Subungual exostosis is a relatively uncommon, benign osteocartilaginous tumor, it’ is more common on toes and develops mostly during adolescence and is considered rare in young children and on fingers [1]. Etiopathogenesis is unknown, several theories have been advanced, and the main one is related to the concept of trauma or microtrauma [2]. We report a case of atypical localization in a child.
