Due to the uncertainty of parameters of product reliability design, based on the Liu’s fuzzy chance constrained theory, provides a fuzzy chance constrained programming model of product reliability design that has N subsystems and several designs can be chosen in every subsystem. On the basis of Liu’s fuzzy simulated based on genetic algorithm, an improvement has been made on checking fuzzy simulation for the fuzzy chance constrains in this paper. And it provides the steps of a fuzzy simulated based on genetic algorithm. At the end of the paper, an instance is given to prove that the improvement is reliable, and the searching space from feasible and infeasible field can converge to the optimal solution. The searching speed can also be improved.
