      Leadership is a major factor in social life, especially its involvement in organizations or institutions. The influence of leadership will direct the management under it to have good quality. This study examines Leadership in Total Quality Management based on Islamic education at MTs Al-Ma'tuq Cisaat, Sukabumi. With a data collection model and literature study by taking five types of Islamic leadership, this study concludes that the practice of leadership in Islamic education quality management at MTs Al-Ma'tuq has been running effectively and is still being developed. However, an assessment survey of management performance and its importance is still needed so that it can become a benchmark for development in a better direction.

Improving the quality of education is a problem that is still experienced by many educational institutions. To improve the quality of education, institutions need a system to help achieve quality education quality. So this study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management in the school accreditation program as an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a literature study by taking data from several books and literature. This data collection technique uses documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using critical analysis which is interesting from several research documents. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of education is carried out by implementing Total Quality Management. Total Quality Management is carried out by continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations, maintaining relationships with customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. and have a commitment to change.

The task of the teacher to give instructions and guide students for more progressive in their knowledge, skills and self-constructivity to develop their potential. The teacher carries out his duties requiring technical skills that are supported by certain personality attitudes, and are guided by a code of ethics at the institution where he works, especially in Islamic education institutions. Technical skills, personality attitudes, obedience to religious values ​​should develop when teaching profession is supported, and the situation provides opportunities in a professional manner, and teacher can realize the vision and mission of teaching and simultaneously carry out the vision and targets of the educational institutions in which they work. Increased professionalism of teachers requires Total Quality Management (TQM) which aims to encourage management to work in total to improve quality, quality assurance and provide satisfaction to customers; parents, students themselves and other stakeholders. The relationship between leadership and teamwork with the implementation of total quality management is a very significant relationship. Leadership an important role in the success of an organization. Leadership is based on the nature of someone who is able to change others to achieve a goal. TQM should be applied to every Islamic education unit in order to encourage the quality of excellent service to stakeholders. Because, in today's sharp world of global competition, many people talk about "quality" especially related to jobs that produce products or services.  A result is made because there are those who need it, and those needs develop along with the quality demands of the users. Recognizing this task, SMPN 1 Dlanggu, which has achieved many achievements in various fields both academically and non-academically, continues to improve services for students by completing various learning facilities, qualified human resources (teachers and employees), and coordinating/collaborating with related institutions. In its implementation, TQM has an influence. Among them, student achievement is increasing. Not only in academics, but also non-academics, the enthusiasm of the community to send their children to SMPN 1 Dlanggu is increasing. There is a good relationship / cooperation between all residents of Dlanggu Middle School 1, both internally and externally to jointly improve school quality

This Thesis studies about application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality (an experimental sudy at STAIN Watampone). The perfuse of this research is to know the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality in STAIN Watampone. The main problem of this research is application of Total Quality Management (TQM) and the increasing of education quality in STAIN Watampone?. What about the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving the education quality and what about the prospect of (challange and oppurtunity) Total Quality Management (TQM) in improving education quality in STAIN Watampone.This research is a field research by using qualitative method with a observation technic, interview, and documentation. Analysing the data process is using normative approach, sosiologycal approach, pedagocical approach and management approach. Then the Total Quality Management (TQM) more little which is not sampled because of population, but the first total informan is more little getting increase to the data needed.The result of the research refers to the education quality in STAIN Watampone refers to the education quality is enough enable by STATUTA and academic orientation. The educational quality STAIN Watampone refers to superiority of human resource quality of implementation of state collage is STAIN area. Concept, principle, and application TQM that aplicated in STAIN Watampone as principle refers to leadership concept that to try influencing, moving on, and directing the people to cooperative in reaching the one purpose that appropriate in reaching with standard quality which have decided by STATUTA and academic orientation STAIN Watampone. In the future, STAIN Watampone can change status from STAIN to be IAIN or University certainly, they can change the abstract be a challange that must realizated.Base on the result of the research, there are implication and recommendation to the competen side by improving learner process the future. There are by application of Total Quality Management (TQM) is hoped being able to improving educational quality in a educational institute to the Total Quality Management (TQM) must focus by stakeholder. By institute, expecially STAIN Watampone is hoped can apply TQM concept thay can will produce output give significant influence in qualitative method although by quantitative method.

Entering the past decade, the issue of quality has always been the talk of the actual, especially in the context of education management. Recognized or not, the quality of Islamic education institutions are still largely under the quality of education in general. Various attempts have been made and many of the concepts that have been applied, but everything seemed not bring significant improvement. "Total Quality Management (TQM) or Integrated Quality Management (MMT) as an effort to improve the quality of education in Islamic educational institutions. Although at first the concept of MMT is only known in the industry, but the amazing success invite the interest of education experts, 3 to study it more deeply, formulate operational patterns of adoption, and to create a model in teknical to apply. This research was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok Sleman Yogyakarta. Consideration is SMP Muhammadiyah I Gurgaon is one of the Islamic educational institutions (schools distinctively Islamic) 5 formal mission has always been to apply concepts of Quality Management (TQM). This study resulted in that SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok already implementing Total Quality Management in the management of education. However, the application of Total Quality Management in SMP Muhammadiyah I Depok can be said is not fully maximized, in the sense that there are still some things that need to be evaluated together.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is an effort done by college to improve their management quality in achieving the goals. TQM related to quality system consist of planning system quality, controlling system quality, and improving system quality. Hence, in this research, the researcher manages to explain the improving education quality at Collage through TQM in welcoming MEA. This is descriptive literature review research. The source of the data is taken from books and others review related to improving education quality at Collage through TQM. This research employs documentation as data collection technique and content analysis to analyze the data which use the procedure to make the conclusion. The result shows that when TQM applied at collage continuity and consistently, the quality of graduates will increase, in this case they are capable to compete in industry field.
