The research describes the nano scale devices, their general architecture, and how they affect the synapses. Such devices, based on the new approach in artificial intelligence, will play a significant role in many spheres. The research also describes the architecture of the programming neuron built on the basis of a biological one. Unlike existing technical devices for implementing a neuron based on classical nodes oriented to binary processing, the proposed path is based on bit-parallel processing of numerical data (synapses) for obtaining result. The proposed approach of implementing a neuron can serve as a new elementary basis for the construction of neuron-based computers with a higher processing speed of biological information and good survivability.

The chapter describes the new approach in artificial intelligence based on simulated biological neurons and created neural circuits which represent the next generation of computing systems and artificial intelligence for business applications. Unlike existing technical devices for implementing a neuron based on classical nodes oriented to binary processing, the proposed path is based on bit-parallel processing of numerical data (synapses) for obtaining result. The proposed approach of implementation a neuron can serve as a new elementary basis for the construction of neuron-based computers with a higher processing speed of biological information and good survivability. The research demonstrates the developed nervous circuit constructor and its usage in building of the nervous circuits of biological creatures and simulation of their work and how it could be used in the next generation of the computing systems.

Agriculture is the backbone of the developing country. In old era agriculture was based on the experience which was shared by people to people but in this digital era technology play a very important and significant role in agriculture. Now agriculture become a business hub therefore farmers are focusing on precision farming. They introduced the technology in agriculture to define the accurate information about seed, soil, weather, disease and all factors which affecting the farming. Artificial Intelligence uses predictive analysis, image analysis, learning techniques and Pattern analysis to declare the best cost effective and maximum gain for the agriculturist. The aim of this paper is to provide the crucial information with the help of technology which a farmers can use to harvest the variety of crops as per the demand in world so that they can get maximum benefits.

SummaryCirculating blood microparticles are likely to play a significant role as messengers of biological information. Their accurate quantification and characterisation is challenging and needs to be carefully designed with preferable usage of fresh minimally-processed blood samples. Utilisation of flow cytometers specifically designed for analysis of small-size particles is likely to provide considerable methodological advantages and should be the preferable option. This viewpoint manuscript provides a critical summary of the key methodological aspects of microparticle analysis.Note: The review process for this viewpoint article was fully handled by Christian Weber, Editor in Chief.

To incorporate biologically observed epidemics into multistage models of carcinogenesis, in this paper we have developed new stochastic models for human cancers. We have further incorporated genetic segregation of cancer genes into these models to derive generalized mixture models for cancer incidence. Based on these models we have developed a generalized Bayesian approach to estimate the parameters and to predict cancer incidence via Gibbs sampling procedures. We have applied these models to fit and analyze the SEER data of human eye cancers from NCI/NIH. Our results indicate that the models not only provide a logical avenue to incorporate biological information but also fit the data much better than other models. These models would not only provide more insights into human cancers but also would provide useful guidance for its prevention and control and for prediction of future cancer cases.

Training in foreign languages occupation is very fascinating and very responsible. The modern times demand from teachers of new approach to this problem. The significant role when training in foreign languages, in particular, in English, belongs to use of educational games or game exercises. A game promotes the best storing and assimilation of various grammatical phenomena, expansion of a lexical stock, and development of the monological and dialogical speeches and also opens ample opportunities for individual work of the school student
