Sustainable development is a type of development that advocates first of all the harmonization between economic development and environmental protection, adding social progress; it would therefore be a development in which high and stable growth in the production of goods and services is compatible with widespread social progress, environmental protection, and prudent and efficient use of natural resources. Among the different sectoral areas transferred by the idea of sustainable development is undoubtedly the field of urban planning and housing. The activity generated in cities has an important environmental impact, so it is necessary to orient urban structures, homes, and buildings under premises that are as respectful as possible with the environment, also taking advantage of its economic potential and its effect on the social fabric that inhabits it. It is about promoting integrated actions in the urban environment that are in tune with the objectives.

Twenty women with surgical menopause aged40-50years received parenteral hormonal replacement therapy with estradiol (preparation Divigel) for the period of 12 months. Twenty healthy women formed the control group. The following indeces were estimated during the study: menopausal Kuppermans index, and the leveloffollicle-stimulatinghormone and estradiol in blood serum. Kuppermans index remarkably decreased in the course of treatment (p0,05). Decrease of FSH level was associated with stable growth of estradiol level (p0,05). The absence of manifested side effects and considerable change of body build index, the possibility of choosingthe minimal effective doze individually allow to apply HRT with Divigel more widely.

Pengelolaan terhadap sumberdaya alam menjadi point penting terutama dalam menjaga manfaat, kesinambungan dan berkelanjutan sumber alam. Potensi sumberdaya alam yang tersedia dengan pengelolaan yang baik dapat memberikan manfaat bagi kehidupan manusia. Potensi sumberdaya alam dapat menjadi daya tarik masyarakat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai tempat wisata. Kawasan Tanjung Bastian merupakan salah satu kawasan wisata yang berada di Kab. TTU. yang identik dengan pantai serta juga arena pacuan kuda dan pemandangan alam. Dalam pengelolaannya upaya mempertahankan kondisi ekologi di wisata Tanjung Bastian seperti kegiatan penanaman vegetasi diareal kawasan wisata sebagai upaya konservasi lahan sebagai regerasi vegetasi. Kelangsungan hidup vegetasi dapat tumbuh pada kondisi pertumbuhan yang stabil dan mampu bersaing dengan kondisi fisik lingkungan dan iklim yang ekstrim. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan vegetasi dan faktor-faktor penyebab kerusakan pertumbuhan vegetasi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tanaman yang berhasil hidup sebanyak 53 tanaman yang terdiri dari 6 spesies, dengan jumlah yang hidup terbanyak terdapat pada spesies Delonix regia sebanyak 15 tanaman, dan spesies yang paling sedikit ialah spesies Senna siamea dengan jumlah 3 tanaman. Klasifikasi kriteria penilaian keberhasilan vegetasi bahwa tingkat keberhasilan vetegasi di kawasan tanjung bastian termasuk dalam kategori agak rusak dengan nilai 57,3%.ABSTRACTResources management nature becoming point to important especially in maintaining benefits, continuity and sustainable natural source.Natural resource potential available with proper management would be of avail for human life. Natural resource potential can be attraction the community and can be used as tourist destinations. The area of tanjung bastian is one of the area who was in District North Central Timor are identical to the beach and also the racetrack and natural scenery. In its management efforts to maintain ecological conditions in Tanjung Bastian tourism such as planting tourism areas as an effort to conserve land as vegetation regeneration. The survival of vegetation can grow in stable growth conditions and be able to compete with extreme environmental and climatic conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the success rate of vegetation and the factors causing damage to vegetation growth. Based on the results of observation plants who succeeded life 53 a plant consisting of 6 species with the numbers of life most there are to a species Delonix regia as many as 15 plants and the least species is Senna siamea with 3 plants. The classification of the assessment criteria vegetation that the level of success of success in the vetegasi tanjung bastian included in a category in quite poor repair the % 57,3.

This study evaluated the effect of preheating on early stage melting behavior of a Al-Si coated hot stamped boron steel bolt during projection welding. A large amount of heat was generated in the early stage of projection welding. Because of the large heat generation, a rapid collapse of the projection occurred and a molten coating layer remained on the interface of the welded part. This caused welding defects such as expulsion and porosity. However, preheating helped remove the molten Al-Si coating layer by pushing it out toward the outer edge of the molten pool. This suggests that preheating can effectively minimize or remove the molten coating layer within the weld. Preheating also prevented the rapid collapse of the projection by partially melting the projection, and thus improving the contact area. These phenomena can prevent the concentration of current density at the weld interface and hence decrease heat generation. Finally, the preheating current improved nugget quality by promoting the stable growth of the melted metal and by preventing expulsion and porosity.

Direct electric curing (EC) is a new green curing method for cement-based materials that improves the early mechanical properties via the uniform high temperature produced by Joule heating. To understand the effects of EC and steam curing (SC) on the mechanical properties and microstructure of cement-based materials, the mortar was cured at different temperature-controlled curing regimes (40 °C, 60 °C, and 80 °C). Meanwhile, the mechanical properties, hydrates and pore structures of the specimens were investigated. The energy consumption of the curing methods was compared. The results showed that the EC specimens had higher and more stable growth of mechanical strength. The hydration degree and products of EC samples were similar to that of SC samples. However, the pore structure of EC specimens was finer than that of SC specimens at different curing ages. Moreover, the energy consumption of EC was much lower than that of SC. This study provides an important technical support for the EC in the production of energy-saving and high early-strength concrete precast components.

Alongside a wide range of analytical crime research methods in criminology, the method of assessing the degree of criminalization of the subjects of the Russian Federation through an agglomerative approach to the features characterizing the indicators of regional crime is of special research interest. This method includes three stages: 1) sampling and processing empirical statistical indicators of regional crime; 2) clustering of regions by groups of criminological characteristics; 3) criminological analysis and summary of obtained results. In order to assess the criminalization of subjects and Districts of the Russian Federation, the authors use such indicators as the categories of crimes, as they are most informative ones regarding the degree of crime prevalence in the population. The calculations are based on crimes registered by category per 100 thousand residents in the corresponding subject or District. The authors use three classes of criminal activity of population to present the results of clustering which reflects the minimal number of elements necessary for the discrete covering of all the variety of manifestations of criminal social prevalence and makes it possible to characterize groups of regions with high, medium and low levels of such prevalence. Calculation results allowed the authors to interpret classes as groups of subjects with a low (first class), medium (second class) and high (third class) level of criminalization of their population. The authors also present the clustering of subjects and Federal Districts of the Russian Federation by coefficients of registered crimes of the corresponding categories. This clustering encompasses information in 2010–2020. The dynamics of the distribution of the subjects of the Russian Federation by class showed a wave-like transition of the specific weight of the corresponding classes and a stable growth of criminal prevalence in the population in 2019–2020. The scattering diagrams make it possible to use a trendline with linear parameters to show either a positive or a negative correlation of crime indicators. The authors use the clustering of subjects to show that, among the Federal Districts, the specific weight of the third class is prevalent in the Siberian Federal District in 2010–2020. The presented methodology can be applied to create a probability model of predicting that a subject or a District will be in a certain class.

Objectives - Our objectives are to perform a bibliometric analysis with which to highlight the relevance of Drp1 in the pathogenesis of AD and PD as a fundamental regulator of mitochondrial fusion and fission homeostasis, in addition to highlighting Drp1 as a possible therapeutic target in AD and PD. Methods - We have carried out a bibliometric study based on a search in the PubMed database, the selected articles that are in the period from 01/01/2008 to 12/31/2019. Through an analysis of the data and a representation in graphs we show the relationship between Drp1 with AD and PD. Results - The analyzed data show a slow but stable growth interest in the relationship of Drp1 with AD and PD. First, we analyze the number of publications per year that both the AD and PD remain stable over time, followed by the number of publications we are interested in observing the quantitative validity of these data, expressed in the average JCR per year and the number of citations of the articles, which show an interest in the role of Drp1 in AD and PD. Conclusions - Our bibliometric analysis shows that the relationship of Drp1 with AD and PD is relevant, that it is currently interested and that they are applying Drp1 as a key protein in the pathogenesis of both diseases and, therefore, as a possible therapeutic target for treatment. of both pathologies.
