Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

This chapter suggests the use of comparative pairs analysis as a method of collecting data for inter-organizational information system and chain research. It is argued that chains of organizations can be analyzed by collecting data from a focal firm about upstream suppliers and downstream customers. By comparing pairs of respondents within the focal firm, the differences between customers and suppliers can be analyzed. In addition, it is suggested that by asking each respondent to discuss two third-party organizations, differences in responses can be highlighted and explained during the data collection process. This can provide a rich source of data to explain results obtained.

This research is focused on analyzing the potential of ecotourism in the area of Tapaktuan District which has not been explored so far so that it has not been able to give meaning to the addition of Regional Original Income (PAD) of South Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and a SWOT analysis where in the data collection process, the author is directly involved with local tourism stakeholders and actors. From the analysis, there are 4 (four) ecotourism areas, namely: a) rural ecotourism areas; b) coastal ecotourism area; c) hilly / mountainous / forest ecotourism areas; and d) cultural and historical ecotourism areas. The SWOT analysis shows that the development of ecotourism development must have a priority scale where the priority is the development of coastal and rural ecotourism areas. As a pilot project, a simulation of a village with the name Lhok Rukam Village is given on the grounds that nature and its potential are beautifully available without having to be engineered / made by humans, it only remains to increase advice and empower human resources. Furthermore, the priority of the hilly ecotourism area in Panjupian Village is because several supporting facilities and playgrounds are available such as a swimming pool. The participation of all components of society, stakeholders and government is highly treated for the realization of tourism development which by itself increases the standard of living of the entire community

BACKGROUND Although participatory action research (PAR) studies have proliferated in recent years, the development of technological resources to manage these types of projects has not kept pace. Few studies show how Web-based applications can be used to efficiently manage the data collection process. OBJECTIVE This study described the development, use, and impact of a Web-based application to facilitate data management in Niños Sanos, Familia Sana (Healthy Children, Healthy Family), an interventional multifaceted PAR field study. METHODS We described the transformation of the data management process and evaluated the impact of the application in terms of time efficiency of data collection and engagement of community-based data collectors. We defined time efficiency as the total number of days it took to collect 3 main surveys, per year of data collection. The engagement of data collectors was assessed based on qualitative reports. RESULTS The amount of time it took to perform a round of data collection was reduced after implementation of the field team application (between 382 and 383 days and 198 and 233 days). Secondary data were also collected in a tighter time frame around collection of the primary outcome, and communication among data collectors, the field staff, and the research team was streamlined. In focus groups, community-based data collectors reported feeling more empowered and engaged in the data collection process after implementation of the application. CONCLUSIONS A Web-based management application was successful in improving data collection time efficiency and engagement among data collectors.

Due to the energy limitation in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), most researches related to data collection in WSNs focus on how to collect the maximum amount of data from the network with minimizing the energy consumption as much as possible. Many types of research that are related to data collection are proposed to overcome this issue by using mobility with path constrained as Maximum Amount Shortest Path routing Protocol (MASP) and zone-based algorithms. Recently, Zone-based Energy-Aware Data Collection Protocol (ZEAL) and Enhanced ZEAL have been presented to reduce energy consumption and provide an acceptable data delivery rate. However, the time spent on data collection operations should be taken into account, especially concerning real-time systems, as time is the most critical factor for these systems' performance. In this paper, a routing protocol is proposed to improve the time needed for the data collection process considering less energy consumption. The presented protocol uses a novel path with a communication time-slot assignment algorithm to reduce the count of cycles that are needed for the data collection process with reduction of 50% of the number of cycles needed for other protocols. Therefore, the time and energy needed for data collection are reduced by approximately 25%and 6% respectively, which prolongs the network lifetime. The proposed protocol is called Energy-Time Aware Data Collection Protocol (ETCL).
