The result of the study are : 1) The application of the total quality management in the aspect of the school service for students is good enough,the aspect of human resources is good enough,the aspect of environment is good enough,the aspect of the learning processes is good,the aspect of graduates is good, 2) The impact of the application of the quality management is indicated by the improvement of the satisfaction of students’ parents. The other impact is the increase of the costs needed to renovate infrastructure facilities and to train teachers and administrative staff member. The increase of the costs results in an impact that parents’ interest in sending their children to this school decreases. 3) One way to maintain the positive impact of the application of the total quality management is by controlling the school quality both internally and externally.

Quality management is something that needs to be prepared in improving human resources in the coming era. Pursuing an education package is one of the solutions in overcoming the equal distribution of education to improve the quality of Indonesian human resources. The quality of pursuing education packages must also be prepared to carry out quality education. The quality of pursuing education packages can be implemented by fulfilling four aspects, namely aspects of leadership, aspects of the quality of educators, aspects of service quality and aspects of customer satisfaction. The synergy of the four aspects is the key to the success of a quality education that is well realized.

ABSTRACT One of the important challenges of Islamic educational institutions today is the weak managerial quality of the institution. This article will discuss Total Quality Management (TQM) in educational institutions, how to improve the quality of educational institutions that are managed. TQM is a management approach that can be applied in Islamic education institutions to be more effective in managing their educational resources. TQM is also called integrated quality management because it departs from efforts to improve quality in an integrated manner, covering quality, energy, infrastructure, management, and graduates.

Quality is a major factor in order to survive in the business’s competition. So the quality being the main things that should be done by each company. In order to increase the quality of human resources, corporate can implement total quality management (TQM), by which an employee should do a job better, more effective and more efficient in producing the products with high quality. This research was aimed to know the influence of working discipline, working performance and the implementation of total quality management (TQM) at Oemah Djowo Classic Oto Resto Yogyakarta.This research method used is the quantitative approach. The populations in this research were 40 people and all were respondents. The result showed that working discipline and working performance has a significant influence for the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at Oemah Djowo Classic Oto Resto Yogyakarta.
