We construct certain Jacobi cusp forms of several variables by computing the adjoint of linear map constructed using Rankin–Cohen-type differential operators with respect to the Petersson scalar product. We express the Fourier coefficients of the Jacobi cusp forms constructed, in terms of special values of the shifted convolution of Dirichlet series of Rankin–Selberg type. This is a generalization of an earlier work of the authors on Jacobi forms to the case of Jacobi forms of several variables.

AbstractIn this paper a certain type of Dirichlet series, attached to a pair of Jacobi forms and Siegel modular forms is studied. It is shown that this series can be analyzed by a new variant of the Rankin-Selberg method. We prove that for eigenforms the Dirichlet series have an Euler product and we calculate all the local L-factors. Globally this Euler product is essentially the quotient of the standard L-functions of the involved Jacobi- and Siegel modular form.

AbstractBased on the new approach to modular forms presented in [6] that uses rational functions, we prove a dominated convergence theorem for certain modular forms in the Eisenstein space. It states that certain rearrangements of the Fourier series will converge very fast near the cusp $$\tau = 0$$ τ = 0 . As an application, we consider L-functions associated to products of Eisenstein series and present natural generalized Dirichlet series representations that converge in an expanded half plane.
