The performance of any management system needs to be monitored with adequate and proper indicators. This study aimed to identify, set priorities and assess key indicators for implementing an effective performance evaluation system. This descriptive-analytical study was carried out in three phase. In first phase, a semi-structured interview as well as a review of the company's documentation and studies carried out, then a set of key indicators were collected and selected. The validity of the indicators were determined by experts (N = 11) and indicators were prioritized using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) according to SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time- bound) criteria. Following the study framework, a primary set of 60 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were collected. The results of the validity assessment showed 23 indicators had acceptable validity. The results of examining the relationships between the indicators showed that the percentage of corrected non- compliance and the number of risk assessments had a significant relationships with the total number of work-related lost time injuries as a lagging indicator. According to the results, the four the most important key performance indicators to assess the safety performance in the automotive industry were as follows: the number of risk assessments conducted, the percentage of corrected non- compliance, the percentage of safety educational programs implemented for workers, and Frequency Severity Index (FSI) index.

Manufacturing companies continuously evaluate their achieved performance based on different Key Performance Indicators (KPI). This article gives an overview about the OEE values. The study aims to provide practical OEE data of semi-automatic assembly lines used in the automotive industry. Its novelty is the revealed relationship between seat assembly lines and seat subassembly lines. Firstly, a literature review shows the scientific relevance and several cases are collected to increase OEE percentage. Secondly, the connection between chassis, tracks, recliner and mechanism assembly lines is described. Each part of OEE (availability, performance, quality) are analysed in terms of their impact.

Nowadays, along with increasing companies’ activities, one of the main environmental protective tools is green supply chain management (GSCM). Since fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies are manufacturing materials that usually require special warehousing as well as different distribution systems, and since companies of food products tend to fall into this area, the safety of their manufactured materials is a vital global challenge. For this reason, organizations in addition to governments have realized the importance of the green supply chain in these industries. Therefore, the present study examines the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the green supply chain in the FMCG industry. There are several performance indicators for the green supply chain. In this study, the KPIs were extracted based on the literatures as well as the opinions of experts through which key indicators in FMCG industries were identified. Using the fuzzy decision -making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method, the relationships and interactions of these key indices were determined. Moreover, a fuzzy nonlinear mathematical modeling was used to investigate the significance of these indicators. It is revealed that the organizational environmental management factor has the highest priority.

Abstract Effective corporate governance is a key element in achieving long-term success for any company. The codes of conduct that corporate governance adopts directly determine the sustainability of business activities. With this in mind, this paper aims to demonstrate the results of research that identifies a set of key indicators of corporate governance performance. The presented research is quantitative. In order to identify key performance indicators, factor analysis was employed. It was found that corporate governance performance is influenced by two factors. For the first factor, the relationship between corporate governance and stakeholders is measured by key indicators: percentage of women within CG, contributions to political parties, politicians and related institutions and number of complaints received from stakeholders. The second factor, strategy & compliance, is generated from the following: percentage of strategic objectives met and total number of sanctions for breaching the law. This research aims to assist both academic and corporate practitioners who want to improve corporate governance performance and, through the use of key performance indicators, support the transparency and sustainability of their business.

The modern mining industry is full of unique solutions for the implementation of key performance indicators accounting. The task of the mining enterprise, like any business, is to make a profit. An important role in assessing the performance of a mining enterprise is played by performance indicators combined into a system called KPI. The system for setting and recording key indicators developed by specialists from the D.A. Kunaev Institute of Mining The main task of this system of indicators is to assess the effectiveness of the company, aimed at achieving the main strategic goals and objectives. Thanks to the system of setting and recording key indicators, it is possible to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, as well as understand what factors negatively affect and inhibit the development process. The use of the system for setting and recording key performance indicators allows:  To ensure transparency and predictability of technological and organizational processes of the company due to a properly built process of digitalization of the system for setting and recording key indicators.  To assess the quality of work of each employee / project / company.  To focus the activities of all departments on priority tasks.  To form an honest and effective system of staff motivation to achieve super-results.  To increase the level of responsibility for the result of each employee involved in the project.  When dismissing or replacing specialists, to use the accumulated information to train new employees in the workplace. To implement this accounting, in the process of designing the system, universal digital technologies were integrated, which made it possible to keep records of inventories, determine the positioning of personnel, etc. It should be noted that the project for the implementation of this system in small, medium and large businesses will have its own characteristics and priorities.

In Private Finance Initiative (PFI), payment for services is based on pre-determined standards and performance. Thus, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been used to measure this performance. However, lack of an effective KPIs was identified as a core criticism towards the implementation of PFI projects. Therefore, the objectives of the research are to identify the importance and challenges of KPIs in measuring this performance. A qualitative approach via semi-structured interview was adopted. The findings discovered that the current KPIs do not meet the criteria and this can lead to the difficulties in measuring the performance of PFI projects. The outcome of this research can serve as a theoretical base for the development of an effective KPIs for PFI projects implementation in Malaysia. Keywords: Challenges; Importance; Key Performance Indicators; Private Finance Initiative.ISSN: 2398-4287© 2017. The article considers methodological and organizational approaches to internal control. The COSO internal control model has been adapted to the human resources security system of agribusiness with key performance indicators. The decomposition of the goals of increasing the net profit of the agricultural organization is given. Key indicators of agroforming activity efficiency are disclosed, as well as criteria of their achievement are identified. Responsible officials for achieving key indicator values are identified. The application of the COSO internal control model in the personnel security system, using key performance indicators, will create a clear and correct methodology for collecting and processing information that meets the strategic and tactical reasons of the agricultural organization.
