Teaching quality evaluation (TQE) can not only improve teachers’ teaching skills, but also provide an important reference for school teaching management departments to formulate teaching reform measures and strengthen teaching management. TQE is a process of grading and ranking a given teachers based on the comprehensive consideration of multiple evaluation criteria by expert. The Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM), as a powerful aggregation function, can capture the correlation among multiple input data more efficient. Although multitude weighted MSM operators have been developed to handle the Pythagorean fuzzy decision issues, these above operators do not possess the idempotency and reducibility during the procedure of information fusion. To conquer these defects, we present the Pythagorean fuzzy reducible weighted MSM (PFRWMSM) operator and Pythagorean fuzzy reducible weighted geometric MSM (PFRWGMSM) operator to fuse Pythagorean fuzzy assessment information. Meanwhile, several worthwhile properties and especial cases of the developed operators are explored at length. Afterwards, we develop a novel Pythagorean fuzzy entropy based upon knowledge measure to ascertain the weights of attribute. Furthermore, an extended weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) method is developed by combining the PFRWMSM operator, PFRWGMSM operator and entropy to settle the decision problems of unknown weight information. The efficiency of the proffered method is demonstrated by a teaching quality evaluation issue, as well as the discussion of sensitivity analysis for decision outcomes. Consequently, a comparative study of the presented method with the extant Pythagorean fuzzy approaches is conducted to display the superiority of the propounded approach.

Traditional teaching methods are limited to time and place, and the performance of dance teaching resource management is poor. This paper designs a dance teaching resource management system based on cloud computing. The functional structure of the system includes the core cloud computing teaching and teaching management application. The data management module is used to store the processed data in the data file, and respond to the retrieval request of dance teaching content publishing module and the remote image resource positioning request of multi-media management module. Design user courseware on demand process, using the existing dance teaching resources to learn. The experimental results show that the designed system has good performance, high stability and compatibility, and strong data storage capacity of teaching resources.

As the development of society and economy, increasing effort s are made in education and reform in both teaching and education. The number of college teachers at young age bracket is expanding, whose teaching ability pose influence on the quality of college education and teaching. Therefore, the teaching ability of young teachers has become a key issue for the smooth development of teaching management and reform in colleges and universities. This paper will first analyze the current situation of the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities, and then studies can be conducted in the strategies to improve the teaching ability of young teachers in colleges and universities from various aspects and angles, so as to promote the process of educational reform in colleges and universities.

With the development of Internet technology, Internet plus education has become a new mode of changing traditional education methods. Therefore, online physical education has attracted more and more attention. This paper introduces the sports object segmentation algorithm, designs an interactive multimedia online sports education platform by combining the research needs of sports online education platform, and analyzes online sports education from three aspects, sports teaching management, sports teaching resources, and sunshine sports activities, in order to improve the quality of sports education and improve students’ learning interest. Simulation results show that the algorithm is effective and can support the analysis of interactive multimedia online physical education platform.

The traditional university education and teaching management information system has the problems of low information recall, poor information precision, and long query time. Therefore, this paper designs a university education and teaching management information system based on Web. Through the analysis of the requirements of the higher education and teaching management information system, the design principle of the system is determined, and the structure design of the higher education and teaching management information system is realized; the teaching management information system management process is determined. By calculating the complexity of university education and teaching management information, the priority of query information is determined to effectively improve the processing effect of the system. Finally, the relational database model is designed to realize the design of university education and teaching management information system. In order to verify the effectiveness of this method, comparative experiments are designed. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the low information recall and the poor information precision and shorten the query time. The construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities in China has begun to take effect. In view of the differences in the key points of different colleges and universities in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism, the quality evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism is particularly important. However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.

In the new era of knowledge and information, knowledge, as the support of management and power development, increasingly reflects its own value. As the advanced platform for knowledge dissemination, research, and cultivation of knowledge talents, colleges and universities need to cultivate compound and multi-functional talents. This is becoming more and more important in the reality of social, economic, and cultural development. They also need to be protected and supported by rules, decisions, and systems that are relatively wise, rational, and conform to the development laws of education and teaching. Educational administration institutions in colleges and universities should not only assume traditional responsibilities such as teaching management and resource allocation, but also establish their own rational decision-making mechanism and framework driven by development trends to form similar think tank functions or think tank attributes as well as gradually promote the construction of such management system in various teaching institutions, organizations, and departments to ensure that the teaching platform can become a new management and decision-making center.

The existing teaching evaluation system partially reflects the teaching effect and other related conditions through statistical reports, but it is difficult to find the useful knowledge hidden in the database, and it cannot effectively assist the decision-making support. In order to improve the evaluation effect of college classroom teaching mode, this paper mainly uses decision tree algorithm and data mining technology of association rules to construct the effectiveness evaluation system of college classroom teaching mode based on decision tree analysis. Moreover, this paper analyzes the teaching information and evaluation data to extract the potentially useful knowledge contained in it, which can help decision-makers find the rules and explore various factors that affect the teaching effect of teachers, thereby improving teaching management and optimizing resource allocation. In addition, this paper uses experimental teaching methods to verify the performance of the system model constructed in this paper. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain reliability and practicability.
