AbstractGlobal study “The Lancer Breastfeeding Series” 2016 explains that infant mortality due to infection reaches 88% in infants aged less than three months, while 82% of children get sick because they do not receive exclusive breastfeeding. Exclusive breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality due to infection. Several factors that affect exclusive breastfeeding are the mother, the infant, and support factors. One of the sources of support that can affect exclusive breastfeeding is the husband’s support. This study aimed to determine the relationship between husband's support and exclusive breastfeeding through a literature review. This study uses a literature review method. The articles used are sourced from online databases with electronic searches on Google Scholar and Garuda Portal published in 2011-2021. The critical assessment instrument used is the STROBE instrument. Based on the 6 articles used in the litarture review, the results showed that in 3 articles namely research from Fitriani (2020), Rolita (2020), and Aries (2019), there was a correlation between the husband’s support and exclusive breastfeeding. Meanwhile, in the other three articles namely research fromIndriyani (2019), Novira (2017), and Rahayu (2018), there was no correlation between the husband’s support and exclusive breastfeeding. Husband's support is related to exclusive breastfeeding, so that the management of nursing care for breastfeeding mothers should involve the husband. One of the most important tasks that healthcare providers face is to reduce infant mortality. The purpose of our study was to assess the effects of routing of pregnant women with preterm birth on the infant mortality rate. Materials and methods: оperating data of the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), operational notifications about death of young children under the age of 1, monthly reports of obstetric hospitals subordinate to Moscow Healthcare Department, annual reports of hospital departments providing neonatal care in medical organizations of Moscow Healthcare Department, and statistical data analysis. Results and discussion. The infant mortality rate in Moscow has been declining in recent decades and has been less than 6‰ annually since 2016. The share of newborns with extremely low birth weight is insignificant in overall rate. At the same time, extremely low birth weight is one of the main causes of infant mortality. As this category of newborns requires specific care, it is better to deliver such babies in perinatal centers that provide high quality medical care. Within 5 years, the share of children with ELBW born in perinatal centers and specialized obstetric hospitals has almost doubled. At the same time, there is an increase in the survival rate of children with extremely low birth weight by the age of one year in obstetric hospitals. Conclusion. Well-planned routing of patient within the large system of obstetric hospitals in Moscow could reduce death rate, increase the survival rate of children with extremely low birth weight and contribute to reducing infant mortality in the region.

The aim of this paper was to empirically analyze the relationship between public health expenditure and health outcomes among EU developing countries. Using regression analysis and factor analysis, we documented that public health expenditure and health outcomes are in a long-run equilibrium relationship and the status of health expenditure can improve life expectancy and reduce infant mortality. Secondarily, we studied how the status of good governance, health care system performance, and socioeconomic vulnerabilities affect the public health’s outcomes in the selected countries. We found that the effectiveness of health and the way to reduce infant mortality or to improve life quality is directed conditioned by good governance status. Moreover, the consolidation of health care system performance directly improves the quality of life among EU developing countries, which indicates that public policymakers should intervene and provide political and financial support through policy mixes.

Exclusive breastfeeding (ASI) is the practice of breastfeeding without giving the baby any other food or drink other than breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding is the basis for the continuity of the child's life and health because breast milk is irreplaceable for its nutrition for the growth and development of children. A country is said to be developed if the infant mortality rate is low and the health status is good. Breastfeeding is important because the amount of breast milk is needed by babies until the age of 6 months, by breastfeeding can reduce infant mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship between family income and support for health workers on exclusive breastfeeding in Indragiri Hulu District. The type of research used is observational quantitative using a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 173 mothers who had babies aged 6-8 months. Research analysis was conducted using bivariate test. The results showed that there was a relationship between family income (p=0.005) and exclusive breastfeeding. There was no relationship between the support of health workers on exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.410). It is recommended for health workers to conduct more in-depth counseling, especially counseling about what the true meaning of exclusive breastfeeding for babies is when pregnant women are born until their babies are born and can increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indragiri Hulu District. Keywords: Family Income, Support for Health Workers, Exclusive Breastfeeding.

In the same time, the infant mortality rate in Banyumas Regency reached 127 cases including four cases were occured in the work area of North Purwokerto II. The Kasih Jeruk Purut Program aims to increase the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding to more than 90% in the work area of the Puskesmas Purwokerto Utara II with the main objective is to reduce infant mortality and prevent stunting. The socialization activities carried out require tools to facilitate effective communication to occur. Communication aids in the form of brochures or leaflets provided by the central government often did not meet the target program effectively because the brochures contained too many written elements. The purpose of this PKM is to help provide effective After Effects Motion Graphics to assist the implementation of the Kasih Jeruk Purut Program. The design of the implementation media design for The Kasih Jeruk Purut Program is in the form of a simple Motion Graphics design containing the content of the right breastfeeding method. After making After Effects Motion Graphic, it was continued with the socialization of this application to the head of the program and the Kasih Jeruk Purut team, and tested it on patients and continued with evaluation.
