It then goes on to explain the procedure for obtaining an order under the CA 1989 in private law proceedings and the Children and Families Act 2014. This includes the procedure for obtaining leave, existing proceedings, other potential applicants, and rules. The hearings which occur are explained, as well as CAFCASS, expert evidence, allegations of harm, and domestic abuse.
