The implantation of the embryo into the uterus requires hatching from its zona pellucida (ZP). The inability of the embryo to break its zona pellucida is considered as a factor for implantation failure. Assisted hatching (AH) is performed to make it easier for natural hatching to occur, also providing early embryoendometrium contact, which favors the embryos implantation into the uterus. To evaluate the effect of laser assisted hatching (LAH) on pregnancy rate in frozen embryo transfer cycle.  Materials & methods: In a prospective observational study a total of 80 patients who underwent frozen embryo transfer(FET) cycles were included in the study. Patients were divided into Laser assisted hatching group (LAH) and no LAH group. In the LAH group, zona thinning was done with the help of laser just prior to the embryo transfer. In the control group no hatching was done before transfer. The main outcome measures were pregnancy rate & implantation rate. The baseline characteristics of the 80 patients included in the study ie.,LAH group (n=40) vs no LAH group (n=40),the mean age ( 30.855.4 vs 333.9),mean BMI (25.64.1 vs 27.94.5),duration of infertility ( 6.184.1 vs 8.534.7) , number of embryos transferred (2.750.8 vs 2.70.72) respectively. Younger women < 30 years in no LAH group had higher pregnancy rate compared to the LAH group. Between the two groups, patients between 31-35 years in LAH group had higher pregnancy rate compared to no LAH group. The pregnancy rate (42.85% vs 54.5%) in LAH group of women >35years found lower than the no LAH group. LAH seems to be beneficial in women between 31- 35 years of age group, but LAH does not seem to be beneficial in women > 35 years of age. There is slight increase in pregnancy rates with laser assisted zona thinning in frozen transfer cycle, but it is not statistically significant.

This study aims to improve students' conceptual understanding and problem solving through the application of problem posing learning based on the hot potatoes application based on the problems of the fifth semester students of SDK Maria Fatima Bangkalan. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is carried out by describing the data in the form of numbers, namely to determine whether there are any consequences of problem posing learning based on the hot potatoes application on concept understanding and problem solving. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of Maria Fatima Catholic Elementary School, Bangkalan, Academic Year 2019 - 2020 with flat-building material. The results showed: (1) The effect of problem posing learning based on the hot potatoes application on students' understanding of mathematical concepts was higher with an average value of 85.83 than the control class. (2) The effect of problem posing learning based on hot potatoes application on problem solving has a higher average value than the control class, namely 88.68. (3) The effect of problem posing learning based on hot potatoes application can improve concept understanding and problem solving. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that problem posing learning based on hot potatoes application can improve the conceptual understanding and problem solving of elementary school students, but still requires adjustment to the situation and conditions at school

The objectives of this study were: (1) to describe the dynamics of students having risky sex behavior, (2) to describe sufistic counseling to help students not to engage in risky sex behavior. This study used a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach to describe the values of Sufism in counseling students with risky sexual behavior. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed 1) the dynamics of students with risky sex behavior was explained by the subject's data in general, the level of religiosity was low. This is a problem faced in adolescence, namely the transition period which makes adolescent emotions less stable; 2) Sufism values in counseling are a concept of scientific counseling services that are required to be more humanistic, empirical and functional (appreciation of Islamic teachings). This counseling discusses and discusses how to build the morale of the people. Sufism counseling method begins with a futuwwah framework by applying the ascetic attitude towards the world of macrocosm and microcosm (human).

Cryptocurrencies have revolutionized the process of trading in the digital world. Roughly one decade since the induction of the first bitcoin block, thousands of cryptocurrencies have been introduced. The anonymity offered by the cryptocurrencies also attracted the perpetuators of cybercrime. This paper attempts to examine the different machine learning approaches for efficiently identifying ransomware payments made to the operators using bitcoin transactions. Machine learning models may be developed based on patterns differentiating such cybercrime operations from normal bitcoin transactions in order to identify and report attacks. The machine learning approaches are evaluated on bitcoin ransomware dataset. Experimental results show that Gradient Boosting and XGBoost algorithms achieved better detection rate with respect to precision, recall and F-measure rates when compared with k-Nearest Neighbor, Random Forest, Naïve Bayes and Multilayer Perceptron approaches

The main purpose of this study is to outline and identify the influences of employees' job and organizational engagement on their scouting behavior. The study investigates the structural mechanisms between the effectiveness of quality of organizationemployees relationship, intrinsic motivation, creative process engagement, and training effectiveness, as well as their effectiveness on employee scouting. The study was conceived and carried out using the form of Quantitative Analysis. Iraq has identified the survey community; a total of 150 respondents have received from employees of oil and gas companies. Simple and multiple regression analysis was used to analyzing the hypothesis of study. The present study builds on the connectivity parameters of employees at both personal (e.g., intrinsic motivation of creativity, innovative process involvement) and organizational or administrative levels (e.g., the quality of employees' perceived relationship with their organization, perceived training effectiveness) when developing a model that connects the scouting behaviors of employees and their context in a comprehensive measured way. Simple and multiple regression methods were demonstrated between the variables to the examinations of the hypothesis in our study, and by analyzing our data we could support the relationship between the variables and the hypotheses

The emphasis of harmful health challenges caused by preserved food or processed food is a global problem and the need to reduce its effect on the vital organs in the body has been the subject of great concern to researchers. The present study seeks to evaluate the efficacy of ethanolic extracts of Curcuma longa (turmeric) roots and Cassia occidentalis leaves on potassium induced kidney damage in albino rats. Fifty adult male rats weighing about 100g-200g classified into ten groups (I-X) were used in the study. Group1 served as control and were administered only with distilled water and rat feeds ad libitum all throughout the experiment. Group II served as negative (-ve) control and were administered 50mg/kg bodyweight of potassium bromate orally. Groups III, IV, VII and VIII received 50mg/kg bodyweight of potassium bromate for two weeks thereafter received 50mg/kg bodyweight with 500mg and 1000mg/kg body weight of ethanolic root extract of Curcuma longa and leaves extract Cassia occidentalis respectively for two weeks. Groups V, VI, and IX and X received 500mg and 1000mg/kg bodyweight of ethanolic root extract of Curcuma longa and leaves extract Cassia occidentalis for two weeks thereafter received 50mg/kg bodyweight of potassium bromate withethanolic root extract of Curcuma longa and leaves extract Cassia occidentalis respectively for two weeks. The rats at the end of 28 days were anaesthetised, blood samples were collected and the kidneys were harvested. The result of biochemical analysis revealed significant decrease in the level of biochemical parameters following administration of 500mg/ kg and 1000mg/kg body weight of Curcuma longa and Cassia occidentalis ethanolic leaf extract for curative and protective purpose when compared with group II (+ve control) that received 50mg/kg body weight of potassium bromate. Histological findings revealed restoration and protection of the extracts on the kidney architecture of male albino rats. Results obtained thus showed that oral administration of ethanolic root extracts of Curcuma longa and leaf extract of Cassia occidentalis may possess preventive and therapeutic purpose against kidney damage

His work aims to develop a mathematical model of incident solar radiation on all the walls of a sloping roof habitat for a typical climate in the Ouagadougou region. Subsequently, we set up a program for the calculations of the essential parameters of illumination and the various components of solar radiation under the Fortran Programming Language and to plot our curves using the Origin software. This work allowed us to estimate the amount of solar flux that each wall of a habitat receives during a day, to know the importance of the orientation of the main facade of the habitat to the south and to find out how often the roof is exposed to solar radiation.
