Consumerism has constantly been growing, and visiting marketplaces and purchasing is a key development factor for the economic development of a city. The spending habits of people are a reflector of many development indices. As people go out for purchasing in malls for shopping essential items, they often tend to find long queues at the billing counter, and the queues are more longer during weekends and during sale seasons. This has been deterring people from going out shopping and instead resort to online shopping. This has affected the sales and revenue of departmental chains. Also, people spend quite a considerable amount of time searching through rows in order to find the items of their choice. Proposing a solution to these above-mentioned problems using technology is a real boon.  Installing a payment option on the cart itself would result in cutting down the waiting times in queues. Moreover, the customers can also benefit from navigation through the virtual maps that would be displayed on the screens of the carts. This reduces the time wasted by customers in searching for products. Hence the customers are self-dependent during their shopping. For the retail group, their transactions and management are truly simplified with these developments. Additionally, the counter labor will decrease if not cease to zero, which in turn reduces the labor cost drastically. In times of pandemic like now, people have been sticking with online shopping due to various reasons, but they long to go out and spend time in the malls as they would in normal times. The proposed solution would definitely assist in the normalization of lives and bring back on-ground retail back to life.

Financial inclusion is a major policy concern especially in developing economies. However, an established measure of financial inclusion is still absent. This paper aims to fill this gap by measuring and examining the level of financial inclusion in 66 developing economies. A Financial Inclusion Index (FII) was constructed, incorporating five indicators (ATM, Bank, Other Financial Institutions, Deposits and Loans) for 2013 until 2019. Two-staged Factor Analysis was employed for weights assignment. The results showed that the average level of financial inclusion in developing economies was low but with significant variation among group of countries. A lower level of financial inclusion was observed among the African countries as well as the low-income and lower-middle income countries. The paper also analysed the relationship between financial inclusion and economic development. The findings showed that more developed economies had higher income and thus, higher financial inclusion. While the index is valid and reliable to be used for comparison among developing economies, the study was unable to include indicators of mobile and internet banking due to data constraints. Despite this caveat, the findings of this study will be useful for policymakers in shaping financial inclusion policies. Keywords: financial inclusion, financial inclusion index, economic development, factor analysis

A characteristic feature of the XXI century is the emergence of the digital society phenomenon, which significantly changes all processes in higher education. The implementation of innovations into university activity, creation of its digital culture, and digital environment are the key features of an innovative-active university (IAU) and factors of its development. The paper aims to develop a strategy and innovative-indicative measures for digitalization of IAU activities based on the study of society’s digital maturity. Index, rating, comparative analyzes, and decomposition method were used. It is determined that Ukraine has a significant gap in comparison with the developed countries in terms of digital maturity of society and occupies lower than average positions in international informatization indices. To assess the state of digitalization processes in Ukraine, government measures for the development of digital culture were analyzed, the limitations and triggers of society digitalization are identified. It is proved that the digitalization of education has a dominant impact on the overall level of digital competitiveness. That is, the introduction of information and communication technologies in the IAU activity is an urgent task of its management. The digitalization strategy of S.Kuznets KhNUE in accordance with its educational, scientific and technical, marketing, and international activities was created. The proposed strategy is based on a systemic understanding of digitalization processes, which makes it possible to increase the degree of their controllability. A set of innovative and indicative measures was developed, which constitute the tactical contour of IAU digital process management. AcknowledgmentThe following materials were used in writing this paper: Development of methodological and model-information support for the construction of an innovative type university on the basis of education quality and anti-corruption (state registration number: 0120U102152).

Olive oil is one of the main agricultural products of the countries that make up the Mediterranean basin. The low profitability of this sector of activity and the growing challenges of an increasingly turbulent market force the sector to search for more efficient organization. The aim of this paper is to determine the organisational and technological factors associated with the most economically efficient Tunisian olive-growing organisations. To this end, firstly the Data Envelopment Analysis method has been used to establish a hierarchy of the most efficient organizations. Secondly, the Qualitative Comparative Analysis method has been used, which allows us to establish the relationships of variables that explain the highest levels of economic efficiency. The results obtained show that the academic training of the top manager, training in information technology, the age of the organisation and the existence of plans and budget items for the adoption of information and communication technologies are variables that explain this greater efficiency.

Permanent crises in the Ukrainian economy, the devaluation of the hryvnia, decline in household income and purchasing power, increased competition in the global market, as well as the continuous rise in world prices for food and non-food items have created new realities for enterprise functioning in the dairy subcomplex of Ukrainian agro-industrial complex and cause its transformation. World milk production and consumption are increasing. However, there are opposite trends in Ukraine: in 1990, the country produced 24.5 million tons of milk and was the 6th in the world ranking of milk producing countries, in 2020 – 9.3 million tons and the 22nd place, respectively. Therefore, the study of the reasons for the existence of these trends is very relevant. The research was based on the following methods: qualitative analysis and synthesis, economic and statistical analysis, comparisons, analytical and logical generalizations, etc. At the beginning of 2021, the total number of cattle in Ukraine amounted to 2.874 million and over the past 10 years, this number has decreased by 1.952 million, including cows – by 0.958 million. Milk production remains a small-scale branch. In 2020, 9.263 million tons of milk were produced (17.66% less than in 2010). Of these, 29.8% – in agricultural enterprises and 70.2% – in private households. However, the sanitary quality control of milk is carried out only in 14.8% of private households, therefore, in 2020, the main milk supplier for processing were agricultural enterprises, which supplied 77.2% of the total amount of milk delivered for processing, thus ensuring an increase in quality and safety of milk obtained by processing enterprises. A significant reduction in the volume of milk supplies for processing led to a decrease in the number of processing enterprises by 69.14% in 2020 compared to 1990. The main factors of transformation of the dairy subcomplex of Ukraine include declining cow population, insufficient quality of raw milk and its non-compliance with the EU regulations and standards, low technological level of milk production, insufficient quality control of raw materials, lack of modern equipment, high capital and labor intensity of production processes, rising prices for energy and other resources, lower consumption of dairy products due to low purchasing ability, increased competition in global and domestic dairy markets, etc. Possible directions of small-scale milk producers’ integration need further research.

Higher education institutions face various challenges and obstacles in producing quality graduates who not only excel academically but also grow holistically, ready to face the job market upon their graduation from university. In line with this issue, strong psychosocial development, as well as a learning experience, is very necessary for students in higher education. Educational institutions are responsible for providing quality learning experiences and programs that are relevant to the needs of the job market industry so that students can apply the knowledge they have acquired at the school. Through the survey method, a total of 347 students responded to the survey questionnaire containing 61 items. Descriptive data analysis was conducted to see the level of psychosocial development of students. The findings showed that the Goal Setting factor was the highest (M = 4.07) and exceeded the mean score for the Autonomy Development factor and the Interpersonal Relationship Development factor. These findings also indicate that the Goal Setting factor is the most robust Psychosocial Development factor. This illustrates that respondents ’ability to determine their life goals is higher than other factors. It is hoped that this study can provide guidelines and empirical support to the Theory of Psychosocial Development to explain the contribution of students in improving their psychosocial development. In practical terms, students need to be exposed to more opportunities and experiences throughout their time at university.

Abstract: In the world of technology, there are various zones through which different companies may adopt technologies which sustenance decision-making, Artificial Intelligence is the most creative advancement, generally used to help various companies and institutions in business approaches, authoritative aspects and individual’s administration. As of late, consideration has progressively been paid to Human Resources (HR), since professional excellence and capabilities address a development factor and a genuine upper hand for organizations. Subsequent to having been acquainted with deals and showcasing offices, manmade brainpower is additionally beginning to direct representative related choices inside HR the board. The reason for existing is to help choices that are put together not with respect to emotional viewpoints but rather on target information investigation. The objective of this work is to break down how target factors impact representative weakening, to distinguish the fundamental driver that add to a specialist's choice to leave an organization, and to have the option to foresee whether a specific worker will leave the organization. After the testing, the proposed model of an algorithm for the prediction of workers in any industry, attrition is tested on actual dataset with almost 150 samples. With this algorithm best results are generated in terms of all experimental parameters. It uncovers the best review rate, since it estimates the capacity of a classifier to track down every one of the True positive rates and accomplishes a generally false positive rate. The introduced result will help us in distinguishing the conduct of representatives who can be attired throughout the following time. Trial results uncover that the strategic relapse approach can reach up to 86% exactness over another. There are the few algorithms that can be used for processing the data, KNearest Neighbour, logistic regression, decision Tree, random Forest, Support Vector Machine etc. Keywords: Employees Attrition, Machine Learning, Support vector machine (SVM), KNN (K-Nearest Neighbour)

This work aimed to synthesize theory and research to create a conceptual model to bridge the gap in the current debate that seeks to delineate borderline personality disorder (BPD) and complex trauma. The author critically evaluates the definitions of BPD, complex PTSD and complex trauma. Furthermore, the author draws upon recent literature that highlights the role of shame, the elevated experience of neglect and emotional abuse and the growing acknowledgement of symptomology as observed through either internalized or externalized pathways. Additionally, hierarchical trait model understandings of personality development, factor analysis into the expressions of BPD and the 4F trauma personality styles inform the framework of this model. Ultimately, looking at BPD through the lens of shame, threat and safety seeking behaviours would suggest that BPD can be best understood as the behavioral manifestation of complex trauma.

The given paper features the second part of the extended research focused on the investigation of the linguistic situation as a development factor of the English language lexicography in India. Thus, in this article the main parameters of the linguistic situation during the British Raj period, with English being the case study, are scanned. The diachronic approach used towards the analysis of the linguistic situation constituencies elicits certain stability of quantitative, qualitative and evaluative parameters as regards local languages in India and the pivotal changes as regards English. The English language quantitative parameter mirrors the fluctuation in demographic rate, national identity and professional occupancy of English speaking population in India during the Raj period. The qualitative parameter of linguistic situation being enriched by another Indo-European language, maintains its multilingual, heterogeneous and unbalanced features. The English language evaluative parameter reveals the main stages of the colonial language incorporation into the linguistic situation in the country. English in India goes through the perception as the language of traders and missionaries into its adoption as а means of education obtainment, social stability access and interaction mechanisms both with foreigners and citizenry of other multilingual country regions. Such position of English in colonial India prompts the alteration of its functional characteristics with political, pedagogical and lingua franca functions being the most essential. Their actualization is only feasible due to the flourish of lexicographic practice in colonial India. Thus, the English language serves the base for a number of glossaries, bilingual and explanatory dictionaries describing various lexical layers of English in India.
