The nutritional status and health of the mother during pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and during breastfeeding was very critical periods for children's growth and development. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between anemia during pregnancy and the incidence of stunting. The method used in this research was observational correlational analytic, which looking for the relationship between two independent and dependent variables used a cohort-retrospective approach, with the independent variable anemia during pregnancy and the dependent variable the incidence of stunting. The research was conducted from 2 July – 29 August  2020 in Gayam  Village, Kediri Distric used MCH book instrument. Total population was 512 toddlers with judgement sampling technique as many as 88 toddlers consisted of 38 stunting and 50 non-stunting toddlers. Analysis used the Spearman Rho with the results of the Spearman value showed that total of 66 toddlers, 4 (6.1%) of stunting toddlers were found with no history of anemia, 13 (19.7%) of stunting toddlers with a history of mild anemia and 5 (7.6%) of stunting toddlers with a history of moderate anemia. Spearman rho test results p value = 0.000. This mean that the p value <α = 0.05, because the p-value <α, H1 accepted, that there was a relationship between a history of anemia during pregnancy and the incidence of stunting on toddlers. Anemia during pregnancy was very risky for the development of fetus and the development of baby that will beb born can caused stunting.

The Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) in Indonesia is still fairly high. One of the top three causes of maternal death is bleeding. Spontaneous abortion is an early pregnancy problem leading to the occurrence of bleeding and direct maternal death. The causes of spontaneous abortion vary and can be caused by multiple factors. Early identification of risk factors is necessary to reduce mortality and morbidity due to spontaneous abortion and its complications. This study's objective was to identify the risk factors of spontaneous abortion in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital. This study was an observational analytic with a case-control approach. The population was all pregnant women hospitalized at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018. The samples were 120 in total, included  40 cases and 80 controls taken by consecutive sampling. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi-square test. The results based on the bivariate analysis showed history of previous abortion (p <0.001), chronic maternal disease (p <0.001), hemoglobin levels (p = 0.020), maternal age (p= 0.026), gravidity (p= 0.036), and  infection (p= 0.037) had significant correlation with spontaneous abortion. In conclusion, risk factors associated with spontaneous abortion in Dr. Soetomo General Hospital were history of previous abortion, chronic maternal disease, anemia, advanced maternal age, multigravidity, and infection. Positive pregnancy outcomes are expected to play a role in reducing MMR in Indonesia. Therefore, high-risk pregnant women are suggested to carry out regular Antenatal care recommendations with intensive supervision.

World Health Organization (WHO) merekomendasikan anak memperoleh ASI ekslusif selama 6 bulan pasca lahir.

Decreasing milk production is a major problem for working mothers to continue breastfeeding their babies after the maternity leave period is over, besides that the lack of support from people around them, especially family, work place, time to pump breast milk, availability of lactation room greatly affects the consistency of milk production. Breastfeeding mothers need help to make the breastfeeding process more successful, namely by consuming foods that can stimulate milk production. An alternative food ingredient to support the nutritional needs of breastfeeding mother is the consumption of soy milk  (SULE) and honey. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of consumption of Sule Honey in increasing breast milk production in worker mothers using the breast pump method. This study used a Quasi Experimental research design with a design used that is the nonequivalent control group design. This study used two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group, namely 20 worker mothers who breastfeed and use breasfeeding method, were given an intervention, namely giving Sule Honey for 2 weeks and recorded on the observation sheet. The control group is 20 worker mothers who breastfeed and use breastfeeding methode who are given health education about the nutritional needs of nursing mothers.

Prolonged and unresolved stress conditions can affect the hemeostasis of the human body system which will cause physical and psychological disorders. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation and classical music therapy to reduce stress in the final year students at the Polytechnic Ministry of Health Bengkulu in 2020. The study used a Quasi Experiment design with a two-group pretest-posttest design conducted at the Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Bengkulu. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the type of purposive sampling with a total sample of final year students as many as 60 people divided into 2 intervention groups. Data were analyzed using univariate analysis, bivariate using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank and Mann Whitney test. Wilcoxon Signed Rank test results show that there is an effect of progressive muscle relaxation on stress reduction (p-value = 0,000), there is an effect of classical music therapy on stress reduction (p-value = 0,000). Mann Whitney test results p-value 0.004 <0.05 which means there is a significant difference in effectiveness between progressive muscle relaxation interventions with classical music therapy interventions in reducing stress, where progressive muscle relaxation interventions are more effective. The results of this study are expected to be a source of information and solutions that can help final year students reduce stress levels by using progressive muscle relaxation methods that can be done anywhere and anytime. So it easily controls the stressor that causes stress levels for students.

Unwanted pregnancy and pregnancy termination generally occurs in adolescents who want to prevent or delay childbirth and have limited access to contraception. Women and girls have unmet contraceptive needs, so that unwanted pregnancies and unsafe abortions are considered normal. The latest data states that 7% of girls aged 15 to 19 will become pregnant and 2% of girls in this age group will have an abortion. Decision making for women before carrying out intentional abortions is influenced by several factors including individual level factors namely marital status, education level, economic independence and whether the woman is a victim of rape or incest. Interpersonal factors such as parent and partner support are also found as influences in decision making, because they have social determinants such as religion and social stigma and norms that exist. The aim of this study was to find out how adolescents make decisions about abortion as an end to unwanted pregnancies.
