In the Republic of Bashkortostan, in the greenhouse of the year-round operation of the experimental farm of the state-run vocational training school "Ufa forestry-technical school" (Limonary in Ufa city), tropical and subtropical fruit crops have been cultivated for many years. The farm constantly monitors the agrochemical, physico-chemical, biochemical indicators of soil grounds. The agrochemical characteristics of soils during the cultivation of exotic fruit crops have been studied. For fertilizing all cultivated plants of the farm, organic and mineral macro- and micronutrient fertilizers are regularly added at regular intervals. When using fertilizers, the need for nutrient elements of crops is taken into account for successful growth and fruiting by periods of growth and agrochemical data. The study presents a comparative characteristic of soil grounds for 2016 and 2018, which shows: humus content, mobile forms of P2O5 and K2O, mineral forms of nitrogen, pH (salt). The results of agrochemical surveys allow you to adjust the dose of fertilizers for the cultivation of major crops, planting material and for the formation of the crop.

The article presents the results of a study of the infuence of bureaucracy values on the functioning and development of a modern educational organization and, in particular, on its management, due to the traditionally conservative intention of the cultural activities of legitimate bearers of power. Analyzing the reasons for the bureaucratization of school management, the authors believes that they are determined both by the mental parameters of the value preferences of Russians and by changes in the political environment, stating the defeat of the democratic orientation of school life. Hypertrophied «with the load of all sorts of nonsense and absurd ideas» (N. A. Khrenov), bureaucratic culture, bringing to life previously unthinkable forms in education management, ceases to perform positive functions, destroying the value- existential meanings of school communication, pushing pedagogical creativity to the periphery, disrupting parity of values as parity of cultures. The methodological basis of the study, within which the methods of theoretical and empirical research were used: interdisciplinary analysis of scientifc literature, analytical interview, written survey, is an axiological approach that allows us to consider the current space of bureaucratic culture, in accordance with the norms of which the local reformatting of the school value system is carried out. The empirical basis of the scientifc work was the materials of the study of the problems of bureaucratization of education, prepared by undergraduates of the Department of General and Professional Pedagogy of Orenburg State University. In 2019, an anonymous written survey of teachers and heads of educational organizations of the Orenburg region and the Republic of Bashkortostan was conducted, in which 1457 people took part. The problem of bureaucratization of school management is relevant both in theoretical and applied terms, since the provision of normal life of an institutionally united school community depends on the degree of its development.

This paper considers the content and peculiarities of heavy metals accumulation in the organs and tissues of fish from the Belaya River, caught in the cities of Birsk and Ufa in the Republic of Bashkortostan. To determine the content of iron, copper, cadmium and lead ions, the muscles, liver and blood of the common carp ( Cyprinus carpio L.) and common bream ( Blicca bjoerkna L.) were examined. Both species belong to herbivorous fish, but they prefer different habitats: carp is a ground fish, and the bream lives in the water column. The choice of fish species under study is related to their wide distribution in this river. Studies have shown that biogenic elements (iron, copper) are better accumulated in the fish blood, and for the other heavy metals (lead, cadmium) studied, the accumulating organ is the liver. Analysis of tissues and organs for the presence of heavy metal ions was carried out by atomic absorption spectroscopy in the laboratory of environmental monitoring of physico-chemical environment contamination in the Birsk branch of the Bashkir State University (Birsk). The results obtained can serve as a basis for monitoring the ecological state of the river water and the hydrobionts living there.

Abstract. The research presents the results of the study of introduced varieties of dwarf bearded irises (Filippok, Deep Lavender, Bright White, Cherry Garden, Clash, Well Suited, Banbury Ruffles, Skip Stitch, Inscription, April Accent, Lace Caper, Double Lament) on the basis of the South-Ural Botanical Garden-Institute UFRC RAS. The purpose of the study: to replenish the collection of the genus Iris L. with new varieties from the classes MDB (miniature dwarf bearded irises) and SDB (standard dwarf bearded irises), their introduction variety study, selection of the most valuable cultivars suitable for introduction into green building. Methods. Seasonal rhythm of plants was studied by the method of phenological observations. The evaluation of ornamental features was carried out according to the generally accepted methodology, and also used the scale of comparative variety evaluation developed by the Main Botanical garden. Results. In the course of phenological observations revealed that the timing of flowering irises all investigated attributed to the early flowering – the beginning of flowering is observed in May. The earliest onset of the flowering phase was observed in the variety April Accent (May 21); at the latest – in the variety Skip Stitch (June 03). The duration of the flowering phase ranged from 10 (Inscription) to 27 (Lace Caper) days. It was found that in the forest-steppe zone of the Bashkir Ural half of the studied varieties undergo a full cycle of development: they bloom and bear fruit, the remaining varieties are limited to flowering. As result of the conducted evaluation of ornamentality, the studied irises received 90 or more points. The Clash and Well Suited varieties were characterized by highest ornamental qualities, which scored 98 points. Scientific novelty. As a result of the introduction study revealed that high resistance to the conditions of the forest-steppe zone of the Bashkir Urals have all studied varieties of irises from classes MDB and SDB. In the future, they can be recommended to replenish the zonal range of cultivated plants of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

The article analyzes the genetic structure of antigenic erythrocyte factors of dairy, dairy-meat and meat breeds of cattle bred in breeding farms of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The data on the level of genetic variability and immunogenetic similarity of the studied breeding groups of animals were obtained. It was found that all breeds have a high concentration of antigens F, A2, H', C2, Z and a low concentration of antigens G1, J2', U". In the studied sample of cows there are no two antigenic factors – G' and B' in cows of Limousine breed. In general, genetic similarity indices between breeds range from 0,790 to 0,937. At the same time, planned breeds (Black-mottled, Simmental and Bestuzhevskaya), bred on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan for a long time, regardless of whether they are dairy or combined directions of productivity, are closer in genetic relation to each other and are approximately equidistant from each other. The lowest immunogenetic similarity was found between breeds of meat productivity direction. The greatest number of antigens found in the blood of animals Simmental and Bestuzhevskaya breeds from 12,2 to 12,0, respectively. The average number of antigenic erythrocyte factors in animals of meat breeds is about the same as in black-and – white cows (9,0–10,8). Thus, it can be stated that the studied breeds of cattle of Bashkortostan formed their own unique allelofund antigenic erythrocyte factors of blood, which characterizes their originality, associated not only with the intensity of use of producers of different origin, but also the processes that contribute to the possibility of adaptation of animals in specific environmental conditions.

Surgery, as well as almost all sections of medicine, has always been a man’s affair. Valentina Pavlovna Kleshchevnikova (1919–2009), one of the few women who became a professor of surgery, stood out in the mid-20th century galaxy of surgeons. October 2019 marks the 100th anniversary of her birth. Having started her professional career during the Great Patriotic War in a military hospital, she gained experience and knowledge in many areas of surgery. Professor Sergey Vladimirovich Heinatz, her mentor and teacher, had extensive experience in esophageal surgery and while still working in Khabarovsk made – one of the first in the country – esophagoplasty resection with one-stage esophagoplasty. Professor V. P. Kleshchevnikova, a promising surgeon, was also involved in the development of this very difficult field of surgery. It was the material that formed the basis for the candidate’s and later doctoral dissertation of a young, but already experienced specialist. After defending her thesis, V. P. Kleshchevnikova, a young doctor of medical sciences, was elected by competition to head the Department of Hospital Surgery at Petrozavodsk State University (Petrozavodsk). For a long time almost all the leading surgeons of Petrozavodsk and the Republic of Karelia were her students or students of the Department headed by V. P. Kleshchevnikova – someone listened to her lectures, someone worked with her in the clinic or had the honor to «get» Valentina Pavlovna as a mentor or opponent for the defense of the thesis. In Saint Petersburg, at the Mariinsky Hospital, and later at Petrozavodsk State University, a prominent and very bright part of Professor Kleshchevnikova’s surgical and scientific career took place. She was a worthy representative of the pleiad of the most brilliant surgeons, and if we take female surgeons, she was probably the most outstanding surgeon.
