The construction of the expressway network has brought great convenience to the people’s travel, and it also brings the hidden danger of driving safety, especially the snow and ice problem in winter which threatens the safety of the people’s life and property. In order to solve the problem of dark(black)ice on the pavement safely, quickly, efficiently and conveniently, this study has developed a self melting ice fine surface treatment technology with the combination of the preventive maintenance mask technology and the self melting ice technology, which will have a definite effect on the deicing technology of the highway pavement in winter.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the video conferencing application technology-based learning via zoom cloud meeting to improve students' mathematical communication ability based on the perspective of educators or teachers. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with an emphasis on needs analysis. Techniques of data collection were carried out with several instruments including interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests related to students' mathematical communication ability given to several students with the assistance of their respective teachers. The results of interviews and initial observations in this research indicate that 80% of teachers still use assignments as tools to determine students' mathematical communication ability, and 67% of students' mathematical ability has decreased compared to that of prior to the pandemic, so a learning model is needed in accordance with current educational conditions, particularly in improving students' mathematical communication ability. Therefore, the selection of the application of a problem-based learning model with a realistic mathematical approach in zoom cloud meeting-based learning is expected to improve the communication ability of elementary school students. Abstract China’s traditional power system has been unable to meet the needs of society and the development of The Times. Under the background of intelligence, it is necessary to reform the power industry and increase the application of mobile application technology in the power system, so as to realize the precise management of the power system. The application of mobile application technology in the field operation of electric power construction, based on computer machine learning and image recognition, is helpful to realize the sustainable development of electric power enterprises, improve the service level of electric power enterprises and promote the on-site safety supervision.
