We reviewed 17 patients with an arthroscopic repair of ulnar avulsions of the TFCC: 12 are considered good, 2 fair and 3 poor. No major complications occurred. The grip forced averaged 71.5% of the contralateral side. These results equal those of open procedures, without the necessity of an extensive approach.
