Greening the Compensation Design and Management of the Human Resource Function

There is a rising necessity for the incorporation of environmental management into human resource management (HRM) practices. This attempt is recognized as the Green HRM initiative. An organization's human resource function can be powerful in aiding an all-inclusive approach to building a culture of sustainability. The strategy entails executing transformations to the diverse functions of HR like determining employee compensation. Gaps continue to exist in the literature on the green aspects of compensation and reward systems. This chapter considers the environmental management features of the compensation and reward system and factors a mould of the procedures entailed in green compensation and reward system. it cores on examining green reward management systems practices from the standpoint of subsisting research in the area and proposes inventive process moulds in green reward management systems. The green reward management system is presented as a smart and superior method of reward management systems.

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pengembangan suatu perusahaan. Pengaturan Sumber daya manusia pada sebuah perusahaan sangatlah rumit dan membutuhkan ketelitian. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu tugas HRD pada perusahaan yang disebut Human resource Management System (HRM System).  Kesalahan yang kecil pada pengaturan sumber daya manusia pada perusahaan akan berakibat fatal terutama pengaturan yang berhubungan dengan anggaran atau biaya. Penggaturan angaran untuk sumber daya manusia membutuhkan bantuan dalam hal pencatatan maupun sistem yang akurat sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dan celah yang merugikan pihak perusahaan dan pegawai. Perancangan Website ini, bertujuan untuk  mengembangkan sistem Human Resource Administration dengan menggunakan jaringan intranet. Pembuatan akan dibantu dengan kerangka kerja untuk pembuatan website yang bernama Laravel guna memudahkan pembuatan serta pengembangan website kedepanya. Website ini juga dilengkapi dengan database MySql dan Semantic UI sebagai tampilan utama website

Social responsibility and environmental management have been for some years at the focus for a lot of companies, which do consider them as important part of their strategy. Human resource management is one of the functional strategies and part of top management in the organizations capable of playing a particular role in crafting and implementing policies that contribute to the environmental management and responsibility. This orientation, recently recognized as “Green HRM”, is broadly elaborated in the worldwide HRM literature and closely related to the environmental management system. The companies do implement practices of HRM by orienting them towards the engagement of employees in green management. Processes like recruitment, selection, training and performance compensation are perceived and “modeled” in the light of green management practices. This paper intends to present the green approach of HRM in the theoretical framework, based on the existing literature, and also to evidence how Albanian organizations are grasping it.  The objective is to bring out the good practices of leader companies in green HRM as a mean to draw the attention of as many other organizations as possible to highlight the importance of this approach in activities that are both profitable and socially responsible.
