AbstractWe present two patients who delivered vaginally following a prior cesarean section in whom uterine rupture was detected a few minutes after delivery. Both deliveries occurred within 12 h. The sonographic findings were different in each case and consistent with the clinical and operative findings. Ultrasound may assist in the diagnosis of uterine rupture following delivery.
