The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Net profit margin and total assets turnover on the growth of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index partially and simultaneously. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that net profit margin and total asset turnover had a significant effect with the sig value (0.032) <α (0.05), while partially the net profit margin had a significant effect with the sig value (0.035) <α (0.05), whereas Total asset turnover has no significant effect on the sig value (0.812)> α (0.05), and the magnitude of the effect of net profit margin and total asset turnover on company growth is 0.092 or (9.2%), while the rest is 90.8%. influenced by other factors outside the research.

Pejanggik Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) is an institution that can assist the community in economic empowerment, especially in village communities to achieve economic welfare and village income. So the purpose of this study is to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises as an effort to develop the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Sember research data consists of BUMDes managers and communities who receive business development assistance. The data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique, the researcher used the analysis method by Milles and Hubarman which included data presentation, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can be explained that the role of BUMDes Desa Pejanggik is not going well and has not been able to significantly improve the economy of the Pejanggik Village community. This is due to the lack of available capital, public awareness and inadequate human resources. Keywords: BUMDes, Economic Improvement, Society

This study aims to determine financial performance based on the ratio approach of effectiveness, independence, and fiscal decentralization in the city of Bandar Lampung. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data used in this study are secondary data taken through BPKAD Bandar Lampung for the fiscal year 2008-2017. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of regional financial effectiveness on average is at 90.49% with the effective category and the trend of regional financial effectiveness at 70.814%; The ratio of regional financial independence average is at 27.96% which is categorized as low and the trend of regional financial independence is at 262.42%; while the regional financial fiscal decentralization ratio on average was at 17.85% with the unfavorable category and the regional financial fiscal decentralization trend was at 197.23%.

The assets growth rate is influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. By considering these factors, Muamalat Syariah Financing Bank (SFB) Harkat Bengkulu has a strategy so that can always increase from year to year. The strategy used is to develop market share in the form of multi-purpose financing. The problem in this study is, are there any factors that influence the asset growth rate in Muamalat Harkat SFB Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency and what factors influence the assets growth rate in Muamalat Harkat SFB Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency. This study uses qualitative data and uses observation, interviews and documentation as data collection instruments. The results of this study indicate that in increasing asset growth, there are internal factors that consist of employee job performance, job spirits, job discipline, SOP, inspection from Financial Services Authority (FSA/OJK) and internal audit. While the external factors consist of the level of public trust that has begun to grow in the form of savings or deposits, financing, and inspection from external audits.

This research measures and analyzes the use of technology to improve BPJS services in Islamic banking using the Survey on Financial Inclusion and Access SOFIA data. Data was collected in 2017 in four provinces, namely East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, and South Sulawesi with a total number of respondents 19,634. The findings in this study reveal that 98.36% of people pay BPJS using the cash method and 1.64% of people use technology. From the data above, it can be concluded that the people in the four provinces are very minimal related to financial inclusion, people prefer to make cash payments rather than using payment service facilities in Islamic banking. The results of this study attracted the attention of policymakers to improve information and education related to financial inclusion

The practice of implementing fiduciary guarantees on murabahah financing at Bank BNI Syariah provides legal certainty for Islamic banks as creditors. Given that many Islamic banks have implemented fiduciary guarantees as additional collateral for murabahah financing, the research method used is descriptive qualitative research. After the research process has been carried out, In practice, the fiduciary security must first be registered at the fiduciary security office, which Bank BNI Syariah represents to a notary. If there is a debtor default at Bank BNI Syariah, it will be resolved by sharia principles, namely by providing guidance and visits to the debtor. If there is still no good intention from the debtor to carry out their obligations then Bank BNI Syariah will execute objects bound by fiduciary by legal process. The conclusion is that the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee policy at the Bank BNI Syariah Probolinggo Branch Office must use a fiduciary binding as long as the murabahah object is a moving object.

This reserch aims to analyze agricultural trading  on credit system in islamic approach. This research was conducted in the village of Pahonjean. Majenang towards the welfare of farmers.  Data collection was carried out by observation, and interviews. By using a qualitative approach the results showed that this system of accounts receivable has become a habit among farmers and the impression from this system is that new farmers can only fulfill their primary and secondary needs.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their effects on the marketing performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bengkulu Province. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used non probability with judgmental techniques (purposive) with a total sample of 270. The results showed that SMEs in Bengkulu Province had run their business with market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation in good categories. When viewed from the marketing performance, most of them have achieved a fairly good level of performance as well. For this reason, if we look at the influence between variables, market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect at the marketing performance of SMEs in Bengkulu Province. This means that the better market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, the better marketing performance for SMEs in Bengkulu Province. Thus, the hypothesis which states that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive and significant effect on marketing performance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) can be accepted.

This study aims to know the effect of CAR and FDR variables on Murabahah financing partially and simultaneously, besides, this study also examined the influence of NPF variables in moderating the relationship between independent variables and Murabahah financing. This research is a quantitative study with a sample of 11 (eleven) Syariah Commercial Banks registered with the Otoritas Jaa Keuangan in 2015-2019 that meet the researchers' criteria. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the website of each bank that is a sample of research. The results showed that CAR had no effect and significant on Murabahah financing, FDR had no effect and significant on Murabahah financing, and also simultaneously CAR and FDR did not affect muarabah financing. On the other side, the NPF as moderating variable show that a map to the CAR on Murabahah financing,  the NPF moderating the FDR on Murabahah financing, and also the NPF moderating the influence of CAR and FDR on Murabahah financing simultaneously.

This study aims to determine the effect of profit-sharing volume and murabahah financing on the performance of Islamic commercial banks for the 2015-2020 period. This research uses ECM (Error Correction Model) analysis with Eviews 8 software. The sample used in this study is 13 Islamic commercial banks that have been registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method because researchers needed certain criteria, namely Islamic commercial banks that have published financial ratios. The data used in this study are secondary data with documentary data collection techniques and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the R square value is 0.0362370 indicating that 36% of changes in the ROA variable can be explained by independent variables and 64% are explained by other factors outside the model..
