Zygmunt Mysłakowski (1890–1971) was a Polish pedagogue who contributed to the establishment and operation of many scientific and educational institutions. He was among the creators of Polish pedagogy and represented the sociological and cultural trend, as well as socialistic pedagogy. O kulturze współżycia. Rozważania i propozycje [On the Culture of Coexistence: Considerations and Propositions] is one of his lesser known, yet still topical, works concerning the foundations of the culture of coexistence and human relations including: words, speech, as well as individual and common memory. He also touches upon the aspects of elderly people and team work.

The global crisis led educational institutions to adjust their curricula, pedagogical methodologies, and use of tools to the new alternate external environment. ITIN is a French IT Institute which has based its entire structure on dealing with such challenges by changing its pedagogical educational settings as well as its evaluation methodologies. One major change is related to Team Project-Based eLearning (TPBeL) utilization in order to advance students’ knowledge, team skills, and collaboration in authentic working environments via Computer Supported Collaborative eLearning (CSCeL) for the Innovation Management eCourse. This book chapter discusses the TPBL and CSCeL approaches and presents a case study with 43 ITIN students. To achieve triangulation, diverse research methods were employed, including: individual questionnaires, thematic discussion analysis, and social network analysis. The results showed that the students’ perceptions on teamwork skills developed within a Team PBL were positively increasing and they used several team work techniques simultaneously such as group co-construction of their assignments as well as the puzzle method. An interesting result suggests an absolute difference about what happened in teamwork and how the students perceived it; most students did not develop a group perceptive on their teamwork despite the fact that the group assignments were successfully completed. Lastly, they suggested that they enjoyed working very hard in an intensive eCourse, although it was the first time they used the Moodle Learning Management System and its integrated tools to collaborate for learning purposes.

Then concluded by using language that is easier to understand. Educational administration is everything related to teacher training aimed at expanding knowledge and abilities in the field and administration studies. The educational administration process includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The scope of education administration includes administration of school governance, personal administration of teachers and staff, administration of students, supervision of teaching, implementation and guidance of curriculum, establishment and planning of school buildings and school relations with the community.

The COVID-19 pandemic has put the educational institutions in front of new challenges. Teaching shifted from real-time offline environment into online digital one. Thus, the social process that allows students to learn from their teachers and lecturers should be preceded at the level of the electronic environment. This has put social and emotional competencies like conflict management, critical thinking, emotions management, team work on the background – all of them important for students’ adaptation and their realization within the society. The authors were provoked to test psychologic-pedagogical experiment with implementing social-psychological training in the pandemic online conflict resolution context.

Viewed from the concept of education, society is a collection of people with a variety of qualities of the uneducated to the educated. Meanwhile, viewed from the education environment, the community is called a non-formal environment that provides education intentionally and plans for all its members, but not systematically. Advanced society because education and advanced education will only be found in developed societies. The school also works as a social institution serving community members in the field of education. Various problems faced by the world of education to educational institutions in the era of globalization and decentralization (regional autonomy) require solid team work between the school itself and outsiders, both superiors and community agencies. Through School Based Management, the administration of school relations with the community is the key to success in it. And when the relationship between the school and the community can run harmoniously and dynamically with a pedagogical, sociological and productive nature, it is hoped that the main goal is to achieve a productive, effective, efficient and successful school education process so as to produce quality output intellectually, spiritually and social.

Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of educational personnel in IAIN Purwokerto. Urgency of this research is the educational staff is part of educational institutions that should perform well. With good performance, then the goal of educational institutions more easily achieved. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with the respondents are all civil servants with civil servant status. In data collection, using the method of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that in general the performance of IAIN Purwokerto educational staff has been good, ie by always maintaining good relationships with colleagues will participate to provide good results on the performance of individuals. In addition, the ability of an employee to work in a team work, also contributes to the performance of education staff IAIN Purwokerto. However, there are some employees whose performance still needs to be improved, through the achievement of better work, and enhancement of discipline through the effective use of working time. Keywords: Performance, Educational Staff Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja tenaga kependidikan di IAIN Purwokerto. Urgensi penelitian ini adalah tenaga kependidikan merupakan bagian dari lembaga pendidikan yang hendaknya berkinerja baik. Dengan kinerja baik, maka tujuan dari lembaga pendidikan lebih mudah tercapai. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan responden adalah seluruh tenaga kependidikan yang berstatus PNS. Dalam pengumpulan data, menggunakan metode observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto sudah baik, yakni dengan senantiasa memelihara hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja akan turut serta memberikan hasil kerja yang baik terhadap kinerja individu. Selain itu, kemampuan seorang pegawai bekerja dalam suatu tim kerja, turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan IAIN Purwokerto. Namun ada beberapa pegawai yang kinerjanya masih perlu ditingkatkan, melalui pencapaian hasil kerja yang lebih baik, serta peningkatkan kedisplinan melalui penggunaan waktu kerja yang efektif.

Elkonin—V.V. Davydov has its own ‘answers’, through certain practices that are realized in the network of classes and schools of developmental learning in Russia. The article presents a recent theoretical and empirical study on the emotional manifestations of the child at pre-school age. Emotions occupy an important and essential place in the child’s pre-school life and play a decisive role in their psychological, physical and social development because they are related to the natural and social world. It is through them that the child perceives and understands the environment, reacts and expresses his/her attitude to it, enters the world of human relations, learns to communicate with adults and peers, understands them, shares with them, seeks and expects their support and understanding The problem of the emotional well-being of children in the pre-school educational institutions is current, as the positive emotional state is one of the most important conditions for the full development of the forming child’s personality. Taking into account the importance of emotional for the development and formation of the child at pre-school age, a survey was conducted with teachers. The aim of the study is to explore the teachers’ opinion about the emotional manifestations of the children in the kindergarten group.
