The diverse sectors of the economy are subject to transformational processes in the digital economy. The reason for the rapid digital progress based on a functioning mechanism and the great attention to this transformation are the only economic reasons for reducing the costs of the transformation elements that are present in every product and, along with the transformation, affect mainly all sectors of the economy. For example, in the European Union there is a Permanent Forum on the digital teaching of environmental disciplines. In authors' opinion, the existing transformation models are extremely useful in connection with the decision of Russia and the EAEU member countries on the transformation of Digital Economy. This chapter sets the task of managing on the basis of avatars and developing neural multifunctional technological platforms for transformation processes in Digital Economy as based on the analysis of world experience in the use of digital technologies in teaching environmental disciplines and Triple H Avatar.

This chapter discusses digital mechanisms for optimizing the management system in the forest industry, which includes organizational, legal, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. Efficient forest management is considered as an integral part of efficient nature management and includes the use of forest resources, their protection, and reproduction of forests. Digital management mechanisms in forest management in general and in the forest industry in particular are based on platform solutions. Platform solutions are based on the formation and processing of data on the basis of a single automated information system, which acts as the foundation for the development of digitalization in forestry. Such a digital platform is designed to provide informational, analytical, consulting, and other support to the activities of all subjects of relations in the field of use, conservation, protection, and reproduction of forest resources.

Digital twins are widely used in modern industry. A digital twin is a computer model that copies the behavior of a physical object. Digital twins of objects with distributed parameters are mathematically boundary value problems for partial differential equation. Traditionally, such problems are solved by finite difference and finite element methods, which require a complex grid construction procedure. The numerical solution of boundary value problems employs mesh less methods that do not require grid construction. Among mesh fewer methods, projection methods that use radial basis functions (RBFs) as basic functions are popular. Methods using RBF allow us to obtain a differentiable solution at any point in the solution domain, applicable to problems of arbitrary dimension with complex computational domains. When solving the problem, the parameters of the basic functions are selected, and the weights are calculated so that the residuals obtained after the substitution of the approximate solution at the test points in the equation are zero.

The chapter formalizes the financial task for the definitions and properties of financial indicators under study. A wide range of traditional approaches used for predicting economic time series were reviewed. Investigated as well were the advanced algorithms for predicting moments of reversals of market trends based on machine learning tools. The chapter discusses the effectiveness of different kinds of approaches, which is illustrated with related examples. Described is an original securities price dynamics trend classification algorithm, based on the use of the sliding window methodology and financial agents. General scheme of the classification algorithm to identify market phases is analyzed and results of computer modeling are presented. Selection of initial and resulting metrics is grounded.

In the future education process where Avatar will be used, it is critically important to have a layer which is responsible for transferring the knowledge from a Student's Avatar to Student. In this research, authors show the method and high-level architecture of how it could be done. And although the suggested approach works, the current level of technology does not allow creating a mobile set which could implement this approach. The general high-level schema of the Avatar methodology used in the education process is enclosed in the following. There are 4 layers which interact with each other. On the first layer there is a professor, who is an expert in some domain. The professor transfers their knowledge to the second layer which is a computer program, performing the role of the Professor's Avatar. The knowledge gets transferred to a Student's Avatar, which is the 3rd layer, and eventually the Student's Avatar transfers the newly received knowledge to the Student, the 4th layer in this schema. So, the most difficult part here is to transfer the knowledge from machine to human.

The effectiveness of intellectual property management in the context of Eurasian economic integration is positioned as a factor in reducing business costs in the EAEU. One of the basic conditions for effective economic development is competition in the field of intellectual property. In the context of globalization and digital transformation, intellectual property management reaches a qualitatively new level of organizational and legal regulation and determines the freedom of movement of goods and services in the single economic territory of interstate integration entities. The authors of the chapter concluded that an effective intellectual property management mechanism in the EAEU is a factor of reducing the costs of foreign trade business. Inequality in the protection of intellectual property in the EAEU impedes the formation and development of competitive relations, and impedes the freedom of movement of goods as the basic goal of economic integration of the EAEU states.

The chapter covers avatar-based control for neuron natural and artificial technology platform used in automated testing system for quality control of student training. The chapter proposes the concept of creating an automated software system for monitoring student knowledge in the learning process. It is proven that for successful students to learn remotely, it is necessary to develop a knowledge assessment system that takes into account various learning features, as well as the individual characteristics of the student. The block structure of an automated software system is presented and its elements are discussed in relation to the educational process. The role of the teacher in the virtual learning system is discussed and an algorithm of the learning process in this system is presented.

The chapter is devoted to the analysis of possibilities in designing dynamic properties of avatars in multi-agent systems. It is shown that determination of “differential logic” of avatars, based on the use of differential equations, gives sufficient flexibility in describing their behavior over time. At the same time, the differential description usually involves a smooth response of the object to external or internal influences, which for avatars is usually not correct. To eliminate this weak point, it is proposed to use the technology of internal bifurcations, which allows to simulate discontinues effects in the avatar dynamics. It is shown that even when using relatively simple quadratic models of the Lotka-Volterra type, the technique allows to describe rather complex information interactions in the multi-agent systems.

The research describes the mathematical modeling of a neuron and the possibility of its technical implementation. Unlike existing technical devices for implementing a neuron based on classical nodes oriented to binary processing, the proposed path is based on bit-parallel processing of numerical data (synapses) for obtaining result. The proposed approach of implementing a neuron can serve as a new elementary basis for the construction of neuron-based computers with a higher processing speed of biological information and good survivability. The research demonstrates the developed nervous circuit constructor and its usage in building of the nervous circuits of biological creatures and simulation of their work.

This chapter shows that statistics collection methods are the same for various types of websites. Often, a simple “counter” is used for both unique visitors to the site and the total number of hits to the site from unique and previously registered users. Speaking of a “digital” or “smart” economy, authors distinguish different categories (levels) of development: analysis, content of business intelligence, large data warehouses. Business analytics can be divided into a number of parts: modeling and analysis of system dynamics, expert systems and databases; knowledge and technology; geographic information (geo location); system analysis and design. The various methods and forms of information (statistical models) used to identify non-trivial patterns and propose solutions are often associated today with the concept of data mining. Intelligent data analysis involves the use of knowledge from a complex of data (databases). According to experts, data mining is one of the elements that is part of the process (database management system), which includes the analysis and cleaning of data.
