Activities in a company or institution are something that is usually done, the forms of these activities are generally training, socialization of new regulations, inauguration, and so on. These activities need to be recorded and the data managed as documentation or reference and consideration in subsequent activities. This activity requires planning starting from preparation, scheduling, distributing invitations via email, to implementing and recording the attendance of invited participants. The case study was conducted at PT Pelni Indonesia as an Indonesian National Shipping company that often carries out internal activities within the company. The problem that occurs in the management of company activities at PT Pelni is that so far it is still using the manual system. The participant registration process, participant data collection, sending invitations, recording participant attendance and so on are carried out in handwriting and stored in an excel file. Of course, this makes it difficult to search and manage data, and allows data loss or document slippage to occur. One solution that can be used to overcome these problems is to build an information system for managing company activity data. The management system can assist the HRD for data management needed in the implementation of activities carried out by the company. QR Code technology is also used to encrypt participant invitation numbers, verify participant data and to record attendance. The result of developing this system is a data management system for company activities by utilizing Quick Response Code (QR Code) technology. The generated QR Code can store various participant data in only 1 code and is used to verify participant data.

Academic information systems are important in teaching and learning activities, this is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. To support this, a system must be made that is able to assist in the teaching and learning process, namely by developing an academic information system. This development system uses the social system methodology method with the aim of helping the school's academic field achieve its goals and facilitate the teaching and learning process. This approach is designed using CATWOE analysis with components, namely customers, actors, the transformation process, world view, and the environment. The results of this study are able to answer the school's need for an effective and efficient system so that it can improve the performance of all school goals.

Higher Education facilitates the process of Internship students through several stages, which can be taken by students after fulfilling the requirements. The Process of Internship, starting with making an official letter of submission to the company where the internship is accompanied by the submission of proposals internships until the implementation of Internship Work in the company is completed. After the internship process is completed students then make a report Internship. Readiness of Study Program to the Faculty in managing the process of implementation of internship work vary. Especially readiness when the Study Program enrolls students until obtaining the scheduling of the seminar report Internship. Universities that have fewer students may not be a problem. But if universities have a large number of Faculties and Study Programs, so the number of active students owned is also a lot, this can be the first step of the complexity of a system. The problems that arise are conflicting schedules of supervisors, examiners and rooms. To facilitate the implementation of the process, e-Magang application is made to help the application process of Internship. The e-Internship application is built with the phase flow of the Scrum SDLC method in Project Management.

The dynamics of higher education are changing and emphasize the need to adapt quickly. Higher education is under the supervision of accreditation agencies, governments and other stakeholders to seek new ways to improve and monitor student success and other institutional policies. Many agencies fail to make efficient use of the large amounts of available data. With the use of big data analytics in higher education, it can be obtained more insight into students, academics, and the process in higher education so that it supports predictive analysis and improves decision making. The purpose of this research is to implement big data analytical to increase the decision making of the competent party. This research begins with the identification of process data based on analytical learning, academic and process in the campus environment. The data used in this study is a public dataset from UCI machine learning, from the 33 available varibales, 4 varibales are used to measure student performance. Big data analysis in this study uses spark apace as a library to operate pyspark so that python can process big data analysis. The data already in the master slave is grouped using k-mean clustering to get the best performing student group. The results of this study succeeded in grouping students into 5 clusters, cluster 1 including the best student performance and cluster 5 including the lowest student performance

Sanjaya Citra Anugerah (SCA) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang sewa menyewa dan penjualan alat berat, memiliki komitmen untuk memastikan keamanan informasi organisasi untuk menjaga aspek kerahasiaan, integritas dan ketersediaan informasi dari ancaman kegagalan keamanan informasi. Hal tersebut diwujudkan dengan mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi yang berdasarkan pada standar internasional ISO 27001:2013. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan ruang lingkup sistem manajemen keamanan informasi, faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhinya dan untuk mengidentifikasi secara garis besar potensi kegagalan keamanan informasi dan dampaknya. Potensi kegagalan tersebut, merupakan risiko yang harus di idetifikasikan berdasarkan kondisi saat ini, yang selanjutnya ditentukan penyebabnya hingga disusun rencana penanganan risiko dimaksud, sehingga keamanan informasi dapat terjaga dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan dari stakeholder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan program sertifikasi kompetensi Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) pada Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sebagai penelitian evaluatif menggunakan model CSE-UCLA yang terdiri dari komponen penilaian sistem, program perencanaan, program implementasi, peningkatan dan program sertifikasi. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari: Kepala Laboratorium, Tim Manajemen Sertifikasi dan Siswa peserta sertifikasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner online , observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis persentase tingkat efektivitas tiap-tiap komponen dalam model CSE-UCLA dan deskriptif kualitatif untuk menganalisis kendala-kendala yang menyebabkan hasil evaluasi tidak sesuai dengan standar keberhasilannya. Hasil evaluasi program sertifikasi komputer pada Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan program pada komponen system assessment sebesar 63%, sedangkan pada program planning sebesar 63%, lalu hasil pada program implementation sebesar 58%, terkait program improvement berjumlah 61%, dan terakhir pada  program certification sejumlah 66%. Dengan melihat rata-rata hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan program sertifikasi komputer pada Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya secara keseluruhan yaitu sebesar 62% maka tingkat efektivitas pelaksanaan program tergolong pada kategori kurang

The availability of medical aids in adequate quantities is very much needed to assist the work of the medical staff in dealing with the very large number of Covid patients. Artificial Intelligence (AI) with the Deep Learning (DL) method, especially the Convolution Neural Network (CNN), is able to diagnose Chest X-ray images generated by the Computer Tomography Scanner (C.T. Scan) against certain diseases (Covid). Inception Resnet Version 2 architecture was used in this study to train a dataset of 4000 images, consisting of 4 classifications namely covid, normal, lung opacity and viral pneumonia with 1,000 images each. The results of the study with 50 epoch training obtained very good values for the accuracy of training and validation of 95.5% and 91.8%, respectively. The test with 4000 image dataset obtained 98% accuracy testing, with the precision of each class being Covid (99%), Lung_Opacity (97%), Normal (99%) and Viral pneumonia (99%).

The warehousing management system is a key  in the supply chain, where the main objective is to control all the processes that take place such as shipping and receiving. Currently the update of inventory data in PT. The Rekatama Makmur solution is periodically not updated every time a transaction occurs and is performed by a single computer performed by a warehouse officer, so that the other part of the employee is constrained in getting the latest data needed to make a business decision. Problems in this research how to make inventory information system for PT. Rekatama Makmur solution that produces updated inventory information every transaction and can generate information for warehouse officer, purchasing, and sales department. This research uses design and development which is done using VB.Net and MySql programming language as database management system.

Employee attendance is an administrative process that is carried out every day. Use of a manual system for events prone to damage or loss. Not to mention employees who forget attendance records, which will cause delays in the flow of employee attendance information. As a solution to the existing problems is by designing an application to make presence using Android-based QR Code Scanning and Location-Based Services (LBS). QR Code technology is very efficient because the code can be read in a very short time using a smartphone while the Location Based Service (LBS) is to prevent employees from making presence outside the area determined by the company. The design of this application produces a paperless system and prevents manipulation of attendance data because in this application it is implemented that one employee only asks for one device ID or smartphone IMEI

Ruang kelas adalah hal yang terpisahkan dalam melakukan penjadwalan mata kuliah, karena setiap pengaturan jadwal mata kuliah Dosen pasti memerkulan ruang kelas untuk melakukan pengajaran mata kuliah tersebut, pada saat ini sekretaris program studi masih menggunakan microsoft excell untuk melakukan pengaturan ruang kelas, hal itu menyebabkan permasalahan sulit nya mengatur jadwal dan ruang kelas agar tidak bentrok karena keterbatasan kelas, oleh karena itu dibuatlah suatu aplikasi untuk mempermudah pengendalian ruang kelas baik untuk penjadwalan kuliah atau kelas pengganti, diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat mempermudah pekerjaan semua pihak
