Based on the theory of finite-element method, a model of pillowed multiple axes rotary spindle head is built. Taking both temperature and structure load into account of the model, a calculation is made on thermal couple deformation under the combined action of the two kinds of load. A prediction on the rationality during system designing is put forward, which has gotten a wider use.
