AbstractThe article presents an unusual cause of sepsis happening several weeks after heart transplant (infected iliofemoral junction false aneurysm) requiring iliofemoral reconstruction with arterial homograft by both retroperitoneal and inguinal approaches combined with Sartorius myoplasty.
