A line of type is missing in the second paragraph of the inside front cover of the July 1986 issue (Vol. XXXVIII, No. 4) of WORLD POLITICS, as well as from the front matter for the index. The paragraph should read:Authors may expect to be notified of the editors' decision within three months from date of submission. Procedures for reviewing manuscripts are based on the anonymity of the author and the confidentiality of editors' and readers' reports. Editorial policy does not provide for informing authors of readers' evaluations or suggestions for improvement of rejected manuscripts.
