Abstract: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and recently has become a serious global pandemic. Age, gender, and comorbidities are known to be common risk factors for severe COVID-19 but are not enough to fully explain the magnitude of their effect on the risk of severity of the disease. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in several genes have been reported as a genetic factor contributing to COVID-19 severity. This comprehensive review focuses on the association between SNPs in four important genes and COVID-19 severity in a global aspect. We discuss a total of 39 SNPs in this review: five SNPs in the ABO gene, nine SNPs in the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 (ACE2) gene, 19 SNPs in the transmembrane protease serine 2 (TMPRSS2) gene, and six SNPs in the toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) gene. These SNPs data could assist in monitoring an individual's risk of severe COVID-19 disease, and therefore personalized management and pharmaceutical treatment could be planned in COVID-19 patients.

The article presents the second attempt in Poland at examining the use of the Internet by 150 hearing and hearing-impaired adolescents. The empirical research concerned both groups’ “navigating” in the virtual world. A comparative analysis was carried out on the differentiation, dependencies, and correlations between a group of hearing respondents (girls and boys) and a group with hearing impairment in terms of their intrapersonal and interpersonal attitudes and attitudes towards the world. The intrapersonal sphere included self-image and self-esteem in a global aspect. It consisted of non-specific, general self-esteem, and partial self-esteem: the cognitive, intellectual, physical, characterological, and socio-moral spheres. Interpersonal attitudes were understood in the eyes of the respondent as an image of the rest of society and the relations between them. Thus, the sphere of “others towards me” appeared, based on the sense of support from the social environment, appreciation or indifference, threat from others, or a sense of security, among other things. In the area of “me towards others,” the dependencies concerned pro-social behavior, the general attitude towards other people, an altruistic attitude, egocentrism or sociability, a tendency to isolate oneself, aggression or a lack of aggressive behavior, problematic use of the Internet – an adaptation of IAT A. Young, which measures a subject’s sense of loneliness by De J. Gierveld – content sought on the Internet, the positive aspects of using the Internet, risks associated with it, and addiction.

The issues related to the analysis of technological methods for the formation of architectural objects are considered. The purpose of the research is to identify the scale and prospects for the use of traditional and innovative technologies. Solving problems associated with the development of technological methods and processes is accompanied by the development of general theoretical knowledge of architectural science and building materials science as ways to improve the functional quality of architectural systems and their display in the formats of buildings and structures. The real need to develop a systematic approach and the development of a methodology for integrating the technological component (more precisely, non-traditional or innovative methods and techniques) into the algorithm for the formation of architectural objects predetermined and determined the goal and objectives of this study. The theoretical base of research includes both scientifi c and philosophical works devoted to the object and subject of research in a global aspect, and scientifi c and technical literature, in relation to a specifi c area of architectural activity.

The location of residential quarters has a deep connection with the pattern of everyday life. It is not always significant for social activities; however, it is the main component in city planning. Along with the improvement of the society and economy, the landscape of residences is likewise changing. This paper aims to discuss the planning strategies of residential landscape from a socio-technical perceptive. A diverse approach was implemented for collecting data due to the uncertain situation around the world because of COVID19 including personal archival data, LDA authority, building regulations, research articles and interviews. The variables adapted for the current research are: drift from outdoor spaces to indoor spaces, orientation of design and spatial layout and practices diffusion. The study suggests that the dynamics of space and practices can normalize the unsustainable arrangements rooted in social organizations. The increased consumption of electrical appliances and specification of spaces has changed the culture into an unsuitable indoor layout planning and has neglected the use of outdoor areas in contemporary societies. This study can help to bring the implementation of house planning into a broader perspective globally as there is a comparison drawn between the local and international landscaped signing by a renowned landscape architect "Geoffrey Bawa".          Keywords: architecture, contemporary and landscape, open spaces, orientation, residential planning

The article reveals the objective preconditions for the formation of security guidelines for regional development through the balancing of social, environmental and economic goals. The process of formation and expansion of the concept of ecological safety in the global aspect is analyzed and specific ecological problems for the regional level are allocated. The dynamics of social and economic consequences of the manifestation of ecological dangers is determined and the directions of financial guarantee of safe guidelines of sustainable development for the regions are outlined. The concept of "environmental security" is defined as the ability of the environment- society-economy to maintain balance and equilibrium on the basis of dynamic recovery and self-improvement, to resist external and internal threats and challenges and to ensure acceptable levels of risk and sustainability of socio-economic development. and socio- economic potential. The main functional purpose of regional financial mechanisms of environmental regulation is determined, it is to regulate the activities of market participants in a separate area in order to ensure environmental and anthropogenic safety. In this context, the essence of the relevant financial mechanisms is defined as a system of specially developed and legally enshrined in the legal field forms, methods and tools for the formation and use of financial resources to achieve the development of the region. It was found that the most effective of them are such tools as financing through state and local budgets, environmental funds, bank loans, funds of enterprises and organizations, foreign investment, environmental insurance of dangerous objects. The effectiveness of modern financial mechanisms is determined by the amount of revenues to budgets of different levels for the use of natural resources, the level of environmental pollution and the cost of its protection, localization and prevention of environmental emergencies, as well as the effectiveness of preventive measures.

Research background: Investing in the capital market is one of the ways for an investor to increase his income. Investing in the capital market is described as very risky, but it provides us with an opportunity to achieve high returns. There is an infinite number of assets on the market that an investor can include in his portfolio, and which assets he chooses to invest in will ultimately affect the return and risk of the created portfolio. Therefore, the investor should think rationally and should try to reduce the risk of his investment. Purpose of the article: This article aims to point out the effect of diversification through the creation of a portfolio of financial assets. Methods: This paper uses modern portfolio theory and focuses on the use of the Markowitz model. The optimal weights of individual assets in the compiled portfolio are calculated using the Lagrange function. We use data on weekly closing prices of individual stocks, commodity and mutual fund. Findings & Value added: The main finding was that the risk associated with the created portfolio is lower than the risk associated with investing in individual assets.

The aim of this study was to observed to increasein the global aspect concentration of СО2. Heat balance contributing factors to change of the planet were separated. The results of the analysis, to show of reasonable statistical data on environmental damage from the use of organic fuels for energy production are also presented on the example of Kyrgyzstan. The ecological and climatic prerequisites contribute to the intensive introduction of alternative energy sources. The most important directions of development of renewable energy sources highlighted in the conditions of our mountain republic. The article shows that the development of the biogas industry - as one of the priority areas of alternative energy, for a constant increase in prices for fossil energy resources, would allow solving a number of important economic problems. Approach of the article is obvious, as it provides an alternative environmentally friendly method of energy generation.
