Central serous chorioretinopathy (SSCR) is an idiopathic clinical case characterized by macular or paramaculary neurosensory retinal detachment and/or serous pigment epithelial detachment. Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is one of the serious vision-threatening conditions in these cases. The aim of the current review is to provide an overview of the current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to choroidal neovascularization associated with central serous chorioretinopathy.
