This study aims to determine the effect of taxes, tunneling incentives, debt covenants, and profitability on the company's decision to transfer pricing. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from accessing the web www.idx.co.id. The population of this research was manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The number of companies sampled in the study was 27 companies so that the total sample of the study was 135 observations. This study used the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study known there are still many variables outside the research that can explain transfer pricing.The determination coefficient is 0.441 which means that 44.1%. It indicates that the company transfers pricing is influenced by these variables, while the rest is explained by other variables.Based on the  result can be concluded that taxes, debt covenants and profitability has a positive effect on the decision to transfer pricing. While the tunneling incentive does not effect the decision to conduct transfer pricing.Keywords: Tax, Tunneling Incentive, Debt Covenant, Profitability, and Transfer Pricing

This study aims to test whether liquidity and company size have an influence on stock returns in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector in 2017-2019. The total population of this study was 26 companies with a total sample of 11 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a study period of three years so that the research sample was 33 data. The data used is secondary data from various reliable sources. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The independent variables include liquidity and company size, while the dependent variable is stock returns. Collecting data in this study using secondary data with documentation methods. The method of analysis of this research is using multiple linear regression analysis and t test. Based on the t test shows that (1) liquidity has a significant effect on stock returns (2) company size has an influence on stock returns.The company’s ability to pay debts on time will make the stock returns be returned appropriately. Mean while, company size has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Total Assets (DAR), and Corporate Governance (CG) on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. Corporate Governance is proxied by the Composition of the Independent Commissioner, and Tax Avoidance is proxied by the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). The population in this study were 179 companies listed on the IDX. The sample selection used purposive sampling technique and the research sample was obtained as many as 60 companies. The data in this study are secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The data analysis used is descriptive analysis followed by the requirements test including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test. The statistical method used to analyze the data uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return on Assets (ROA) had a significant negative effect on tax avoidance. Meanwhile, Debt to Total Assets (DAR) and Corporate Governance (CG), which are proxied by the composition of the independent board of commissioners, have no effect on tax avoidance in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

The increase in tax revenue in Indonesia is not accompanied by an increase in tax ratio The low tax ratio indicatestax avoidance practices in Indonesia. Some tax avoidance practices can be conductedthrough transfer pricing and thin capitalization.This study is aimed to examine empirically the effect of thin capitalization as well as transfer pricing aggressiveness on tax avoidance practice in Indonesia. This study uses manufacturing companies which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within the period 2013-2015. Using purposive sampling, the selected samples in this study are 90 companies, so the total sample is 270 samples. The hypothesis examination used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis of panel data.The results of this study suggest that thin capitalization is positively associated with tax avoidance,while transfer pricing aggressivenessis not associated with tax avoidance.

Informativeness of accounting earnings is the ability of earnings in the level of decision making or return. This study aims to examine the effect of firm ownership structure , audit committee independence, financial expertise audit committee on earning informativeness. This research is a type of causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2014-2018. The Sample was selected using a purposve sampling method with a total sample of 34 samples. The data used is secondary data from the company's annual report. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was no influence of ownership structure and audit committee characteristics on earnings informativeness

This research was conducted to see the effect of tax planning and company size on earnings management (Empirical Study on Company MAnufacturing Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange). The factors tested in this study are tax planning and company size as independent variables and earnings management as the dependent variable.                This type of research is descriptive method of analysis and type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2017. Sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique, so that obtained the number of samples of 21 companies with the final data amounted to 63 financial statements. Sources of data in this study are secondary data downloaded through www.idx.co.id and corporate website each in the form of annual financial statements of the company for 3 years in the period 2015 to 2017. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.                 The results of this study indicate that simultaneously tax planning and the size of the company have a significant influence on the earings management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock sExchange for the 2015-2017 period.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of income tunneling incentive, mechanism bonus and debt covenant   on   transfer   pricing   indications with tax minimization moderitation variables. This study is conducted using a case study with a qualitative research method. The data used is secondary data in form of evidence, historical records or reports that have been compiled in published and unpublished archives (documentary data). The research population   uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The study uses 505 observational data. Logistic regression is a data analysis technique used in this study. The result of the research that tunnelling incentives, mechanism bonus and debt covenant with tax minimization variable moderating have an effect on transfer pricing indications. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tunneling incentive, mekanisme bonus dan debt covenant terhadap indikasi transfer pricing dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel moderisasi. Strategi  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah  studi kasus dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa bukti, catatan atau laporan historis yang telah tersusun dalam arsip (data dokumenter) yang dipublikasikan dan yang tidak dipublikasikan. Populasi penelitian menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Teknik  pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan 505 data observasi. Regresi logistik merupakan teknik  analisis  data  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunnelling incentive, mechanism bonus dan debt covenant dengan tax minimization sebagai variabel pemoderisasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan melakukan transfer pricing.

Conservatism is a precautionary principle that can be considered in accounting because a company has an uncertain or unexpected event. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, capital intensity, debt covenant, and litigation risk on accounting conservatism. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the study period in 2017-2019. The population in this study were 168 manufacturing companies using a purposive sampling method, there were 25 company data included in the criteria. The analysis technique used is to use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that at the time of the F Test all independent variables simultaneously influence accounting conservatism, and after the T test is performed shows that company size and debt covenant variables partially affect accounting conservatism, while other independent variables do not influence conservatism accounting, manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.

This study aims to know the effect of human capital coefficient, structural capital efficiency coefficient, and capital employed efficiency coefficient partially and simultaneously on the performance of manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a quantitative, causal approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sample technique. The researcher uses secondary data, namely the company's financial statements obtained from the official website of IDX. Methods of collecting data include literature studies and indirect observations. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and model feasibility test, the researcher tests the hypothesis by using the T test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Human Capital Coefficient partially influences the performance of the company in the stock market. Indonesian securities. (2) Structural Capital Efficiency Coefficient of coefficient is partially influential on the performance of company companies manufacturing on IDX (3) Capital Employed Efficiency Coefficient partially influences the performance of company companies manufacturing on IDX. (4) Human Capital Coefficient Capital Employed, Structural Capital Efficiency Coefficient, and Efficiency Coefficient simultaneously influence the performance of manufacturing companies in the IDX.
